Unfortunate situation, I was running late for installation, but we’re very understanding. Professional, and friendly experience considering the situation.

Came in for install and was done and back on the road in a hour. Everything was explained to me and I had issues getting adjusted, but things got worked out

The store opens at 8:30 and its now 9:00 and still not open. The 2nd time this has happend here

Dont like the device. Wish i wasnt forced to switch from the draeger device i had before. I missed only 2 retests and went into lockout. $54! When i very first went to switch the install guy cancelled on me twice. As far as the service from the keller location goes it has been just fine. Install was done quickly, and when i went for my violation he was able to fit me in quickly and reset my device.

The guy at this location was super nice and super helpful!

Im not sure why they took the Ftw contract if they didnt have the man power. One guy working here alone. This is the 2nd location Ive been to without a sign anywhere. Ive had more problems with this company in 2 months than I did with Dragger in 14.

One man shop. Convenient location.

Was told I didnt have to bring my device in for 9 months, that was November and December it said lockout, so I took the device in, he said it would be August this time and it says lockout in 3 days and it February 6th and their closed, such bad service.

Wouldnt even give this place a one star if I didnt have to! Was there for over four hours and I was there when even before the store opened! Missed a full day of work! Only had one guy working the whole shop but thats not my problem, sucky service!
