Great customer service here. I had a bad battery and couldn’t find the phone number the warranty was under. Long story short, found the old number after repurchasing a new battery and the store manager allowed me to return the battery and pick up my warranty battery ! Great guys, will return !

My car just died on me and thank God that I was next to this shop! Taylor and the team got out and helped push the car over to their parking lot! They helped put antifreeze for me since I dont know anything about cars and then helped call the mechanic because the issue was bigger than I thought! So thankful for their selfless act of kindness!

I thought I had broken my glove box trying to replace a cabin air filter in my Toyota Highlander but Jeremy fixed everything & put in the new filter at no charge...I could not believe it. I have never been at this AutoZone more than 5 minutes. Anytime I go to this location I am immediately helped as soon as I walk in. I let them know what I need and they go pick it up off the shelf for me. Im in and out and I love it. The staff is also very knowledgeable. If you have any questions or need advice they are more than willing to help.

My son and I just stopped in to pick up some rotors and pads for our family Yukon. Extremely helpful group that took great care of us. They even changed out the battery in my key fob for me. My 2 year old son was with me and the lady asked what he wanted for Christmas, to which he replied a motorcycle. She disappeared for a moment and then reappeared holding a brand new Hot Wheels motorcycle in the box and gave it to him. He was overjoyed! She was attentive to him and so kind. Don was great as well. Such great people at this location and would highly recommend them to anyone. We will be back time and again as they’ve earned my business for life. There are plenty of options to choose from with auto parts but when you are greeted, taken care of and they go above and beyond, they’ve removed all doubt on where I’ll shop moving forward! Oh wow. I went to AutoZone looking for brake pads and rotors. The gentleman in there helped out for almost 30 minutes trying to find parts. I needed sockets and i didnt know the exact socket I needed. They opened things to help see if they would fit. He spent a lot of his time helping me out and going out of his way to make sure I got everything I needed. They are super helpful super friendly and are always on point with their customer service. I will always come looking for parts here first

My truck had a dead battery today so I quickly made a trip up to Keller Autozone on Main st. The friendly associate David V. was quick to offer his help so I didnt have to take the battery home for my husband to replace when he got home and leaving me stranded for the day. The terminal even broke while he was replacing the battery and he changed that too. David was awesome and saved the day! Autozone is lucky to have such a great employee. Thank you David!

I stopped in at the AutoZone on Hwy 377 in north Keller to get a new bulb for my left rear tail light. My left turn signal was out. Tony helped by not only getting the appropriate bulb, but replacing it for me as well. He made the extra effort to apply a petroleum like grease to the socket to help protect the casing from the heat of the bulb. While it took a bit longer to close up the tail light, Tony stuck with it until it was done right. I truly didnt expect him to to the work, but I appreciate Tonys help & diligence very much. He was very kind. Thank you Tony.

There were 2 guys working last night (one of them being an assistant manager). I was looking to rent one of their tool rentals, but wanted to make sure it would fit on my car part that I had with me.Neither of them had any idea how to use the tool kit, and that I should google it ir find a video on youtube on how to use it.To rent the tool was $145.00!! Furthermore they didnt allow me to check and see how and if the tool would even fit or work on my car part that I had in my hands. I was then reassured of their lack of hospitality and poor customer service by the rude and unfriendly looks that they displayed towards me. It was a wast of my time and gas to even go to this store. A mistake in which I wont be making again...

Didnt have the part I needed but they found it at the next closest store and had them hold it for me. They gave me a discount to make up for the inconvenience. Nice touch.

Man I went in this place and Brent was very helpful! Came in today to get spark plugs for my car. I couldnt find any so I saw an employee and asked him. He had headphones in his ears so he couldnt hear me at first until ne noticed I was standing there. Then he pulls them out and then he said how can I help you. I still got what i needed but it was very frustrating and unprofessional for me having to wait on him.

I am so sick of Autozone! My last few visits have been awful! I am going to OReillys from now on. The customer service at Autozone is non-existent. Just had a clerk tell me to google what kind of transmission fluid I need...seriously???

These guys were great. We ordered the wrong part online and had to return it. I have them the wrong account information so they couldnt find it in the system and the manager had to call tgeir online order place. After he got the right information the return went smoothly and quickly. What was amazing is that even though I was sure I had the right info and I didnt, he still appologized to me for the delay! He gave amazing customer service.

I used to be an auto zone fan. Even joked about direct depositing my checks here I came in so often. This store is full of clowns now a days. Its an inconvenience for them to assist you in anyway. I was lied to by the manager in charge today. When I called him on his lie his response was Ive had a bad day ok? No apologies no nothing. I havent shopped here in 6 or more months but had some rental tools to return. Go to oreillys or Napa dont waste your time here.
