If you go to this store make sure you get anyone except Madeline. My phone was broken and I needed a new one ASAP. When my phone came in she told her fellow workers she would call me tomorrow. Not right. Im glad I went in to check for myself. Madeline needs her phone taken away for 4 days to see how it feels. Maybe she wont be so lazy and undependable.

Came in today with my fiancé and Tony was EXTREMELY helpful! He greeted us at the door and I recently purchased the new iPhone 12 online and needed a case and screen protector. He showed us the options and put the screen protector on right there as well as a new one for my fiancé. It was going to take some time, so Tony got everything transferred over to my new phone while we ran an errand across the street.He told me it might take a couple tries turning the phone on and off before completing activating. We had left and it still wasn’t working so Tony had to make a 3 way call to corporate I believe to have them activate the phone for me. Mind you, by now it is after they already closed yet Tony is still working to get my phone up and working. Very impressed with how helpful and patient he was and hope Verizon appreciates him as much as we did! Thank you again Tony!!

This place doesnt know what they are doing. I return a phone and table i received credit for the phone but because they didnt do something for the table i have to go back to this store so the person who did the return can do it. Some reason no one else can do it.I live over 40 minutes away you got to be kidding me. Also when Charlie set my phone up i was on the phone the next day for over an hour with tech so they could fix what he did and was still charged the $35.00 set up fee. I will never send anyone to this place.

As a returning customer finding my back to the best network in the world I wanna thank Zee, Dan Heck and the rest of the Verizon team when you want best see Verizon pay for the best you won’t be disappointed! If your country doesn’t have Verizon talk to them don’t settle for anything less! Sorry but Zee u could sell me any and all Verizon stuff lol.

Super awesome coming in and having Jon-Mark help get my girlfriend and I set up with a joined plan and new phone. Patient guy also; assisted in the transfer of all things cell phone. Might I mention excellent conversations while waiting. All in all, customer service was groovy and spot on!!!

Nick and Mark were absolutely amazing!! They went above and beyond with their customer service today. I came in with some storage problems with my phone, they were able to help me get a new phone and a which everything over. They were both so calm with my toddler who was acting crazy because he was over tired. They even stayed over an hour late to make sure we got everything done and keep us satisfied. Charlie in the Somers Lane location was super informative. I came in with questions about switching from Sprint and what kind of plans Verizon had.
