Sold me outdated phone at full price when all other phones had newer better phones for much cheeper and put me on $60 plan and $7 insurance said i had to get it found out i did nkt need any of it took insuance off next day and gkt $35 plan will never go there again

Over priced and bad attitude

So helpful, friendly and fast! I went in to upgrade my phone as well as my wifes. They are so helpful to explain everything I needed to know. They are so courteous and we were in and out in 30 minutes! The in store service they provide is second to none, and I always leave there with a smile. If every store I shopped at was as smooth of an experience as here, I would not dread the many ones that arent. Thank you boost mobile for hiring such great service personnel! You got it right with this one! I will go nowhere else!
