Recently had a poor experience at the store but was quickly resolved and owner/management showed great care.

I bought a new iphone 12. Gabby told me that I would be receiving the 128gb phone, so I drove 30 minutes and purchased the phone. She opens the phone and starts updating the phone without confirming with us and said it would be 1 hour. I waited, then drove 30 minutes home to find an iphone 12, 64gb. I called and Gabby told me: “my mistake, we don’t actually carry the 128gb model”

Im a long term Metro PCS customer. Good prices. Had no issues 3 years ago when I purchased my phone and loved the customer service. On 3/7/2020, I had to get a new phone so went to the 52nd street store. The clerk, who I later found out was the manager, was rude and unhelpful. We had to recover my Google ID during which time she changed my password w/o my authority. Then, she was unwilling to instruct me how to get my pictures from my old phone to my new phone. Sold me an SD card to put the old pics on...and then couldnt explain how it worked(she didnt know either). Didnt need the card anyway, since all I needed to do was put the old pics up to the cloud and they are visible on the new phone automatically. She either didnt know that or was unwilling to explain it....I suspect the later. She was argumentative and unpleasant. 0 Customer Service. I recommend going to any other Metro store in Kenosha besides this one. I would rate 0 stars, but not an option.
Saturday 2/22/20: Patiently stood in line for 30 minutes. The one and only employee, who was also supposedly the manager, was rude to me as well as others in line. One gentleman in line asked her what her problem was and she told him he could leave. He went to put his items back on the shelf and she accused him of stealing (he wasnt) and threatened to call the cops. He said go ahead because he didnt do anything wrong. Disgusted by her behavior, the gentleman, myself and all of the other customers in line left the store without purchasing anything. Horrible customer service.
Couldnt help the people in front of me, they were taking forever so I waited in the car until they were done helping them. I waited about an hour. They were done and came out so I was heading in and i see an employee lock the door and turn the lights off 3 hours before closing.

I want to start off by saying I had a terrible experience here. Does my one experience reflect the establishment as a whole, unsure. But i do want to review what happened to me personally. I was locked out of my sim card, thus not being able to access my phone at all. This has happened to me previously. I went thru the telephone customer service previously(i was at work on lunch and used their phone), they helped me but told me that i could also go to the store and have them fix it, that they are fully capable, and i actually did have to call a different metro location to have them finish up what customer service did and they WERE able to assist, and that was at another Kenosha WI location. To the present day, I cannot call customer service obviously because i cannot access my cell phone(i am not at work due to the virus shutdown). So, i drive to this location. I walk inside and there are 2 associates, a male and female. I approached the male who was willing to try ti help me it seemed but he also seemed unsure of how/may have been new because he looked to the female for assistance. The female had braids with red color intertwined. I explained my situation and right off the bat she was extremely rude to me. I was in total shock. She blatantly said no. That they could not help me and that id have to call customer service. Tho i told her that customer service had sent me here she still said no. I told them i didnt have a way to call and asked if they could quote please try to help me in anyway that they could. She did say that the hold times were insane. I told her i understood but if they could just try and if they had to be on hold for anymore then 5 mins id be on my way. Still she would only say no. The entire time just blatenly being rude. I left.. I did end up finding a way to call customer service, which the hold time was literally not even 5 minutes. I told them what happened and again they said that they could have helped me 100% and apologized. Its not so much about if the store associate felt they could help me or not, its the way she went about it. Extremely rude from the get go, showing absolutely no care. I will say however if you are having troubles the phone customer service for metro is AMAZING, the ppl are so kind and helpful. I will never go nor suggest this location. I was appauled at whar happened today and felt less a human. I do hope management sees this because i do like metro and i hope they can keep locations open. I also hope that whatever must be causing her so much stress, to where she treats others they way she did to me today passes, so that she can learn to pass kindess along because the world needs that.
Absolutly wondeful customer service manager is awesome they always help you out... and always give their own discounts out !! ir u need a phone and good service you should try them out !!!

Well the place opens at 10 in the morning they calls it 8:00 at night on the girls trying to convince me that they dont have nickels dimes quarters pennies to make up $2 in change every time I go to a metro PC its the same thing we dont have change we have to give us more money than what you need to and we cant give it back MetroPCS sucks
Could have been more helpful, seemed to be in a hurry to close.
