This used to be my favorite place to get coffee. Since they got a new lady working the coffee is horrible. Does not taste the same not even close. On top of that the lady doesnt understand customer service. She didnt even ask if she could help us. All she did was stare at us till we were uncomfortable. Come on say something. She didnt even tell us our coffee was ready, just left it there on the counter. Need to find a new coffee place.

We like their coffee and the laid back atmosphere, have been coming here for a few years. This is no knock on the baristas, but with the virus community spread, store management needs to enforce the mask requirement and not let people in without them. they even have masks at the counter for sale, but stricter measures ARE NECESSARY NOW. Forgot your mask in the car? GO GET IT.

Love this place!! The coffee is fresh, the staff are friendly and the coffee is delicious. I would rather chew my arm off then have to step foot in a Starbucks so this place is an amazing alternative. Give it a try the next time you stop by!

I had a customer service rep actually tell me that they are under no obligation to help customers if they feel busy. This store has bad customer service. Piss poor employees. Overpriced merchandise. Go anywhere else.

Never went to the cafe.
