This Starbucks has the best location of any Starbucks Ive gone to so far. Right on a lake with a porch. Its a bit off the highway too which is nice. Friendly staff and not too busy at all. Had an excellent time. There is plenty of parking, a drive through, and it is wheelchair accessible. Will definitely drop by again more often. The employees there have a relaxing view!

Wohh this place is just awesome. The location is just picturesque. Guadalupe river flowing nearby and forming lake Nimitz. Its just perfect for morning coffee goers. During this Covid period there is no in house seating. But one can always eat on the patio and enjoy nature.

Need more specialty frappes and there needs to be a mocha Carmel frappe on menu. I have tasted 3 food items and they tasted old

Just drank coffee and visited with a friend for several hours but it was wonderful! Nobody bothered us and would still be there but it started raining!!! Lol!

Never had a problem. Staff isnt always friendly and smiling. But never rude either. Some days may take longer, but drinks always correct and 😋 tasty.

Staff was a little snooty when they could see I was a delivery driver but you know what I got over that pretty quick and they had everything I needed and it was fast quick service thank you!

Compared to the one on Sidney Baker this one is superior. They actually listen and give you what you asked for and will correct it. Id rather drive out of my way to this one than the newer one 1,000 times over.

Friendly and the drinks were made perfectly. Its not the fastest Starbucks but worth a tiny bit of a wait.

I went through the side door so I just stood there waiting nobody even bothered to tell me that I hadnt ordered yet.... Im standing there waiting for somebody to pay attention to me and nobody even greeted me clearly I hadnt ordered anything and I hadnt picked it up. Very confusing location, I was there to get a pound of Cafe Verona ground for a French press, and stood there for how many minutes 10? And then they didnt have it Cafe Verona?

The staff is friendly and accurate with my order. Theres always a long line that wraps around BUT if you order with your Starbucks app it goes super fast by parking and going inside to pick it up.

I love their free old coffee grounds! They have them bagged up ready for v you bring home to garden with!

Super good! I ordered a grande matcha lattle with 2 chai pumps and cold whip on top with no ice. They followed instructions and gave me my drink which I love love love! They asked questions to cleafy that way the got my order exactly how I wanted it. Im extremely pleased, it made my night so much better.

This is my favorite Starbucks in Texas, as the view of the river and hills from their patio is just so Lone Star awesome...if there is a better coffee view in our state I have not seen it yet. Enjoy.

Large parking lot seems to be shared with a park down to the river. Staff is quick and professional. All the tables on the perimeter have outlets, as do the tables in the middle of the floor. WiFi connection averaged about 15Mbps upload and 3Mbps.

Drive through was a bit busy, we wait a while but when we got to the window. They gave us our drinks free cause we waited over 10 minutes. Thats great costumer service.

Would be better if the service was more consistent. Usually gets the order right but this is possibly the slowest service of any starbucks Ive ever been to. On average it takes them almost 30 minutes to move 3-4 cars through the drive through. Dont come here expecting fast service or if youre running late for work. Unfortunately theyre the only Starbucks in town.

Driving all morning, dead tired. All I wanted was good coffee... pulled in at 2 pm (a reasonable time) to a stockade claiming drive-thrus close at 1:45. I’ll be sure to say away from this franchise from now on since they can’t come through when I need then

I always tell them light ice and to please make sure they give me light ice. It never fails that when I pull up to the window and get my coffee it always has more than half a cup of ice! I told the guy that I asked for light ice and he said oh we can remake that for you. I am honestly so sick of them having to remake it that I told him no, I am just going to take it this time. On top of all that, I go to get a drink of my iced coffee as I am driving away and turns out the lid wasnt even on!

I love starbucks and will probably always be a fan, but the scone this morning was so dry.

There is no reason that the dining room could not be at least partially open.

The Kerrville Starbucks really needs to reconfigure their parking/line to be a bit more streamlined, less congested, and certainly a less dangerous setup. With the line going directly through the parking spots in front of the building and the next row, it makes it impossible for those that parked near the building to back out - in particular, if there is any kind of line. If there is, you are guaranteed to have to wait until someone is kind enough to let you pull out and risk somebody coming around the back row to cut in line as if we we are back in the Elementary Cafeteria line.Also, I have to say... The speed of this Starbucks has slowed considerably since first opening. This creates a longer wait inside and outside.I wonder if, since Starbucks does so well, they would consider opening a second location near downtown or up Sidney Baker? Maybe that would take some of the burden off of the Junction Highway location?All in all, the coffee is generally good and the orders are mostly consistently accurate.****TIP****If you have somewhere you need to be and are just going to swing through Starbucks, dont assume it will be a quick visit.Leave early.Also, dont park in the very front row against the sidewalk, facing the building.

This is a cool Starbucks overlooking the Guadalupe River. Lots of inside tables and a big patio. And they have a drive through. Service is pretty quick and always friendly. They have a good selection of food and the usual SB drinks.

Not only is the coffee good but, the severs are friendly and work hard to do their best.

As a life-long starbucks fan, I can truly say this Starbucks is the absolute worst. horrible customer service, painfully long wait times, disgusting drinks. found the nastiest stuff in my drink last time i went and i ended up throwing up cuz it was something rotten in there. like maybe fruit or moldy paper or something. It is unlike any other starbucks i have ever encountered and has not been this awful until the past year or 2. Corporate... please send HALP.

20190113 - Arrive back in town for the evening and stop here to pound keys for a time. I have always enjoyed this location.20171030 - Arrived early this morning for a day of key pounding. I have been here before years ago but will never forget this wonderful view of the Guadalupe river.What I remember most about previous visited to this location are the grand sunsets and will stick around it then.When the sunset arrives, I take numerous photos and am able to find one good enough to upload.

Okay were talking about Starbucks Starbucks is a pretty trendy place for locals as well is Travelers everybody knows Starbucks Ive had the opportunity to be there on many occasions through office functions managers meetings my problem is I dont like to spend a lot of money on trendy coffee but a lot of you out there do Im a Folgers type guy you know just straight black no thrills or any of that stuff just plain and simple black Folgers in your cup type guy but if you want fancy coffee good service nice attitude go to Starbucks but to me the best part of waking up Folgers in My Cup

Easy to drive by because it sits on a hill, very good Starbucks. A dozen visits in a month and very friendly service at all times. Wish Starbucks would bring back some gluten free options. This store always has a good drive-thru business. Plenty of parking out back.

Amazing location!!!! Nothing like sitting outside with the wind blowing, looking out at the river right behind. Very tranquil relaxing atmosphere. Baristas were quick to fulfill requests, and make sure the customer is happy. Restrooms were immaculate. Will definitely be stopping by there again.

Best view of any Starbucks I have ever been to. Big patio with a view of the river. Pet peeves: they dont really keep up with cleaning tables and coffee condiment areas. They dont recycle all those plastic lids and paper cups, even tho they brag on their sustainable coffee sources, so I take them home and do it myself.

No complaints. Great coffee and friendly service. I appreciate the fact that they have large umbrellas to block out the sun and they also have the cool, bulb lights outside when it gets dark. Plus, its right next to the river so you have great views!

Nothing special about the actual store but one of the most outstanding physical locations of any Starbucks. Located in the Texas hill cointry, store has large patio in the back facing the Guadalupe river. Gorgeous location and view. Only stop here when travelling but store experience has always been pretty typical for brand.

Just want to say a big thank you to Taylor who was working at the front window. For some reason both my debit cards were not working and declining. I was going to call my bank to see what was going on and Taylor insisted to take care of it. Thank you Taylor for your kind gesture greatly appreciated.

Very long wait about 25 minutes and got the wrong drink. Others in line were waiting longer and were getting wrong drinks also.

This particular location needs to update their hours! The Starbucks app and Google both state that this location is open until 10:30pm. I get there, and it’s closed!!! I get that places have closed their lobbies, but the drive thru too?? Guess this location doesn’t feel the need to make money.Hey Starbucks, update your hours online too!!!

The employees are cool and the rewards card is totally worth it. They are open before 6 am on weekdays and very convenient for those of us who work early. I love Starbucks.

Im not usually one for coffee but Starbucks is definitely the go to Coffee shop. Not only is there coffee delicious, there customer service is always top notch. Now it does depend on location but Ive never had a problem when I do go to starbucks.

This is our first stop back home every time we drop the kids off at college, we arrive right when they open; food is ready, quick and hot! Drinks are a perfect start for the 10 hour drive home!

Pulled in right behind another car at 1:50pm. They close at 2:00pm. There were no other cars behind us. The kid in the parking lot put up a closed sign behind the car in front of us saying they close at 2;00. He would not let us get one tea seeing as we pulled in right behind the car he did let through. It wasnt even closing time. They had ten minutes. Worst service EVER.

The staff look like they are always in a good mood. Drive through used to be fast. Drinks are great. Try the vanilla bean frappacino with 2 pumps peppermint (no whip) for a refreshing afternoon pick me up. 5 minutes in line is too long.

Normally when I come here, they are very nice and friendly. However, when I placed an online order, I arrived and the baristas were talking about how much they slack on the job. I waited in the store for over 10 minutes for my drink, and they were not busy at all.

Theyre decent I enjoy the atmosphere and quality of the place as well as the drinks. 4 stars because its not the best but its good for what it is.

They are friendly and made me a perfect half decaf peppermint mocha.

Coffee good, service SLOW

Staff was friendly and coffee was good; however, if one wants any kind of a quite environment to work, this is NOT the place. Although there were several customers who were on their devices, the servers conversation and interaction was constant and at an especially high volume!!! Distracting to say the least

First Starbucks to get my drive-thru order right in a long time

I waied for over 30 minutes to place my order in the drive thru after 3 cars left the line and drove off. So frustrating that I cant even stob by in the mornings because the lines are too long. What happened to the speedy service they had the firat couple of years they were opened and they had a staff that was fast and cared about the customers. They need new management and a lot more help there soon before everyone quits going.

Overall great experience, coffee and food was great. They should check if you want points for your purchase if you do you have to use your app, I wasnt aware of this.

Rudest Starbucks Ive ever been in. They didnt even call out that the drinks were ready. The drinks were only 3/4 full and not the correct temperature. Barrestas were having personal conversations instead of working and attending customers.

Coffee was well made and service great. The view of the river totally made the experience 5 star. The patio over looks the abundant parking and an amazing river view.

Slowest drive through ever

It is usually hit and miss at this SB. Tonight was a definite miss. The whole time of which was set by the terribly unfriendly person who took our order (and got it wrong). She was not only unfamiliar with her menu, her frosty attitude was off-setting. Clencher was watching her eat behind the counter. With what you pay for coffee here, they could try...just a little try.
