Called and was on hold ..,never spoke to a person for over 10 min. Finally hung up.

I just called and spoke with the pharmacy and the person who answered the phone was awful. She was rude and very unhelpful. I sincerely hope that they don’t have that woman working with the public bc that was an awful experience and I was only on the phone with her for a minute. They should either be retrained in customer service or put in an area when they can’t have contact with the public or replaced if their rude to customers. Not only that but I sat on hold for 10 mins waiting for someone to answer the phone, just ridiculous

Got my vaccine here it was pretty fast. All the staff members were super nice and patient!

Often inadvertently share patient PHI, overheard with other patients. As a pharmacist myself with 40 years of experience, the pharmacists and pharmacy technicians here need to be better trained.

CVS is a joke, this is a store that is supposed to provide those in need assistance. They are not only inept at handling the most basic health care needs, they are disorganized, unsanitary and worst yet don’t care. I will be removing any and all business that I have with them from the store in King of Prussia - yes Mr. Vaum, your store is the reason that I will no longer get my prescriptions let alone anything else from CVS.

Yesterday I drove to the pharmacy after speaking to a pharmacist who said if I got there by 6pm, I can still pick up my prescription. I got there exactly at 6:01 and even called the pharmacist again to get me the medication as I ran inside the door. This time a pharmacist named Katie answered the call. She very coldly told me it’s 6:01 and it’s against the law to give me my already filled prescription. Then she lied and told me that she checked online and saw that another cvs is open in Plymouth meeting and it can be picked up there. I said no problem I will pick up medication there, thank you. I called that location at 6:02pm, it was closed. I ended up without medication for the night after I told her how important it was. People who cannot help others and are not compassionate should not work in the healthcare industry. I would switch my pharmacy because of this horrible experience. Thank you.

I love shopping @ CVS in Henderson Square Shopping Center!I always find amazing deals weekly! The staff greats me with a smile on arrival on every visit & is always pleasant while I browse the aisles. If Im in need of assistance the asst. manager in the evening is always there to offer assistance, shes truly wonderful!Thanks so much for top notch service with a SMILE!! A++ Teamwork!!

Quick service for a COVID-19 vaccine.

The store is open 8AM to 10PM every day.The pharmacy 8AM to 9PM monday thru friday, 9AM to 6PM saturday, and 9AM to 5PM sunday.Google has incorrect information stating the store is temporarily closed.

Just not very kind or professional service, they gave me incorrect instructions about one of my prescriptions and when I called back to talk about it they treated me as if I was stupid.

Conveniently located and pleasant service

This location is only 5 min from my house. And it is not worth it. The pharmacy personnel offer poor customer service. Not to mentioned they messed up the prescription (coming straight from the doctors office) the last 3 times -- the last one they asked if I changed my DOB cause the system wasnt matching my ID.... (excuse me?!)... Keep looking guys.

I dont know why there are so many bad reviews. Yes, at times it can get very busy but especially the people in the pharmacy are great. Brian is awesome and always answers any questions I have. The techs are GREAT!!

Kudos for improving on the mandatory 30minute wait for prescription pickup. However the self checkouts are tiny and too close together especially during pandemic. Lots of older customers get confused with those so it just holds everyone up. So often even on weekends there is no cashier around. Its a good does for some but not all. Keep cashiers at front.

The staff members are pleasant and helpful, however, the pharmacy is extremely short staffed. The lines stretch down the aisles and even when you come back hours later to get your prescription it is not ready.

Its OK. The closest to home, and convenient for quick shopping. But the pharmacy itself is very busy -- often a long wait at any hour of the day. Getting through to pharmacy on the phone takes forever ! They dont seem to have enough staff for the volume of patients. If you have another pharmacy nearby, youll probably be happier elsewhere.

The pharmacy staff and pharmacists in this store are VERY VERY NICE and I thank them very much for their hard work and customer care.The pharmacy never answers my phone - the answering machine saying all staff is assisting other customers from 9:30 AM to 12:30 PM today. I need to reach out because CVS sent me a text that I have to call them back and speak with staff about my prescription I have been waiting for a week - that I recently discussed and got approval for my prescription renewal from my doctor. But, CVS never answers my call putting my on hold forever, multiple times over 3 hours. (after a certain length, the phone automatically disconnects) I gave up.I believe this is because CVS is minimizing their manpower below the basic operation requirement to even respond to their customer needs to operate as a pharmacy.Again, the staff and pharmacists in this store are super nice and I appreciate their hard work and customer care. The staff and that my insurance is with CVS are the only reasons I am staying with CVS. I wish I could switch.

This pharmacy is a joke. Slow as anything. The workers are rude as anything. Tells me my doctor never sent my script over. THEY NEVER CHECKED THEIR VOICEMAIL! The girl working the front is on drugs or something....

It is convenient location, the technicians are friendly and helpful, but when you come across any issue that needs professional solution the pharmacist, namely Brian, was not helpful at all. Refused to talk to the insurance to solve a semi urgent issue. Very disappointed .

If I could give this store no stars I would. The staff members in both pharmacy and in retail are unprofessional, unfriendly and uneducated. You can never get good service from the pharmacy because theres only one pharmacist and the little helpless helpers. The cashiers at the front of the store are morons. I have been to the location maybe a handful of times never once has anything good came out of it. The prices are way to high. See you never CVS.

A few weeks ago, the manager thats been there forever has shut off photo machines because she cant be bothered with helping customers. More recently she started talking to the customer in front of me about how she needs to pop pills to even work anymore. The pharmacy is painfully slow when picking up your prescriptions. You probably could drive to norristown, pick up your script, and stop at a another store before this store gets to you. 8 or more people in line and one register open is very common.

Don’t believe I’ve ever been to the pharmacy here that I didn’t have to wait 20 minutes or more. Dropped off script at 5 today, told it would be an hour, over 2 hrs now. Chronically understaffed. Only come when I absolutely must. Avoid the pharmacy at all costs. Rest of the store is OK

WORST SERVICE EVER!!! I pray that people read this review before coming here to get a shot. I called during the afternoon, to ask, specifically, about the meningitis shot, and they told me that they were open until 9:00 pm. I arrive at 7:40, only to find out that the clinic CLOSED at 7:15!The staff was EXTREMELY incompetent, the customer service was TERRIBLE, and the person who answered the phone when I called COULDNT understand the HUMONGOUS difference between a CLINIC, and a PHARMACY (or flu shot and meningitis, if you must). Luckily there is competition that works more professionally than this petty little convenience store

I am a college student who went home for winter break, and I left my medication back in my dorm room. The pharmacist on duty, Gabe, was so patient and called my insurance and answered all of my questions. He honestly went above and beyond. I had such a good experience here, I definitely recommend it!

Minute Clinic? Should be Hour Clinic, because thats how long Ive been sitting here waiting for a pre-scheduled appointment. No sign of anyone from the clinic. Door hasnt opened for at least 40 minutes. All I need is a flu shot. Dont bother coming here!

They don’t pick up the phone

The line is ALWAYS outrageously long. They never have your medication...if you have more than one prescription forget you’ll be able to get them the same day. Finding a new pharmacy as soon as possible.

Store is frequently very busy and understaffed. Otherwise, it is a typical CVS.The pharmacy is awful. Huge lines, very slow, and they do not check their voicemail frequently to retrieve phoned in prescriptions.I get prescriptions filled at another nearby pharmacy which is always empty.The Minute Clinic has been fine when Ive used it, but usually has a 30 to 60 minute wait. Im more likely to go to one of the doc in the boxes nearby for a few more dollars to see an actual doctor and usually have less of a wait.

Ive filled 3 prescriptions here and each time Ive waited over an hour. No one had any idea whats going on. I should have known better!

Never answers the phone. Today I called on three separate occasions for a pressing refill and each time I was on hold for over 25 minutes. In person, pharmacy employees are incredibly rude and unhelpful. They dont even deserve the one star...

Worst staff.. rude to the regular customers..cvs should train their staff to be more polite and understanding..

Pharmacy here is the worst at not only customer service but also every time I come here they tell me I can not fill one of my scripts without my doctor calling even when I hav at this location, will change locations

If you are looking to buy toilet paper this is your spot. If you are looking for compassionate care and helpful pharmacy staff stay far far away.This review is specifically targeted at the pharmacy department. I have been using this pharmacy for few years with tolerable experiences. My wife has had problems in the past with them being rude and poor customer service but our quiet suffering is over.This particular visit took the cake in terms or poor patient care and complete lack of customer service. I was recently release from the hospital after undergoing foot surgery. My wife is out of town so I was only able to fend for myself to fill my scripts I was on crutches in a hospital gown and hospital bracelet still on my wrist. Instead of offering me seat and asking me how they could help, I was refused service with 10 seconds. I was told that the hospital did not fill out the prescription properly and was told they would not offer me help in anyway. They refused to call the hospital and verify whatever needed to be done. I was rudely told to leave. The experience was so negative I called the corporate CVS and lodged a compliant called(doubt they will do anything). If you are a patient looking for friendly compassionate care and helpful service do not go to this CVS with your scripts.I went to the Walgreens in the next shopping center over and they were more than helpful and sympathetic to my condition. Walgreen was able to make calls and get me taken care in less then 10 minutes. Walgreens pharmacists offered me information about the drugs I was prescribed more so than the CVS has ever done in the past. Again you can buy candy and make-up with no problems but if you are entrusting this pharmacy with your health I would stay far away and go to the Walgreens in the next shopping center.

Came here for a flu shot, booked in a days ago here on time and we waited over an hour past the book in time, no one entered it left the room the whole time, what a joke, is the person a sleep ? Seriously wth?

They forgot to put water into my kid’s antibiotics and only gave me 2 bottles of powder...

I went for only refills and they told me come in 10 minute and i waited more than an hour and also when i picked up the medicine and i told them about the waiting they respond very rudely to me.
