Came to the mall for something else,passed the store to check on pillow cases and ended up buying a standard pillow and illow cases as well. Jamal was a great help!Unfortunately the store didnt have much pillow cases diversity. But I was able to save $25 on it!!!

We bought a queen and twin mattress and frames 3/2018. The queen bed became very rickety and I noticed the legs (plastic) were cracked. I emailed the company and at first was only told the warranty was for 1 year. Too bad! Disgruntled, I emailed again and the next customer service person told me that the manufacturer’s warranty was 20 years! She contacted the manufacturer and was able to get me replacements for free. Not sure why there is such a discrepancy. I feel like a 20 year warranty would be a major selling point! Anyway I updated this review to reflect this. Lost two stars because of the first customer service representative’s infuriating response.

Really enjoyed looking at all the beds in this store! It actually has different rooms that you can go into, close the curtain, and lie down on the bed to simulate a darkened bedroom atmosphere - super cool! We ended up getting a standard Casper pillow (must save my pennies before I can actually buy a full bed!) as well as a spray (chamomile and lavender) that is clinically proven to help with a better nights sleep. The employees were very helpful and friendly and were very patient with all our questions - we also received sleeping masks that feel soft and wonderful over my eyes! This place is a definite must-visit!

Excellent service, very patient, I went back forth 30 times trying all the beds! Staff so helpful, laying on the bed now. Dont think Im ever getting up! So happy with my purchase 😻

Stopped in to look at the mattresses. The store is very bright, clean and professional. Jammal took care of us. He was very friendly, low pressure and professional. We were very pleased with the experience. We did buy a mattress but we cant review that as we havent slept on it yet.

We love our Casper hybrid mattress - its s very comfortable! We noticed after the first couple of days that the mattress seemed a little on the short side so we contacted Caspers customer service and theyre shipping us a new mattress. Now thats what I call a commitment to customer satisfaction.

I spoke with 2 people at the store and they were both fantastic! They made the buying process easy and I can honestly say it was one of the best in-store interactions I have ever had. I wont call them out by name, because, well, privacy, but they were great!

UPDATE: On our 2nd visit, staff was extremely nice! Ended up purchasing 2 mattresses, and you get them immediately. Once you are finished shopping, they give you a number to call and they will bring the boxes out to your car.
