I bought a bed here about a month ago. At the time, I had ordered one of those beds in a box and they were at least a month late with delivery so I canceled it and went into the Mattress Warehouse at KOP. IRA was a huge help. Spent quality time with me to make sure I got a bed that was right for my budget. He was very helpful / not pushy at all. I bought the bed on a Friday night and it was delivered Tuesday. I dont review lot of places but experience at this store was one of a kind. The person helping us was very judgmental and condescending. He was very nice in the beginning but when we asked for the price of the two mattresses to compare he didnt give a straight answer and said whats more important to you price or sleep ? Are you going to make your decision based on price ? He was very rude and very hard to get straight answers from him. And when we said we will give you a call to place an order (we wanted to do a little more research before we spend that much money and didnt want to deal with exchanging a mattress) he said you and I both know thats not gonna happen. Guess what I was going to call but now I am taking my business elsewhere.

I visited the King Of Prussia store today with my fiance. Ira was awesome. He was very patient in all our decision making & at the end of our visit when buying our mattresses are double checked the listing price and found the one mattress was actually on sale for $400 cheaper than the listed price. He gets 5 stars!!

Bought a mattress and had to exchange it for a new one because the original one gave me extreme back pains. I reached out 10+ times asking for help, and Drea was THE MOST helpful, friendly, and nice person that helped me get the exchange done after struggling over the process for weeks. She will give you so much help if you ever have any problem with your mattress.

Ira and Ernie are fantastic to work with, I honestly cant think of anything they could improve on. The shopping process in also great, they have a bed match system that checks your pressure points and recommends a list of mattresses that it thinks will work best for you. All the mattresses it suggested felt firmer than what I would have picked on my own, but I was also having back pain and trouble sleeping so I deiced to listen to the recommendations. It took a little getting used to but I now have zero back pain and Im sleeping through the entire night. Im very happy with my new Kingsdown mattress and Im very happy this store had the bed match system that was able to help me make the right decision.

So far, very disappointed with my experience. Salesperson was very helpful. We purchased a king with adjustable frame. Arrived yesterday with no mattress. So, trying to be helpful was going to accept frame so they wouldnt have to take it back. Delivery guys opened box and there was a defect so we couldnt accept it. Called store and was told they could push for a Thursday delivery. I was asked to call this morning to confirm. Now, delivery isnt happening until Saturday. We have no bed until Saturday. Spent $4,000 and feel like this company didnt really want to go out of their way to right their wrong. Already slept without a bed last night and now we have to wait four more days. I was told that was the best they could do.

We had a very bizarre situation where the original mattress we bought didn’t fit our bed, and he helped us get a replacement at an incredibly fair price! They had a machine that ran a test to determine the perfect mattress for my body type and sleep style, and I couldn’t be more grateful. The store was clean, friendly and well layed out.. The selection of available mattresses was a good cross section as to what was readily available. Our salesman, Ernie Girod, was very helpful with our selection of the best mattress for our purposes and price range. Delivery was scheduled for two (2) days after our purchase. We were told we would be advised the night before as to our delivery. The delivery was made just as they had stated - the old foundation and mattress removed and the new foundation and mattress installed. The delivery men were very courteous and efficient . All in all, great people and a great businessto deal with.

Stopped here after checking out some other mattress stores in the area. In my opinion, Mattress Warehouse had, by far, the largest selection, including some of the newest models available, as well as one of the bed-in-a-box models to try out. Prices couldnt be beat. We worked with Eric from the Glen Mills store--he is fantastic. Quick visit, made a purchase, and the delivery service was seamless and right on time. Delivery fee included removal of the old mattress, and the truck is trackable on the day of delivery. Exactly what I was hoping for in terms of experience!

Very friendly and very easy, got lots of good info and the prices were a lot better then other near by stores. It was not your typical dog and pony show sales, and I left the store feeling good, got a new bed.

Customer representative was incredibly rude and condescending. I specifically went to this store, to get the expertise of a professional. I was looking for a pillowtop twin for my daughter, for between $250 and $350. I inquired about delivery cost and he wouldnt give a straight answer. He suggested a memory foam, which I clearly said I wanted a coiled one with a soft top. I inquired about the general longevity of a memory foam, as Im not familiar. instead of providing an answer, he laughed hysterically and exclaimed what do u want for that price, to last a lifetime. you get what u pay for He continued mocking me in a condescending manner. I let him know I was insulted by his tone and he shrugged me off. ... twin mattresses at other locations for a mid grade good quality are that price. I further told him I was simply asking about the quality of memory foams and there are mattresses in my price range at a good quality. He continues to laugh . He then rudely sat at his desk and turned his back on us. I was ready to purchase a mattress today from there, its shame my meager$270- $350 wasnt good enough for him. Their mattresses are not 50-80% off. Basically are the retail price.When you are in the customer service industry you nicely educate customers and any sale should be treated with respect. I went to Bobs Furniture, in the same shopping center and had an amazing customer service experience and spent $380. Guess my $ was good enough for them AND I will not only be recommending them, Im now a loyal customer.
