Came here because I saw them changing tires on an RV as I drove by. So I knew they could do my trailer. Did not even look at the reviews before coming here. They are just great and hard workers. Very polite and professional. They are very reasonable on their pricing as well. Now looking them up I see they have nothing but 5 star reviews. So here is my 5 star review.

Went to the Kingsport Honda dealer for an oil change service and the tech found a screw in one of my tires, and they quoted $39 to patch the tire, which I declined.Went to Discount Tire to have it patched, and to my surprise they fixed it for free. Service writer Dan even met me in the parking lot to see what I needed, and Daniel brought me my keys when it was complete.Dan and Daniel were extremely polite and helpful.I will definitely shop here when its time for new tires, great people and service.

Alex at Discount Tire went above and beyond to help us with tire needs. We were stranded with a flat tire over a holiday weekend, and he went above and beyond to help us get what we needed and back on the road, including contacting another customer to ask if she would be okay with letting us have a tire she had ordered because we were in an emergency situation. Thank you to Alex and to the lady we never met!

I was in desperate need of affordable tires. I stopped in to check prices, and they were super helpful. I got all 4 replaced in just under an hour with no appointment. And the price was surprisingly affordable. I will be back.

I went today (Saturday) after having a horrible interaction with Firestone in front of Target. I spoke to someone on the phone initially and explained my dilemma with needing a tire patched and shared my experience with Firestone. He told me to bring the car right over and did the patch for FREE. 10/10 would recommend this place to anyone.

Stopped in Kingsport location this morning no appointment wasnt expecting them to have my tires in stock but they had exactly what I wanted and beat the competitors prices. I was in and out in less than an hour. Every employee was courteous and knowledgeable they have definitely earned my business

Firestone prorated my tires that I bought from them. I came to Discount they prorated my tires from Firestone plus $10 on each tire. Excellent customer service and prices. They are the Chick-fil-A of tires haha. Dan at the front desk is very helpful.

I was not informed of the additional $60 per tire charge to install the tires after ordering Michelin tires for my BMW. The price I was quoted was misleading and had I been truthfully informed I would have gone elsewhere. I asked for a phone call notifying me when the car was ready. I did not receive a call and had to arrange transportation due to lack of timely communication . I do not recommend this business

I bought a set of tires and bought the insurance. 80k tires and less than 30k 1 tire keeps leaking, have been going in every week to have the tire re inflated to get the TMPS light off. Was told to have dealer check the sensor and everything is fine but they keep saying they dont know why the tire is leaking. Also the side wwalls have rippels like belts are broken but they young gentleman that reinstated my tire said that has nothing to do with the tire leaking air. I use my car for rideshare and delivery might have to go back to Firestone.

I submitted it online with a no hassle process and received the rebate in the mail quickly with no issues. They have pretty good prices on tires. Had a flat from going to the trash dumpsters . I was able to order my tire one day and got it the very next day...fit perfectly. The store was super clean and so was the bay area. I did have a wait because they were so busy. I would recommend going between 9 and 3...after 3 gets really busy

I went in to have a screw removed from the right rear tire of my Suburban, and the tire sensors corrected. Micheal and the whole were quick and on target with all of the work. Tire store is a 1st class operation. i have been to Discount stores in many states and they were all good, but, this one by far has been the best one. They are well worth coming to if you have tire issues.

The location is super easy to find, the employees are all very friendly and knowledgeable. Theres hardly ever a lengthy wait time. And if you want something they dont have in stock, they are very quick to order it in for you. Free air checks. They do price match, but they typically offer better prices than the competitors in the area anyway. This is the only place I will go for tires! Highly recommended!

Writing this for my girlfriend, you guys are wonderful she had a crack in her tire. Even though they were not able to fix due to timing issues they were able to help fix her tire in order to help her get home to Dallas. Thank you all so much.

*****Outstanding customer service!!***** My husband and daughter were driving from Texas to NJ and had a flat tire. After they had no luck trying to find a tire place that either had the tire or could accommodate them in less than a week, they gave me their location and I found the Discount Tire in Kingsport. They were 30 minutes away.....and it was 5:35 pm. I called the store and spoke with Frank Villejas. I told him their predicament that they wouldnt arrive until about 6:05, and he without hesitation said no problem send them on and well take care of them. And thats exactly what happened. They were in and out of the store in 15 minutes, which means Frank along with the other employees who stayed late to accommodate my family may have missed some time with their own. Thank you for your kindness and excellent service. My husband and daughter made it back to NJ with peace of mind and nice new tire.

I went to get 2 used tires but I left with 2 new tires they gave me a deal on the new tires at a price that wasnt much different than the used ones. They had very nice customer service they come out to u to see what u come for and they was very fast at getting to it I wasnt there any longer then a half hour that was paying and putting info in system and putting the new tires on. I will go back to get 2 more tires very soon and I would recommend them to anyone.
