We love Ben Franklin! They are the Go To place for arts and crafts! School projects were so much easier 40 years ago with them and we both had family that worked there 60 years ago. They have staying power and know what they are doing. We hope they are here another 60 years!!!!

Reasonable prices on framing. Quality work cheaper than the other places--Hobby Lobby, Michaels, etc..

Ben Franklin Crafts has so much more than crafts! Their craft supply is unlimited! They have the largest variety of spices at the lowest prices; most .99 cents! And the line of clothes is always fun, comfortable, fashionable, and reasonably priced!! The list goes on: Nuts, Candy, Drinks, Hand Soap, Curtains, Towels...You can spend hours there! Excellent customer service too. 5 stars easy

Fantastic small business compared to the giant craft stores. They still sell Union products made in the USA. A huge selection of decorating light sets year round at unbeatable prices for off season. A great place to just wander and discover.

This is like what craft stores once were. No fancy things like Michaels. Just straight up crafts and a few necessities aisles. Remember the old five and dimes? Its like that.

My experience was awesome. I was waited on by a wonderful young woman named Tiffany Makayla Lawson. She was so gracious and kind and helpful. She made my day by her sweet personality and I will definitely be back for more shopping in the future. She is truly an asset to Ben Franklin and I hope she stays there for many years to come so I can have her wait on me when I come in. Ben Franklin, you sure did right when you hired her!!!!! I like this store, but the inventory can be odd. For example- lots of wax warmers and wax, but only one type of bulb. The secret has gotten out that they carry clothing, but they have not been observant enough to realize their XL and 2XL get bought right away. All I EVER SEE hanging in the store are really pretty S and XS clothes that obviously no one is buying. Why is Ben Franklin not realizing this??

I always have that special happy place to be when I walk through the door. We buy things there that we cant find other places. The warmth of the nice people who work there and the way the store has never changed over many years will always be a reason for me and my family to be your customer.

Great prices on certain things, unique items, specific niché items only found there, but outrageous prices on simple things like picture frames.

I have shopped here for many years and had great service but tonight I was trying to buy 3 curtain panels. 2 of them were priced at $25.99 and were marked at 25% off. The other priced at $29.99. I questioned them about it and they told me they all were suppose to be priced at 29.99 and that the 25% applied to that price(I understand that). In most retail places if something is mistakenly priced the company is suppose to eat that mistake and give the customer that deal. . I guess that doesn’t apply to Ben Franklin. This will more than likely be the last time I shop at this location.

The absolute best ever craft place on the planet. No matter what craft you are looking for supplies for they should have it. Additionally there are lots of other cool finds like soda, spices, chips, stationery, and more that they have available. The staff is over the top awesome to help in any way possible. If you are a crafter, then prepare for at least an hour if not longer to shop this outstanding store!

Tight spaces easily feels a little cramped when its busy, which is not great during COVID. This store has quite a selection ranging from general goods to arts and crafts and even picture framing. From time to time can have the best sales on Dr Enuf locally. Definitely has quite a few brand names that arent carried anywhere else locally.
