Always have stuff on sale. Wall decor, table decor. Wonderful seasonal decor. Amazing prices!!! Some staff could be a little more friendlier, and helpful.

I went to hobby lobby today, bought 25 balls of yarn and to of them in the middle of the ball had the yard tied together like it broke and they just tied the strand back together. I payed around $140 for all of this Im making a blanket. Needless to say Im very mad and wont be shopping here again which is a shame because I spend well over $300 in here each month as I love crafts. Goodbye hobby lobby. Other craft stores may be pricier but definitely worth it, it seems

Checkout situation needs complete revamp. There is no get in and out quick opportunity with the long checkouts and no self check out

Overpriced items, hateful and rude employees, they go out of their way to make you feel uncomfortable. They dont honor coupons anymore so theres ZERO reason to be subjected to their horrible service when Michaels is happy to take my money.

Ive stopped at Hobby Lobby for many years. HL WAS one of my favorite stores. I recently moved and dont have a HL near me anymore SO I did a online order AND one of two of my items (shelves) had arrived broken. Broken as in it was made defective, the staples wasnt actually holding the wood together and was on the outside of wood instead of actually being in the wood to hold it together.I took it to the nearest HL to me in Kingsport, TN- 45 minutes away from me AND they tell me I CAN NOT RETURN IT BECAUSE IT IS BROKEN. THEY DO NOT HAVE ROOM TO STORE BROKEN STUFF AT THEIR STORE (SO I CAN ONLY ASSUME THEY SELL A LOT OF BROKEN STUFF IF ITS FEELING UP THEIR STORE LIKE THAT). SHE ALSO STATED, THEY CHECK THEIR STUFF VERY WELL FOR DAMAGE BEFORE BEING SOLD... NOT SURE WHY THAT WAS NEEDED TO BE SAID but I certainly didnt have anything to do with it being defective....So I just asked to return the unbroken one then, she did. I planned to find another HB and try to return the broken one their because this just didnt seem right, they wont take back their broken merchandise. I HAVE NEVER HEARD THIS FROM ANY STORE BEFOREBUT this lady took my receipt AND wrote - DO NOT ALLOW RETURNS - BROKEN AND CERICELED IT ALL BIG. Why was that needed? She was Clearly just being a B to me.I paid $40+ for this broken/garbage shelf.If this is correct and HL stopped taking back their broken merchandise - I WILL NEVER EVER SHOP THERE AGAIN.

Hobby Lobby is one of the most fun places I go to. I spend way too much money but they have everything and anything you want. I wanted to pick up some stickers for my mailing envelopes and they have too many to choose from. I bought some beautiful spiritual gifts and I could go on and on. You will not be sorry you visited the store. They even have home decorations. So go have fun spend some money. Customer service by the way is great and a very clean organized store and yes wear your mask.

So much stuff, and staff will open lanes when busy. Kind and helpful when looking for small details.

I went here specifically for airbrush supplies and ended up spending an extra hour here. The staff was quite helpful. There are always very cool new things to check out here and it seems never enough time to see everything. Very good experience!

A fantastic place to wander. I always thought it was simply a crafts and arts store but I was severely mistaken. I do wish that I could find MUCH more Made in USA merchandise. I flip and check the tag before I buy and HL is well overweight with Chinese imports.I did find some nice green plastoc blow molded cauldrons recently Made ins USA. They also sell the original Featherstone Union Flamingos for a great price. They need to really pivot back to USA and market it. We will pay a bit more for it I promise.

This is a place I really love to stop and shop. If you have a hobby of any kind you can find something here to your liking. They have a huge variety of things here. Decorations for any season to furniture for a special little nook in your home. I highly recommend a stop here.

Several employees were working ... but did NOT seem to be interested in helping any customers... in fact they seem to be so focused on what they were working on (rearranging merchandise) when I asked where I could find certain items both ladies seemed to be annoyed I was interrupting them... one simply replied WITHOUT even looking at me couple aisles down... I walked around for 30 min so I left and went to Michaels... I would also like to add I probably passed 4 more employees after this circling them a few times trying to find what I needed not one even acknowledge or asked if could help ... I love this store but unfortunately I wont be back for awhile

Fall decorations are out and Christmas things. Why the rush? Very disappointed in summer selection.

I love hobby lobby generally.But during the winter months they opened their store when their whole parking lot was frozen over with ice.If your going to open your store, make sure your store overall is safe.That includes your parking lot.

Its ok. It doesnt seem to have the larger variety some other locations do. However...As we have tried to shop this location several times it seems that more and more the employees including the management are simply not concerned about helping others. In what may be my last visit here recently a employee actually told me, the owner has a religious issue with Halloween...I was trying to shop Christmas and that was a challenge as ladders and carts were being pushed unapologetically into the paths of shoppersThis is but 1 example of some of the behaviors were met with here. It is sad because I love LOVE hobby lobby and at other places the spirit and kindness of the employees is explemperyWe really hope there are some major changes to this store because it is truly a favorite stop shop

I found everything I needed (& some things I didnt). I was disappointed to learn that the signage on many of the tables/racks/shelving in the front before the cash registers which stated 50% off were deceptive. Most of the things I chose ended up not being on sale when checking out. When I had them check, one of the assistants in the area told me they made them put the signage on each rack but you have to read the fine print on what is on sale to ensure the item you chose is truly on sale. Not good.

Very full and in the front where the sales are the isles are very crampedI am in a wheelchair and I know it was to code but being too tight in spaces one doesnt feel comfortable browsing through the nice sales. Other than that I love getting new ideas and certain products that are hard to find elsewhere.

Got exactly what I wanted... and was able to see that sunflowers are available for a wedding Im doing in February :) super clean.. love this store... my wallet just dont love it ... lol

One of the few places where you can find almost anything you need for crafting, regardless of skill level. Also has an excellent variety of decor for all occasions. The employees are what tipped the scale from 4 to 5 stars, they were all happy to assist.

To date this is the ONLY place that I have found that sells model kits along with everything you need to paint and glue them together. They also have exacto knives as well.The prices are very reasonable as well.

Consistently low stock in the various oven bake polymer clays, especially the faves, Sculpey Premo, Souffle, Fimo, Fimo Leather, Kato. No Cosclay, Monster Clay, Cernit nor Pardo, which would be awesome. I have never seen it fully stocked, they might fill it up regularly but I only get there maybe once a month...

My opinion of Hobby Lobby is not bad nor good. Just neutral. There are many things I can appreciate about the store. Firstly, all the variety of merchandise you can pick up, the constant sales and online coupons, and the holiday decor, but the employees could do a little better. I am not trying to put down anyone in particular, however they should reconsider who they put on the registers. I waited 20 minutes today in two separate lines to check out. The clerks had no sense of urgency in moving the line along. They seemed to take their sweet ass time to do everything. When a customer heads to check out, it’s because they are ready to leave. My time is precious. I am not old and retired like many shoppers at this store are. They should be more sensitive to moving the line along in a more timely fashion. It seems like it always takes forever to checkout here.

Has a big selection of a lot of different stuff for crafts but the prices are outrageous even on sale. Though they offer coupons, it only counts towards one item, so any money you save on the one item gets taken back if you buy anything else at full price.

They almost always have what I need to do a project. There prices are and sales are great.

If you love crafts, you love Hobby Lobby. They have some great home decor also. I like how they have isles separated by color, making it easier to shop. Floral, fabrics, wall decor, throw pillows, holiday and party items..too much to list. Always look for a coupon on your phone, 40% off the highest priced item ( look at exclusions). I look forward to the Johnson City location opening.

The only reason I come back is for the stock. Yesterday, two separate managers followed my friend and I as we each shopped around the store. The manager who followed me, ran into me, due to not watching where he was going. He did not apologize, he just kept walking in a hurry. We are preparing for a wedding, so we shop at this location once a week at least. Usually our totals amount anywhere between 50-200 dollars. I shouldnt feel the need to bring up the money we spend, but when youre followed through a store without reason of suspicion, it makes you feel profiled. Today, I brought a new friend with me, and watched the manager stare at him multiple times while my friend was checking out. The associates never look happy, and they never greet you. These managers following us never asked if there was anything they could help us find. They definitely set the bar and example for how their employees act. Im on my way to check other competitors and retailers to complete my friends wedding items.
