I’m really impressed with cricket and especially the store they have in Kingston, much better than any service from Verizon to AT&T or anybody. They really care about the locals and their customers. But the main reason why I go back there is because of one of their representatives, Andrew, knows so much about phones and service and treats you with respect and really cares about the customers.

I do have a long list of complains about service and the 3rd party insurance company, etc..., but BRANDY BLASIOLI, the store manager at Kingston Plaza is so amazing that I changed my mind about canceling my accounts and even sat there for hours to get my situation fixed.To the big corp ppl, she deserves a raise and she should train everyone that gets hired by u guys.The way she multitask s is what u need in your stores.Shes great.

Brandy was amazing! We went in expecting to leave with an okay phone.. we left with 2 new iPhones Xrs and without draining our pockets. Def will refer.

The Kingston Cricket got to my needs within two minutes of getting there. They had the liquid glass I needed in stock, and charged a reasonable price. I was at the Cricket in another state last week that took too long and didnt have either a cover or the liquid glass for the phone they had just sold me. Kingston was better

Horrible experience with a very rude individual who held managerial status, “Brandy(?)” i believe. I felt that she was very condescending, and she was very pushy about upgrading to one of the more expensive models, rather than the one I wanted. My wife and I decided to take our business elsewhere.

Good polite curtious kind people dont force a sale, Will explain issue to assist you.

If I could give 0 stars I would. The customer service at this store is horrible. They couldnt answer b asic questions I had about the phones or service. They acted like I was bothering them

I love my new phone, the plans n prices are great, but u dont get any hotspot with your unlimited plan, and you do with boost Mobile every month with your unlimited plan. Not with cricket. You gotta buy hotspot. And the monthly unlimited plan is the same as boost Mobile. $55, a month, n boost takes off $5 if u enroll in auto pay, cricket dont.

Cricket wireless is good service and cheep 4 lines for just $100 and data and tex and talk unlimited .Im very happy with there store service and worker and nice they ask you for help and try there best to help you out with your problem I, i will definitely recommend this store to everyone

This is a horrible store... The store Manager has a bad attitude and no idea how to run a business. I went in to the store to get a new phone they didn’t have the phone I wanted no big deal I just got a different phone but she couldn’t even figure out how to help me transfer my pictures over the manager and employees were to busy talking about another employee
