Dont forget when you first activate your account or you wont be getting no service over the phone. They also make up their own hours when they open and close.

Right now it is 1016 on a Monday morning the website says the store opens at 10 No one is even around to open up the gates I made a special trip down here to get my phone service it was a waste of money and time being here

I was extremely mistreated in this place, just for not understanding what should programs the telephone, the salesman screamed and screamed, I found the police there he dalou low with police. How can the metro by T-Mobile leave an employee like that????

Told the guy working which iphone I wanted, he said great and finished up with another customer. I waited around for 20 minutes to be told they were out of stock at all stores. He knew this without having to check computer for inventory. Never visiting this store again. Went to east wareham after and got great service. So its not a metro thats the problem its that store owner thats problem.

Very good customer service

This store had a line of people (about 10) waiting at 1:00 PM, some were there since 11:00AM when it was SUPPOSED to open and it’s not the first time I’ve seen it. It’s never open on Sunday like it states it is.

Really bad signal. it takes ages to open anything and if it opens. if not connected to wifi might as well leave your phone home.

Poor service. Extremely rude behavior. I tried to asked a simple question about backing up data before I changed companies and was ignored and talked over.His only concern was if I owed money to previous carrier and if my phone was unlocked. He told me plainly “ I don’t care”. Seemed to only care about selling me a new device. If you want service—try somewhere else. You won’t get it here.

When LeeAnder ran this store it was great, he was helpful, he hired good people, and kept the place full of a wide variety phones. Now whoever runs it has these 2 Latino girls working the counter, who know literally nothing about phones except that they have facebook. I went in asking for a phone with a gyroscope... a what? ... a gyroscope sensor.... a pertiscope? No... a GYROSCOPE sensor.. what type of sensor is that?......its a frigging gyroscope.. what do you mean?...ok none of these phones have that or I would know about it... and we only carry one phone now... even though theres 8 on display. Gave me attitude about the whole thing because she knew nothing of what I was taking about. Pathetic service.
