This is literally the worst place to get your phone fixed, every single time I get my screen fixed here its always broken in different ways it wasnt before every time I get it back, the first time I got it done when I got it back the face recognition and the fingerprint recognition werent working and my Sim card was broken so I had to get a new Sim card, second time which was recently my screen is now currently starting to fall off cause the light is seeping through the sides where its opening and the screen itself is messed up because it keeps starting out and doing its own thing and will either click on things I didnt touch or not type the keys I try to type, I wouldve been better off getting a new phone and wouldve been cheaper too and now Im seeing reviews where people have the same problems after getting their phone fixed, at this point a class action lawsuit needs to be filed if the phone is broken in different ways after youre going to get your phone fixed

The screen popped off my phone and these guys were able to help out and get the job done very quickly. In and out within 5 minutes. Other places wanted to replace the screen and charge me tons of money for unnecessary work. I will be coming back for any future needs for my phone. I brought an iPhone here that was completely broken and I doubted it can be fixed it all. But they fixed it here in no time, and not it works perfectly.We also fixed my son’s iPad here, and they even changed the push button without any extra charging.I was relieved to find this repair place so close to our summer home. I got my iPhone screen fixed here and it took just about an hour and was an easy process. The man mentioned I had a month long warranty if anything happened again. Just over a month later my screen was cracked again. I dont remember dropping it, I literally woke up one morning and it was broken. Im not sure if it was my fault or just a weird coincidence that right as my warranty was up my screen was broken, in a new place, but it seems super odd. Also, the screen managed to crack but my screen protector didnt. So, not totally sure about this place.

This shop owner has gone above and beyond from a customer service standpoint. I had issues with (3) different screen protectors and he replaced without hesitation. I highly recommend you visit THIS location for your cell phone needs. You will not be disappointed!

They told me 160 dollars to repair the HDMI on my ps4. This was obviously an inflated price for this repair. So I called the computer repair shop in Saugerties on Main Street and the quote I got was around 75 dollars for labor and 10 for the HDMI. For cellphone repairs they are very well priced though. Also if you mention you have knowledge of electronic repairs you will get told its not as easy as it looks on YouTube.

I went in for a cracked screen on my iPhone. It took about 5 mins to check me in and the work was done in 20 mins while I shopped. It’s as good as new. Just what I needed and very speedy service.

I brought my phone here to have the screen replaced. After bringing it home the screen started going nuts, as if someone was pressing all the buttons. It would then lock the phone for a hour at a time. I went back and he was very nice and said he would fix in 15mins. I got the phone back home again and the same thing is happening. I am now 3 hrs away and have a useless phone. He did offer to have me go back again, but how many times will it take to fix it. On my way to go buy a new $1,000+ phone and not at all happy about it.

I came in to get a iPhone 7 repaired and was told it would be 20 minutes. I took and short walk and it was done in 10 and it looks amazing!! He even added a free screen protector. I thought it would look different because of such a good price but it looks brand new not like some of those cheap screen protector places that make your screen look yellow.Hands down would recommend to anyone quick and affordable apple care wanted to charge me 300 for a iPhone 7....80 dollars is such a steal

Soon after having my screen replaced on my iPhone it would not work properly.Screen would Flickr constantly and dialed random numbers. When I brought it back to him he told me that if I had problems with that again he would replace the screen had multiple problems with the phone not being usable which was not the case before I had to screen replaced brought it back the fourth time I was told I would have to bring it back next week not happy with the service seems they have ruined my phone and are reluctant to get it fixed. Would absolutely love if somebody would reach out to me I would gladly change my review if they would fix my phone

Weve had my sons iPhone 6 repaired by ifixandrepair 3 times now including a repair of a botched job by another company. They always do an excellent job on the repairs at a reasonable price. They even managed to fix a problem that Apple said would require us to replace the phone. Dont waste your time going to an apple store, just take it to ifixanrepair.

Nobody answers the phone! I called numerous times within a two hour span and not a single answer. So I walked into the store and while standing out front called the store and the guy just sat on the computer and still didn’t answer. Then wanted $125 for a quick iPhone glass replacement. That’s insane!

Ive had one experience with them which was quite positive. They seem wise, practical and polite. But what has won my trust is their honesty. They solved my problem without any charge telling me nothing had been broken. Ive checked those users of the one-star comments they are all fake and bot profiles. Dont believe them.

To start off I contacted IFixandRepair originally on 9/5/2019 regarding my LG Tribute HD cracked phone screen. I called the IFixandRepair in Walmart and was told they can fix my cracked phone screen so I brought it in. When I arrived they stated that they did not have the screen in stock and would have to order and I paid a $20 deposit with a final bill of $29.16 owed.. When the part came in the person said it would take about an hour. I went browsing in Walmart for that time and came back to only be told that screen had cracked and a new one would have to be ordered. When I was informed that the screen arrived, I went lunch time to drop my phone off. After work I went to pick it up and was told that it was the wrong screen and that it would be ordered yet again. that was sent. Left for the second time not having my phone repaired. On the third attempt I had to go to them to find out if the screen had arrived because they did not call like they did on the first two occasions. Like the previous times I left for about an hour and came back and this time it was repaired (finally on 10/5/2019). but it did not last long. Not even a full week passed when the glue/tape was used install the new screen started to separate the screen from the rest of the phone. I went back and explain what was happing it was corrected but it still did not work after a couple of days. Returned again and was told its the glue and there was nothing that can be done. Left very frustrated and the screen ended up cracked again. Decided to wait until a trip to NYC on 11/16/2019 to have it repaired. Contacted a repair shop to get an estimate and was told it would cost $99 (not including taxes). I declined to pay it and decided it would probably be cheaper to buy a new phone. Would never use IFixandRepair again.

Fast and honest! I asked the tech to replace the battery and told him the phone was dopped in water. He tested a new battery in the phone and it was a no go. He tried the new battery and a new digitizer and it worked. So we agreed to do both and I’d return in 45 minutes (there was a job ahead of me). I came back and he said the battery was fine - digitizer only - which saved $40 on the fix. I appreciate the honest service!
