I walked into T- Mobile and the lone guy behind the counter apologetically announced he was there alone and the wait would be around an hour. He was helping a woman at the counter and two other parties were already waiting before me. At the beginning of my wait I thought it best to ask if he would be able to transfer my data from my present iPhone to my new one. He said, oh yes, and I can even start that now. He continued to help customer after customer, and answered phone calls with not even a hint of being overwhelmed. I was out of there in well under an hour and simply amazed by Eddie’s professionalism and ability to multitask. Cool as a cucumber under pressure, and on top of his game. T-Mobile is lucky to have you. Thanks again for all your help.

I came in the store and confessed my limited tech ability. Eddie was kind and made me feel comfortable with my questions. AND he had all the answers, patiently explaining things as he addressed every concern. He is efficient, knowledgeable and personable. The other staff there are also friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this store for all your phone and service needs.

Smoothest Sprint transaction I have ever had. I had an amazing welcome from the staff at the store. I was helped by Annaca. She was so patient and helpful. Knew so much about the phones and helped me pick out the best phone for my daughter. Excellent experience. Wonderful to work with.

UPDATED: After my third trip to the store my needs were met in a friendly and timely manner. Speaking to the cashier was informed lots of new hires and manager is out on leave so she was practically doing everything herself. With little to no help she managed to work through multiple customers as quickly as one person can, and despite the lack of help still did so with a friendly and positive attitude.Original:So far experience has been that customer service is lacking. Went in on Sunday and waited for nearly an hour and a half for them to still be helping the two people they were helping when I walked in an hour plus earlier. Needless to say I left and came back on Tuesday only to be greeted by a sign on the door that said be back in an hour. Woman inside said she was helping this customer and then closing to go to a doctors appointment. Im not faulting the woman for going to the doctors but your staffing problems arent my problem store hours should be store hours. Thats twice in less then a week I have been put off by your lack of service, going back today hopefully no issues today. Only reason for two stars and not one is they were at least friendly.

I’ve had a wonderful experience with Ed. He is new and training for the manger position. Was having an issue getting my data transferred and went to other t mobile locations and even some Verizon spots and nobody could help me because I had a android transferring for Apple. He knew exactly what to do and right before my eyes boom he had everything done in 5 mins to be exact. What a great and knowledgeable youn man.

Just wanted to say I came in for a add a line and everything was so smooth and quick. There was a guy I didn’t catch his name but he just started 2 days ago and was already able to set me up with everything while his manager assisted him with the order. Ran into a couple problems but it seemed to be fixed by them every single time. I would highly reccomend coming hereZb

When you walk into a TMobile store with two flagship Samsung mobile phones (Samsung Note 10 + 5G and Samsung 10+ 5G) purchased from TMobile at the heafty price of over $2000 and you have been a customer with autopay in excellent standing, good customer service must be met. And good customer service must be at the forefront of your employees even for first time customers. That is a given.We live in a rural area where network connection is sporadic and were originally Sprint customers. As recommended on the Sprint website we had our Sprint sim cards replaced with TMobile’s at the beginning of the merger. Since that time service was nearly nonexistent.It will suffice to say….fire Sean, and here is why. He is incapable of kindness, compassion understanding and has no product knowledge. I told him we had better service with a Sprint SIM card and asked if it could be reinstalled.He was already displaying impatience when he said it was not possible. I accepted the answer. I then asked if he could perhaps tweak our phones to help with the service. This was followed by a lot of eye rolling. Conversation ensued around this topic with Sean rolling his eyes at my every question. His impatience was evident through his COVID mask. I was loosing patience with his incompetence and refusal to answer my questions in a lay men’s terms as opposed to reciting from a manual. I asked him to stop rolling his eyes at me, stop belittling me and this ignited an argument. I lost patience with him. I let him know he was a bad employee and he just threw insults back at me. I left the store repeating he was a bad worker as he spoke over my expressing myself to his horrible attitude. I am sure that if Sean is confronted over this review he will throw it back to me, the customer. He will say I was the culprit. Men like him always do. I understand that your employees work on commission and it is financially advantageous for them to be helping someone who wants to purchase a phone and plan. But customers who have already purchased a plan and phone should be met with grace. We have already contributed to the growth of the company. Our concerns and questions should be respected.I have to add…. I am handicapped, in a wheelchair and on oxygen. But I don’t ask for pity or special attention. However, I do ask for a little compassion, patience and respect. None of which I received from Sean. He is a bad worker, as I told him. I have never written a review in my life. I am 71 years of age so you can imagine how often I’ve encountered customer service. Some great and some bad. It would take a horrendous experience for me to write a review. I had one.

This is the second time. I visited this store. This Sean is the rudest salesperson I met. The first time I came I was planning to upgrade my phone. He told me that he cannot help me because they do not have power/electricity. Never offered any alternative. I kust felt he is just there like to greet people but very insincere and does not mind T-mobile’s business. I ended up going to Albany to get my phone upgraded. He lost a client.Today, I came back to inquire about the Harman Kardon Speaker. He told me that rhey don’t have available and is asking what kind of deal I am looking for? He is not even aware of the product he is selling. when i mentioned that Onyx 7 is worth 150ish he said he is not aware maybe because there are third party?Disappointed to know a salesperson who does nlt know his product. I have to ask his name forcthe sake of this review. as he is not wearing any ID. I will notcgo back in this store anymore. This guy needs to find a job without interaction to people. Or perhaps he is just singling me out because Most reviews are good about. But I can’t be mistaken because this is the second time I visited.i also asked about do i need to weat back or is it required in their store as there is still a sign that mask is required. He me told,” I don’t know what you required for yourself… which is some improper.

My wife had a problem with her Samsung s7, as it kept freezing up. Matthew, the associate who serviced us, was extremely polite and accommodating. He worked on the phone to resolve the problem for at least 45 minutes. He also summoned another associate to help with the problem, but they were unable solve the issue. He apologized for not being able to help us, and when i asked to pay, he said there is no charge. His professionalism on the phone call and in person is was much more than i have witnessed at most retail stores. Michael is truly an asset to his company.

I was helped by a service rep that was very accommodating and thorough in getting me a new phone. The rep even helped a customer before me who was very rude to him and he still showed professionalism. I would highly recommend this store and the staff for any needs. Just a friendly reminder to all the people that are cruel for no reason, the people that work in retail are still human too.

A month ago, I went into the store to get a SIM card for a new phone. I learned today the agent apparently took it upon himself to add Sprint Complete (insurance) to my phone without telling me or my permission. Flat out illegal and theft. Friggin shaddy.

Hands down the best group of workers you have at this sprint location in Kingston. From Sean to Andre and Roberto and the other gentleman that I forgot his name had exceptional customer service care while I was there for a phone upgrade, these gentlemen had the upmost politeness and courtesy even dealing with those holiday rude customers that came in. Kudos to these men! Your hard work and commitment to this job should not go unnoticed.

After contacting Sprint support. I was told that my security answer was wrong. Now every single person in my family uses the same exact answer to the same question. Due to THEIR staff, my answered is invalid because THEY typed in God knows what for the answer. Hands down absolutely the worst staff that doesnt care about your account and money.

Absolute crooks! I was flat out lied to my face about many things. The sales associate (who surprisingly still works there) told me that my bill would be $120/month before a $25 bill credit for the lines. That $95/month +taxes and fees. I get my bill and its $200/month!! I went to confront them and they said thats not what we told you (even though I verified it with them 5 times when we were there). Told me calling to Canada was included, it not. Told me I would own my phone after 18 months, I wont. Added insurance on all of my phones without my permission as well. Called Sprint corporate and they couldnt care less. STAY FAR AWAY...THEY SHOULD BE PUT OUT OF BUSINESS FOR UNETHICAL BEHAVIOR.

The worst customer service out of any phone store I have ever experienced. A complete waste of time, employee was zero help, and showed no interest at all in doing his job. After an hour of wasted time I went to another sprint store where the employees were great.

If there was an option for negative stars, that’s what my rating would be. For all who don’t know, this specific location of this “Sprint” store, is not a sprint store. They are a third party company owned store who represents sprint. All they care about is selling phones and accessories and getting the commission for it. They are not sprint employees, they work for a company called “i Mobile.” My personal experience with this store was encountered with the supposed store manager, who’s name I don’t want to mention for legal purposes. He was the most ignorant, incompetent and selfish person I’ve ever dealt with in business/retail. Long story short, any time that you enter a sprint (or any carrier, because they all have third party stores) store, ask if they are a corporate store. If they aren’t corporate, TURN AROUND AND WALK RIGHT OUT OF THE DOOR. It will be a waste of your time and money, and give you nothing but trouble and aggravation. Sprint corporate stores are trying to do away with these horrible third party stores, so having to learn the hard way is not the way to go in this case. DO NOT even walk into any non corporate stores - not even for the smallest thing or easiest question, especially this sprint location in Kingston, NY. They WILL screw you over every way that they possibly can. Just a heads up - the only corporate sprint stores in this area is the store on Burnett Blvd. in Poughkeepsie NY, and the store in Newburgh, NY. Having said all of that, corporate fixed everything that this so called “store manager” royally screwed in the first place. MAKE SURE YOUR STORE IS A CORPORATE STORE - WORST customer service I have EVER received.

Rude and know nothing about the products. Also annika is unprofessional. I walked in and she was the only one working at the time. She was with a customer which is fine, but she never said hi, acknowledged me nor said she’d be right with me, etc. in the 5-10 minutes I was standing there so I left and she never said anything in that moment either. It’s a small store, I was literally right in her face when I walked in.
