I love this beauty supply. I moved up here from Miami and found myself driving to Miami every month just to buy my beauty products. R Barber and Beauty Supply is the only place that carries my products and if they are out they always order it for next day!! The girls are super friendly and always willing to help out with any questions I may have! Thanks for always taking care of your customers!!!

Client of this store for almost two years, all my team I have bought with them, by the way Janet who does the deliveries deserves 5 stars for her professionalism. A very kind girl!Unfortunately in the store that has the Poinciana BLVD nearby they should be clear with their delivery policy when a product goes defective. They tell you that you can return it and in two occasions I had problems; The first time it was an Andis trimmer that came out bad and the one who works in the store was very rude when changing it for me. I kept buying products from him because I really like the variety of products they have. But the second time, I returned a scissor that was defective, they agreed to fix it, but as I needed it, I immediately bought another set of scissors and waited 5 months for them to tell me today that they are only going to give me a credit of $ 20.00 dollars for scissors that cost me $ 40.00. Im not interested in the $ 20.00, obviously the store needs them more than I do, but the treatment they give to a customer who has spent so much time in his store.
