Well, I came in looking for nail supplies and found close to none for professional use. Great selection for hair though. They have a jewelry section also.

The owner and employees are kind and helpful. Nancy is a big help, especially in the wig section. They take care of their regulars. I’ll choose this place over others with wider selections any days, simply due to the service.

I’m new to Florida and I have had nothing but outstanding service from this establishment. I come from Maryland where people of my race are starred at throughout the visit of the store. I feel very comfortable shopping here and I am one who is very indecisive so I can spend a very long time in the store without any trouble. I love the variety here and usually when I make a purchase there is a discount on my merchandise. I’ve tried a few places but this is the one that I like the most. There are closer places, but I travel beauty 30 minutes here for outstanding service and variety. My only gripe is that the Ebin edge control seems over priced or maybe I’m just used to the prices in Maryland. I suppose it may pay off with the other discounted merchandise.

Lots of hair options! Weave, braiding hair, ponytails, crochet, hair supplies( shampoo, conditioner, relaxer, needles, thread,etc). Earrings too!

Lots of variety. Prices are a bit odd. Can get crochet hair length 26 inch for 5.99 and shorter lengths same price! Which I feel should be a dollar or cents cheaper. They never gave discounts or free promo until the new beauty supply store elegant beauty opened up across the street and now they have competition. Which is great because now they have more to offer customers. Overall great place, greatowner works with his family, brother and nephew.

I had looked up the time of closing for this store and got there with a hour to spare. The door was locked which was okay given the pandemic. However a lady came and opened the door quickly and asked what I needed which was a silly wig for an event I had that night. She allowed me in no problem. A man approaches me as I was browsing and acted like he was in a rush and I was a problem because they let the person that deals with that area go home early. At this point I had already spotted what I wanted and he had to check for it in the back. They didnt have anymore so there was something similar to it that he went and checked and couldnt find it. Normally I would have just gone else where but I was on a time limit as well.This man says to me that he will lower the price of the wig which was on display if I wanted it. That was not ideal (used and touched hair) but since I was only going to use to it once I was cool with it. Problem is he only took $2 off as if that acceptable after initially saying hed take off $10. Then tried to make a stupid scene at the register saying that everyone needed to hurry up and go that they have places they have to be. Acting as if I couldnt pay for the wig and giving me attitude. He absolutely reminds me of the type of person that freaks out majorly over nothing. The same type that most likely ran to the store and bought all the tp at the beginning of this.I would never ever recommend giving hard earned money to a place that is owned by someone like that. If he can treat not only myself like he did when businesses are in need of our patronage more now then ever. I would hate to see how he treated people prior to the pandemic. Luckily there is a nicer store just up the street from them. I do not want to bring up race into it but he makes it clear js. This place is going to be reported to bbb because people like him thinks hes untouchable. Btw I didnt write all the ways he was wrong that day but just be aware of the business you may support.

Ive been going to Kiss Me Beauty Supply Store for YEARS! The Staff is very friendly. THEY HAVE EVERYTHING YOU NEED! PLUS SOME...Gorgeous Wigs ( half wigs, lace fronts, full wigs etc), Every Color and brands Lipstick under the sun, Every Color eyeliner, Eyebrows, foundation and Hundreds of Ponytails, and Finger nails, Skin Care, Hair supplies... I LOVE THIS PLACE... If it opened on Sundays, it would be PERFECT!

If your a person of color, the best hair store in Osceola county hands down. Even better than Sallys hair store.

Good selection of products. However, although I have visited this business a few times there has never been an employee who has offered any assistance or asked if I needed any assistance with looking for anything. Staff at the check out register are usually ok though and some are friendly. Some items are priced very reasonably but others seem on the higher end.

It was amazing! The lady that was helping me find a new wig was amazing. She took her time trying to find a wig that fit all of my needs. She even helped me with the issue I was having with my current wig! The owners are also super nice and helpful. They just gained a customer for life!

Excellent products, I bought hair extensions for wedding and I couldn’t be happier with product. It blended amazingly and easy to work with. I also bought 24k gold face mask and I love it. Also the product is amazing.

Ive been to this store several times and the older gentleman is extremely rude. He doesnt greet the customers and today he watched me from the time walked in the store until I walked to the counter with my items... he made me feel very uncomfortable and unwanted there. I left the items on the counter and walked out, I refuse to spend my money anywhere that treat their costumers this way.

My niece told me about this beauty supply cuz I was initially looking for a wig for last minute costume for my daughters project. They have all kinds of wigs in different colors textures lengths and styles. So many different types of hair products and utensils. Coming from New York where beauty supplies are plenty, its great to find a place like this here in Kissimmee.

This store is great, been coming here for a long time. The staff is professional and helpful and I’ve seen how they evolved to expanded their business and generated more customers but the parking is a bit cramped even though they made more parking spaces.

This store is a little out of the way for me. Its a large, spacious, well lit place with reasonable prices. The employees in front of the store were welcoming and friendly but the woman in the back working with the wigs, initially was a bit rude, dismissive, and bothered that needed her help. She warmed up a little when she realized that I was not going to respond in like manner.

The owner is rude nasty even to his own son . Went to return a wig and he got nasty with his son . I left the wig and the lady told me I could resell it which is right I want to get it back cause I was still at the store he cut the wig I half wouldn’t return my money or give me a product. I was hurt cause I give this man business once a week. Never return to this store ever again .
