Cannot get any person to actually answer the phone. I want to see if they offer appointments Fridays but after 15 minutes no one at the store has answered at 2.30pm on a Wednesday afternoon? Id love to be one of the 5 star experiences but after 17 minutes the answer service drops you if no one answers the phone
I had an excellent experience at the AT&T store in LaGrange. David did an excellent job of answering all my questions. Jay has also helped us regarding a technical issue and was excited patient!
As we waited for a representative. There was only one helping customers. Later finally other employees came out to help. So if theres 5 on the clock. Why did we and other customers have to wait ? Only to receive poor customer experience 😡 The customer is not the priority at this store.

Wanted to upgrade. Phone I wanted was not in store so I had to order online. Ashley, who delivered my phone, refused to give me envelope/label after I requested one. Was told to go to store because it was easier. How taking time out of my Saturday to do some thing that is her job is easier for me I am not sure. Store did not seem to be able to help me, did not want to do anything to rectify the problem until my fiancé stepped in and said there has to be something that can be done. This whole situation took an hour which shouldve been a simple here is your phone give me my receipt took an hour on a Saturday highly irritated with all of the service I have received from AT&T since day one. Try to tell me that since I ordered online but is not something they handle there. I do not care how AT&T chooses to do business who if they subcontract out the delivery if I order an AT&T phone and go to an AT&T store don’t treat me like I’m walking in with some boost mobile phone demanding a refund
Went into location as my phone screen was turning purple. The rep advised me that that my only option was to pay off my phone and purchase a new one. I asked about manufacturer warranty as the phone is less than year old. Rep stated no way it would be covered and option to buy new phone. Went to a repair store and they repaired for free under the manufacturer warranty.
I walked in at 7:30 knowing that they closed at 8 so I expected that there would be a wait, which is perfectly fine! After 20 mins of waiting one of the workers told me that they might not be able to attend to me today. I was confused because they closed at 8, so wouldn’t they not let people in after 8. I got there at 7:30, it’s fine if I wait an hour but don’t make me wait and then tell me you can’t service me.
We worked with Rob and he was absolutely wonderful. I told him from the beginning that we had three kids waiting in the car, but that we needed to start cell service with AT&T. He worked really fast, and got us out of there in an hour. He was very patient with my husband and I switching places to do what we individually needed to do with our new phones, but also keeping our kids supervised in the car. While I was in the store, I could see that Rob had an excellent rapport with the employees, and it was a really friendly environment! We will go back to that store for all of our future needs.
At first i was excited for the new iphone 12 mini. i went home, excited. i opened settings to find the available storage.. 64GB.. that’s it? i use my phone for photography, tiktoks, games blah blah blah. overall the phone itself is 10/10, I got the white model and a clear case. give us more storage!! NOW!!
My initial visit to this store was great, the employees were friendly and very helpful. Each after that was great except for this last visit, where I felt uneasy. The security guard ( who was Caucasian) was staring at me as if I was about to do something wrong. I just assume it was because I didnt have my mask on ( neither did he), but there is a sign that says if you were vaccinated the mask was not required. I also felt the person who was helping me was annoyed with the fact I was trying to verify a price. I felt uneasy with her as well. Otherwise I would visit the store again if need. I will make sure its not near closing time on a certain day.
Terrible customer service! Not even worthy of a one star but had to pick it by default. Despite making an appointment to purchase a new phone today, I was told the salesperson I made the appointment with was Out to lunch, and given no indication of when he would return. This despite confirming my appointment with the salesman and receiving a reminder text two hours before my appointment. When I spoke to the manager to express my concern, and ask why I did not receive a courtesy call to be kept informed, he spoke to me with his back turned half the time stocking items, went on about how busy they were, and how one of his sales people recently had a baby so they were short staffed. The manager could have easily assisted my directly but chose not to do so. He told me I was next and that someone could eventually help me. He did not offer to help me directly and could have absolutely done so. Furthermore, he stated that I could share my concerns with the salesman when he returns essentially throwing him under the bus instead of being a leader. I am no more special than anyone else, but I informed the salesman yesterday, when I made the appointment, that I had a sick child so I was pressed for time which is why I made an appointment in the first place.Since I had to wait I asked to use the restroom and was not allowed to do so. I left to find a restroom and when I returned I asked the security guard where the manager was and if he could please get him for me as I wanted to let him know that I was leaving. The security guard was curt, stating he could not leave his post and that eventually the manager would come back out to the floor. He also gave me a very uncomfortable stare for several seconds. It was clear that he had no desire to help me. By the way, 40 minutes had passed with no indication of when I would be assisted.I do not purchase phones often but this experience reminded me of why I seldom ever come to this store. I did call customer service to share my experience then drove to the AT&T store in Summit, IL where I received WONDERFUL customer service and purchased my phone. While that store may not be as State of the Art as the LaGrange store, I tell ya, the customer service in the Summit AT&T store blows the LaGrange store out of the water! I hope nobody else will experience the terrible service I received. If so, take your business to the Summit store. You will not regret it!
Had issues with a cellular tablet, so I made an appointment at the nearest At&t store.. Erick is ABSOLUTELY PHENOMENAL! His patience and kindness were much appreciated when trying to fix my problem. Will continue to go to this location just for Ericks professionalism.
Absolutely TERRIBLE customer service. I didnt even mind the near hour long wait. We were sold the wrong phone, despite repeatedly telling the service person that it didnt look like the correct phone. We spent $1,500, and now have to wait for a refund. The first day, we were told it would be 24 hours, the second day, 3 or 4 days, this is the third day, and now itll be 3 to 5 days.There are other stores not far, save your time, and go to one of them.
I was in the Lagrange store on Saturday afternoon. I just want to give a shout out to the excellent customer service Eric F. provided. He was able to answer all my questions, and got me all set up with everything I needed. While in the store a customer was being extremely impatient and Eric handled the situation very professionally. He was cool, calm and collected the entire time. Great job Eric, it’s people like you that make me want to continue to be an AT&T customer.

Erick at the La Grange, IL store was amazing! Super friendly, helped me make my decisions quickly without rushing me, and most importantly just gave me great service and made the process more enjoyable! You can tell he does that often as the lady I was sitting next to said she went to him 3 yrs ago and wanted him again! That he was great at what he did! It makes me feel better going to someone who really knows what they are doing and talking about, and he definitely did!
The manager Eric Flores is one of the worst representatives ATT could have employed. He has absolutely no customer service skills and goes from normal to deranged faster than Christopher Walken. My phone was over heating on the first hot day of the summer and was acting slow. When I came into the store, there was no one available to help (probably need more staffing) and the security guard was the one that had to direct me to a station. I waited about 5 minutes and Eric finally came out. He told me that it might be a half an hour wait since there were no employees available, I quickly asked if he could just feel the phone to confirm it was hot to the touch. He took it and instantly said they would start an insurance claim. My phone is less than a year old and so I asked why it wouldnt be warrantee. He said Its cracked and Im not taking it for warrantee. The back of the phone is cracked on the glass, but it would have no baring with how its overheating, so that made no sense to me. I asked why he wouldnt and he repeated that hes not putting a warrantee claim in without any other explanation and with attitude. I told him, Im not trying to argue I just want to know why it wouldnt be under warranty. Since he was unable to explain I asked if I could just speak to the manager, he moved his lapel and said I am the manager. At this point he got irate, and said Im not having this discussion you can leave the store Im kicking you out. He motioned for the security guard to come, and at that point I said I was leaving after I asked for his name. That man needs psychological help.
The service here is fantastic. There are great representatives that work at this location. They are all extremely friendly and knowledgeable in AT&T products and plans. Do note that due to the COVID pandemic; it is best to make an appointment! Otherwise, like almost every other in-person store, there may be a wait. I would totally disregard most of the negative reviews about this store because they seem to mainly focus on waiting time. Waiting time is a negligible factor so long as you make an appointment.

The rep ( Brian) was extremely helpful in in bundling all my devices together under one plan, and reducing my overall costs.
Spent 2 hours to activate new service with 3 new phones. Took 15 minutes to print the 3 receipts which they needed to take pictures of my drivers licenses for each receipt. They must have taking 20 or so pictures during the whole process.Got home and wanted to set up online account. You need a PIN number to setup. Turns out the Store gave me an incorrect PIN number and no account number which you need to set up an online account. Contacted store to tell them PIN number didnt work so they gave me a number to call which turned out to be a consumer line but my account is a business account. The consumer rep transferred me to a business account phone number which turned out to be closed so the auto attendant hung up the call.After an hour or so of navigating different people at AT&T I finally got in touch with a business representative who was able to reset the PIN number so I could create an online account.AT&Ts phone buying experience is absolutely terrible. Its not the Reps fault but who ever came up with the process of buying and setting up phones should get the boot.
The AT&T La Grange, Illinois store has gone downhill in customer service. The salesperson, while very friendly, was inept. Told me my new phone could finish install at home but no way to connect to my network, so back to the store. While waiting for the update to finish, the manager was extremely rude. As I looked around I noticed he was rude to all older customers. Very disappointed.
Very short wait. Christina was very helpful with information and telling me how the air pod pros work. Explained payment options so I was comfortable getting them. They are not cheap. I could buy on monthly installments with no interest. After purchasing they sound great, work great, and I know I can go back for help if I need it.
Normally I go to Apple store to deal with phone problems. Today decided to go to LaGrange AT&T store. Buying a phone was problem free with Natalia. She was clear and concise. She made the whole process smooth. Great person to deal with. Thanks
Typical liars! Sell you a phone service and accessories quick and easy.You drop bunch of money, then when you come back forfree replacement in this case screen protector. You find out that it was all lies there is a fee to replace everything you got including a new screen protector. Manager eric extremely rude and obnoxious acts like he owns the store and his is the last word. But when they sell you the product its a whole different story New will shop at this store or recommend it ! 0 stars
Thank you so much for such a positive experience! They stayed very professional during such a difficult time and kept operations very smooth. They changed my SIM card with no issues and we did this with masks and a plastic shield to protect everyone involved. They are open right now and ready to help!!
Terrible customer service. Eric the supervisor treated us with rudeness and arrogance. This was the 4th visit to this store in the recent month resulting in 2 encounters with Eric. Each time he was rude and dismissive. I provide AT&T with a lot of business: 5 wireless phones, u-verse television, home internet, home security, home phone. Ive been a loyal AT&T customer for over 25 years. Many times my encounters with AT&T customer service has resulted in little help, more frustration, and always a higher bill. The only AT&T person that was ever helpful is Cristina from the LaGrange store. Once my contractual obligation with AT&T is fulfilled, I will most certainly be switching to a different provider who will receive my business. Good bye AT&T. Thanks for a lot of aggravation.

I Lost my husband just 5 months ago so I am now a single mom and widow...in the last 6 weeks I’ve been there 5 times with my one year old with one problem or another nothing ever truly taken care of. I had a terrible time when I had my AT&T SBC global account locked out. I went for days and numerous phone calls to the help center, and no one was able to help me. In a matter of minutes Christy at my local ATT Store solve my problem and my Internet is not working 100%. I cannot tell you how fantastic she was and how much knowledge she had and the ability to fix the problem in a matter of minutes thank you again Christy love you.
Went in with my mom to add wireless service on a Monday evening. Only waited about 10 minutes and Abby was very friendly, helpful, and even told us about an extra discount. Javion, the manager, was also welcoming. I would recommend this store for the awesome customer service.
Once again I received less than satisfactory service from this store. Purchased a new phone 2 1/2 mo. ago and was signed up for at&t home service which I DID NOT AGREE TO. Today I needed help with an app they loaded that didnt work correctly and in their attempt to fix it, several of my apps were removed without my knowledge. Only found out when I got home! I would not go to this store again.. poor customer service skills!!

We had to replace an iPhone that went fishing 🎣😳🥴. Our CSR, Natalia, couldn’t have been more helpful. We left with one new phone, a new family service plan and with a lower monthly payment, along with a free bonus of HBOMAX.
Decided to switch family cell plan from another carrier. Sales personnel were very patient with our decision making issues. At the end of the process,we were happy with the outcome, and went home with new phones and smiles.

Visited the AT&T store in LaGrange and had an excellent experience with store associate Calvin. He was very patient in answering all of my questions and helped me pick out the best iPhone 11 to fit all of my needs. Calvin walked me through the iPhone set-up start to finish and ensured all of my photos, apps and numbers downloaded from the iCloud. His customer service was exceptional. Word of advice if visiting this store location... ask for Calvin!

I went to this store to exchange a phone I got with switching over. They said they were going to exchange it in a way that would be easier. Apparently they just meant easier for them because Im on the phone every month for the bill and nothing is getting resolved. They ended up not having the phone I wanted and said it would be ok to go to another store that had it; another lie. I highly regret switching to AT&T.

We have been in here twice recently due to cell phone problems (of our own fault). The first time, my husband had to activate an old iPhone of his because we couldnt find his current phone. We found it a day later and switched it back. It was quick and easy to do. Then I came in today to activate a new phone because I had cracked my old one and insurance shipped me a replacement. While my old one would charge, I couldnt do anything with the screen because it was cracked so badly. I wasnt sure if Id be able to transfer all my data (voicemails, texts, etc.) from my old phone to the new one. They werent able to do it in the store, but Carlos explained how I could probably do it at home. He was very patient and helpful. He even installed a screen protector for me, which was $20, but if I had had it the first time around, I probably would have saved the $168 on my insurance to get a replacement iPhone 6. Also, a manager checked in on us during this interaction to make sure everything was going well. The store is really clean, plenty of staff, very professional. Im not sure why they have only 3 stars.

I came into the store and traded in two old iPhones back in June of 2019. I didnt get the managers name to whom I did business with that day but she took care of the process. She told me I couldnt apply the credit to my account because I had a prepaid account so she told me I would receive a visa gift card with the amount on the card in 30 days. Til this day I have not received the visa gift card and Im not happy. I feel like I was scammed and they just took my old iPhones to give to for someone or keep for themselves. Its been 4 months and nothing Ive called up to the store multiple times to speak to managers. Jessica D was the name on the receipt but they keep giving me the run around that they will track the order and see what happen but no one has called me til this day. I want someone to call me from this location ASAP. I want to speak to a manager about this situation or I will file another complaint.
I went to get a Samsung 10E and was assisted by Rob. Before I left the store I asked is my phone ready to be used and the sales Rep said yes.When I got home and tried to make a call I wasnt allowed to make nothing but emergency calls.So guess who has to go back to the phone store again!and just think I just switched over from Tmobile

This specific location came periodically to the 007th District Police Station to sign Police Officers up for the FirstNet program! I inquired about the services with the manager on site including Diana A. The representative was very nice but not knowledgeable AT ALL! I told Diana I am interested in the services Ill be back the following day to sign up when they return. She asked me to fill out some information and I specifically told her, do not run my credit score until I am ready to switch over. She ran my credit score anyway. Then I was told, if I switched over, I would receive $150 in credit. I was told to pay the phone off, then switch over my services to receive this credit on my bill. I PAID $400 out of pocket to pay off my phone and then I switched over. I was promised this credit after 2 billing cycles. Do you think I got the credit? NO! I saw them again and then spoke to the manager. He held me for about 15 minutes putting the credit on my bill. After 2-billing cycles again, NOTHING! Come to find out, I needed to purchase a new phone and have monthly installments to receive my promised credit. To fix the problem, I went to another location who had to fix THEIR mess! I had to get a new phone, a new phone number, and try to sell the phone I PAID OFF to make my money back! This location is weak and I DO NOT recommend going there or having them come to you! Diana is nice but doesnt know what shes doing and the manager should be ashamed of himself. I wish I had his name! Do not go to this location!

Lied straight to our faces, told us the phones we were getting were buy one, get one free. Several months later the credit for the supposedly free phone was still not appearing on our bill so we called AT&T corporate, who told us the phones were not buy one, get one free. We then called the store and spoke to the manager, who told us she would get it fixed and call us back. She never called back, unsurprisingly. Too many straight out lies by both store employees and corporate to list here. We will be terminating our service, reporting this awful company to the Attorney General for fraud, and moving to a different carrier.A quick search online shows that AT&T has pulled this same BOGO scam with numerous people.

Three days before Christmas ... nice that they open one hour earlier, but not a full staff so wait time is intolerable. Manager sat at his computer screen the whole time -- couldnt he pitch-in to improve customer service?The whole experience is very frustrating from a consumer perspective ... we deserve better.
Had an issue here so I called corporate. They called the store, spoke to the manager, and assured me that my situation* would be taken care of because it was well within their return policy. Returned to the store, and the SAME manager who spoke with corporate would not help me. Another manager came out (higher up on the pole) and basically agreed with me and said it was within their policy to accept the return/exchange.The workers/managers do not know what they are doing. There are other instances where I have had issues with a simple problem and they were unwilling/untrained to help. Never have a problem with signal or any of their other services, just STAY AWAY from this physical store. General manager is very helpful and knowledgeable, but I find it unreasonable to have to speak with a manager just to have someone do their job.* Situation is as follows : Ordered new phone on website, arrived faulty. ATT policy is you can exchange/return the phone at their store within 14 days of purchase for any reason (I think my reason is pretty solid). I had the phone for less than 24 hours. I did get my replacement phone after 45 minutes of arguing/waiting thanks to the general manager.::editCalled to file a complaint and got a sales pitch from the guy taking my call while the complaint was processing. Tried to sell me a tablet and upgrade my U-Verse TV package. Very professional though, but needs to work on the sales pitch. Sir do you like sports? Because with this package...... Hey at least he tried, right?

I came.to the Lagrange AT&T store in distress. My elderly Uncles phone had been used without his permission to call Nigera by his home health care assistants. Abby helped me get the information I need to follow through on rectifying the terrible situation my uncle has been put in. The fees are over a $1000 dollars that were not caused by my uncle. Thank you So much for your help Abby!!!!
