Don’t waste your time. They are a sprint store with a T-Mobile badge. They can’t do anything for you unless you want to just buy a phone. Worst customer service ever. Once sprint always sprint.

Lilly & Victor from T-Mobile worked very hard to resolve the issue we had with Sprint. We were sent a bill for activating a phone we looked at but never purchased from Walmart. The sales person did not finish the cancelled transaction completely which generated a bill being sent to us in error. What a Headache!!!!

Rating this from the phone I got while there, need I say more? Well ok but only cause you insisted. Yes it is in a bit of an odd location but very friendly staff, got me exactly what I wanted and didnt try to hustle me for more add ins I wasnt interested in like I have seen at too many Cell phone companies.

Amazing Staff, Amazing Service, Amazing Store. This is one of the best Sprint Stores that I have ever dealt with. The staff will go to any lengths to insure that I am Very Satisfied. They are well trained and always make me feel welcome. I recommend this location to all my friends. The new manager Hubert and his staff Vince, Alex and Erik and terrific.

They barely deserve the one star I was in there the other day and wanted to pay my bill with cash. I was informed that there was a $3.00 surcharge (for a cash transaction). The manager Victor proceeded to tell me that he did not know why there was a surcharge and with quite the poor attitude asked me if I was gonna pay or not?! Well, no sir called corporate to report him and now posting this review. Customer service subpar at best. The manager needs some additional training or better yet just replace him!

I visited the store the other day and I just wanted to pay my bill. Next thing you know the girl with the blonde hair and glasses tries to upsell me a tablet. I say no thanks I’ve worked in sales Not interested. Then, she asks me again and I clearly said I wasn’t interested. It was very annoying. On top of it all why are they charging for cash transactions? It’s ridiculous! Lastly, I think it was the manager who I spoke to, tells me my bill will be cheaper if I change my number and get some drive device. I’m like yea right? My bill is high enough why would I add more to it? 1 star Bye

We came there to take informations about the phone deals. They didnt even greet us when arriving, no smiles nothing that shows repsect for costumers. This guy was watching his computer all the time and show no interest. When we asked specific details if he could provide us more information he told to look at the website. What kind of worker tells that to the potential costumers. This store has 3.2 stars. I am surpristed becouse they clearly deserve less. Dont go there, becouse clearly they dont wanna work.

What they dont tell you is that service hours close at 6, sometimes earlier. You can make an appointment on the Sprint website, but they dont take appointments here. They are aware of the issue and unapologetic about the fact. The website had me at an appointment at 6:45. When I showed up they told me service hours had been over since 5:30- they closed early it seems. They basically told me I was out of luck. Latest in a long line of bad experiences here. Youll probably have better luck at another store.

Dont waste your time here. They couldnt even find my account. Then started telling me that I didnt pay my bill, so I dont exist in the system. Uh, I have a phone in my hand right here that is on and active! What?.... Then I dont know what to tell you. Just go to the corporate store. Hmm. I know what to tell you, but will restrain myself. I wish I could give you zero stars.

What a crappy store, really stupid people behind the counter it has been this way since I first started using sprint.Service tech told me that he could not fix the problem because the problem was not accruing so when the problem of the phone not turning was accruing I took it back to sprint for them to determine the problem instead he removes the battery and reboots the phone and then tells me that technology is a funny thing...so in other words you dont know what is wrong with the phone...no...I could have done that at home what a waste of time and then I left.I can not recommend American wireless to any one they consistently employ unmotivated people.

Was there at 10am and the store was closed, it clearly states that they open at 10 am. I went to grab some coffee at thought they were running a bit late. I decided to call around 10:40 and a guy answered, i asked what time they opened and he told me me they wouldn’t be open until around 1130 because they were running late. What a waste of time!!! Very unprofessional!
