Wow is all I can say. Lady with highlights and glasses took care of us! Her and, I believe his name was Anthony, did a fantastic job. Phone looks brand new. It is a Samsung galaxy s21+ 5G. I was so sad when it cracked, and I was expecting to pay $450+ since other competitors gave that quote. I only paid around $199 w/ monthly warranty. I am extremely satisfied with my purchase, and the excellent customer service. They take great care of you. Phone was done in less than 2 hours. Probably an hour or so. 10/10 service.
Want to say thank you very much for replacing the screen on my cell. It was a pain to walk around with a cracked screen. I taped it up and just settled on being ok with it. However little pieces were falling out over time. Luckily I came to this UBreakiFix in Lagrange and Anthony came to my rescue!! He was able to replace the screen within an hour. Am extremely grateful for his help!! Thank you for the great customer service and being so quick with it! Truly appreciate it!! I highly recommend them.

Excellent service. Top- notch work fixing my Samsung Note 20 Ultra, a notoriously difficult phone to work on. Their initial quote was lower than more than one competitor I called, but when I brought it in and they had a chance to actually look at the issue, they informed me that my repair would be fully covered under Samsungs warranty. Never received a callback about about my phone’s problem after dropping it off. I showed up and asked. The poor guy at the desk had to call the guy who “helped” me when I dropped my phone off. Clearly had no clue as while my phone had a charging issue, I was told my phone was done and should get a new one. am typing on the “done” phone now. 🙄 great with cracked screens, but never for other issues.

I called this uBreakiFix store for my previously repaired PS4 .. thankfully spoke with Alex, who responded with such patience and deep knowledge. After listening to my issue (noisy fan), he asked us to bring into the store .. never hesitated that it was repaired at a different store and was only concerned that I was a uBreakiFix customer with a problem. We picked up the PS4 and the fan is working perfectly! Very grateful and uBreakiFix now has a lifelong customer! Definitely use this location if you have problems.

I had brought my phone in due to the face was cracked/shattered. This was not my first time I had done this. By giving up my phone, I feel open to anything with my information available on it.They had told me 2 hours for service. I had returned before the time allotted and the phone was repaired with out issues. I had tested multiple features without issues.I trust their professionalism and privacy. Counter service is very slow. My repair was very expensive. As for quality my phone is not very responsive to the finger touch. I might need to take it back. They are very accommodating once you get the ball rolling.

From the time I first contacted the store until the phone was fixed was about 2 weeks. I asked if they could fix my cracked screen they had to order the part but because of weather they were closed the next day. I would think they could just have the screen for the Note 9 in stock it is a common device especially when you advertise you work for Samsung. Anyhow I went to the store after the part came in and they said they had to replace the back and the front because they work for Samsung and the back was cracked. So they said the part would be in the next day. By this time I was a little frustrated because I drove to the store for no reason. Plus now I was going to have to pay even more for the repair. So after 2 days of waiting for the part to come in it finally arrived. They said the UPS tried to deliver the part to their neighbors a few doors down I was pretty disappointed by this because I feel like I could have shipped my phone to Samsung and had the repair done with half the hassle. They offered a 10% discount because of all the trouble which was greatly appreciated. So I finally dropped my phone off at around 1 p.m. expecting to pick it up the same day they scheduled a tentative pick-up at 4 p.m. I understood that they would call me when it was done. I called them at around 6:58 p.m. and found that the repair was done which was great but that the technician failed to call me and since they close at 7 p.m. I would have to pick it up the next day. To me this should be simple 2 to 3 hour repair that I am paying close to $300 for thats a lot of money for me. I kinda expected better service. The people I talked to were nice but I think there needs to be a little better management. I am not one to write bad reviews I was really hoping to leave a good review but I just cannot in good conscience. I think with a few small adjustments the customer experience could be way better. Once again I was really hoping this was going to be a good experience so that I could leave a good review. Hopefully this review will provide helpful feedback.************************************************After I left this initial review on their feedback form the store contacted me in a few hours and apologized and offered to make it right by giving a glass treatment and a Free Case. This was more than expected and I was very grateful and impressed that they would go this far to show they value me as a customer. Had an appointment but still waited in line for 25 min while behind 1 person. One girl was working up front and seemed like she had to jump through a bunch of hoops just to give back someone’s phone. It was also pretty Infuriate to her the rest of the staff in the back eating pizza and watching toy story.Once I got to the counter and explained that my computer just needs a quick look under the hood b/c the track pad connection was off (I know this because I had opened it up the night before to change the battery) and I needed someone who knows the computer better to slide it in correctly. Told it would take 3-5 days and left immediately.
While the employees dont seem to be masked with this airborne virus, they did provide exceptional service!My charge cables were barely connecting and they simply cleaned out my port and its just like new! Thank you guys!

Google pixel still had manufacturers warranty. Microphone stopped working. Google told me to go here for repair. When i handed the rep my phone, he told me it was bent. I told him i dont see it and that it isnt. He took it, notated a bend in report and sent report to google. Google denied coverage due to physical damage. They then offered to fix microphone for 80$. Google told me that since they reported it bent, there is nothing they can do, because they have an agreement together.
UBreakiFix was there for me when my new phone suddenly lost volume!! I couldnt hear clients, family, NO ONE!! uBreakiFix personnel are very professional and accommodating. Store is clean and frequent reminders for social distancing were given to new walk-ins. My only complaint was that I never received a phone call, text, or email to let me know parts had arrived (what gives?) The issue resolved itself as suddenly as it appeared, somehow, without my intervention. Despite this one flaw, I still would HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS STORE!!!!!

Stay away from this company. They scam you and fraud you out of money. Also, the store manager tom is very very rude and aggressive. My phone was not returned to the condition I was assured it would be. Tom the store manager at the Lagrange location did not afford me the opportunity to understand my concern. After leaving the store with a phone that had a dark purple screen on it, I had to file a claim with Asurion. My Asurion rep today notified me that this store should not have fixed my phone. Tom had no interest in understanding my concern. He kept saying over and over But is your screen cracked still? That has nothing to do with my concern. I will be filing a small claims suit along with BBB complaint. STAY AWAYYYY

I do not have words for how mad I am at this store. I have gone here once for a screen replacement and the service was fine. I recently got some water in my phone and brought it in for a diagnostic, which is free. I went in today and they said I needed a new charging port, battery and a screen as the screen was flickering, the charging port was not working and the battery was not charging. It totaled around 500 dollars. I definitely was not going to pay that so I just to back the phone defeated. I plugged it in at home... It charged. I turned it on... it turned on without flickering. I unplugged it... the battery held charge. While I am thankful that removing the water fixed the issues, if I had listened to these crooks, i would be out 500 dollars and they would have just kept the phone sitting there for 2 days and did nothing to it and gave it back. NEVER will I return. I figured I would share this story just so that people can be cautious about listening to them about certain things.

Great service. Fixed my phone within 3hrs
I was told I needed a new motherboard for my PS4 or a new DVD player. After they were unable to push through a software update. Everything was working fine but my fan stopped, after replacing the fan it was fine but just wouldn’t update to the latest software. After bring it back home and refusing your service. I reopen the ps4 and realized your techs never opened it up and just messed around with it. I tighten cables and screws, and cleaned it out again. Started back up and the update went through. Your techs are just relying on computers and not doing hands on work. Over charging for service that a customer may not need. This is sad. Everything I did I watched on YouTube and you guys are suppose to be professionals. Very dissatisfied. I refused to service so I wasn’t charged but I was willing to keep working on it myself I would have been charged over $150 for something that wasn’t needed because of laziness.

In short: My 4 hour repair turned into a 3 day project. The only reason it is 2 stars is because the device was finally repaired after a series on conversations where I had to ask the employees to do their job correctly and to connect with the partner location where my decide was first dropped off.If you want to read the full story - this is what I sent to Samsung:This was the worst experience I have ever had with any technology company. I dropped my phone off at UBreakIFix in Chicago on Cyborne on 01/09/21. They called me that evening to tell me that they did not have the parts for my phone and couldnt complete the repair for 3 days. I requested to pick it up and take it to a different location that could complete the repair in a more timely manner. I picked up the device and set an appointment for a different UBreakIFix in LaGrange, IL. I dropped off my phone on 01/10/21. I called the store on 01/11/21 to check on the device. They notified me that the vibration motor and some miscellaneous screws were missing from the device and they wanted to charge me approx. $80 additional to order new parts. I reminded the assistant manager at the store that the phone was recently at a different location and prior to that has never been taken apart. From this point in time, there were a series of calls to both locations to find my missing pieces and figure out a new time line for the device. This was the WORST repair service I have ever received. After speaking with both managers and figuring out why my device was missing pieces, the LaGrange location began work on my phone, notifying me that the device would be repaired by the end of the day on 01/11/21. At the end of their day, after no communication, I called the store again to get an update. They informed me that they took the device apart and repaired it, but that the new piece from Samsung was defective... WOW! They had a new pieces shipped in the next day and successfully repaired the phone. The repair ended up taking 3 full days instead of 3 hours. The experience not only wasted my time but was a series of communicating with mediocre employees with little to no experience problem solving issues. Samsung should seriously consider looking into BOTH locations and reviewing the operating policies through your only authorized dealership....

I came in with the intent of having my galaxy S8 charging port replaced as it hasnt had a good connection in a long time. I was using the wireless charging stand but it takes forever. They cleaned it and it works fine. Im very happy they saved me money and were honest and honorable people. I would recommend them to anyone and have respect for good, honest knowledgeable people in this day and age. Thanks guys.
Scammers, stated they have to order a screen from their distributor ! This is a lie right out. They all order screens from Amazon just like you and me and read reviews on quality,just like me. I dont do business with companies that treat customers like fools just to make a buck.

Had my phone for over 3 weeks total to get it back bricked. I original came in for just a cracked screen that still worked. After a fairly quick repair that they seemed to want to stall on taking initially because parts were on backorder, I originally picked it up with the speakerphone now not working (and yes it did work before I dropped it off). After fighting with the employees about giving me a phone back that was broken and asking to have it fixed correctly, they originally werent going to despite my insurance instance that they should. I had to call another store to get their manager involved to get it fixed. After I dropped it off, they had it over 2 weeks for them to tell me it was unrepairable and I would need a new one. The first few times within the 2 weeks I had to inquire into the status of my phone and they would tell me that there were parts on backorder like when I originally dropped my phone off. Towards the end, when my phone seemed to be getting worse, they did communicate better but up until this time, it was terrible. I will NEVER use the La Grange location again.

I actually found this place by accident they said if it has a power button bring it in. I brought in a speaker that wasnt turning on. I left it at the shop 3 days they called me and they said we could fix your speaker. When I walked in the store it gave off that vibe of going into my best friends house, thats how great they treated me. I would 100% recommend this place! If it has a power button and its not working take it in.
I had to get my S8 screen replaced after dropping less than a foot, and now, about two weeks later, it has a scratch. They dont tell you the screens are now made to require the screen protector (I had my phone in my bag with only my wallet and keys.) I have NEVER broken or scratched a screen in my 10+ years of having a phone.Also, their hours are limited so you pretty much have to leave work early for same day service. Their price are more than Best Buy so no, they dont have the lowest or most competitive prices and chances are you are better off buying a new phone vs buying a cheap replacement screen for $200+.
The website drives you to schedule an appointment, specify the make and model of phone, and lets you know how much. This lead me to believe it would be a nice in and out and had high hopes going in with my Pixel 3. The repair looked pricey, (over $200 to replace a screen) but other repair places directed me here.When I arrived, they collected the same information over again. I asked if they were verifying I was told they did not know why the website collected information. They had the display in stock, but needed to order tape... Which requires me to pay 50% (MORE THEN $100) up front so they could order.All in all, I am very disappointed with the experience and I need to go back yet. I did give two stars as scheduling the time slot meant it was myself and another customer there, so not having to stand in a line was nice, but I have no idea if scheduling an appointment even got me that.I will report back as things progress but at this point I would not recommend.
Worst experience i’ve ever had and so disappointed. i brought my iphone xr in 2 months ago and they told me i needed a new screen because the lcd was messed up and the screen was cracked. they gave it back to me a few hours later which was nice but later that day i had to bring my phone back in because the screw wasn’t in all the way. Brought my phone back in two days later because the bottom of the screen isn’t in all the way and if you push it down it will pop back in and then right back out. I got the premium phone screen option and it was a waste of money. don’t go there, they don’t care. Now tonight i’m on my phone like a normal day and my screen turns red with lines and now it’s cream colored. I’m sure they won’t fix that either because it will just “be fine” or “there’s nothing they can do for it”. can’t believe the la grange location was this bad. Lets start with easy part...Their service is great, the turnaround time is amazing, and they back their workNow the more difficult part...An electronic repair place is like a mechanic, you need to know a great one and hope you never need to use them. The employees at uBreakiFix are top notch in knowledge, but even better in customer service. They know that if you are coming to them, you probably are not having a great day already, but they are kind, patient and empathetic. I would hope you never need to use their service, but highly recommend them if you do.
I called this store today to inquire about pricing for iPhone X and they told me it would cost $240, which is more than my carrier would charge to replace the phone! I found a place in DG, who fixed it for $120. This place is overcharging, it’s not cool. You can find better work at an affordable price!
Should be called you break I break more. Phone board wouldnt work properly after their repair. They refunded the money for the repair but I then had to buy a new phone due to them.
