Even though they are a busy store, they make sure all of their customers are taken care of. The store is clean and organized. Parking is accessible. Kayla and vani are amazing employees with such an upbeat personality in the midst of this continuous pandemic and shortage of staff.
I visited this store last week because I had just received my new IPhone in the mail and I was having difficulty setting it up. I got there maybe around 6:40pm or so. The store was closing at 7pm, even though online it was listed to close at 8pm. I was met by Megan who so graciously walked me through the process of various downloads. She even stayed late until everything worked perfectly. Great customer service!!!
Just switched over to Verizon from AT&T. Christian who took great care of me and went over everything in great detail. I was with my girlfriend and our son. Christian also mentioned he had a daughter. We then got onto the topic of kid movies. Which he had really good recommendations for our son. Couldn’t be happier with my overall visit. Night and day from the other Carrier. Highly recommend Christian
Megan was awesome in helping me switch carriers and transfer everything from my old device to my new one seamlessly. She made sure I got the best possible deal and answered all my questions with incredible patience. I was so relieved at how easy she made the process. Highly recommend this store!
I didnt get any names but the staff was very helpful and knew what they were doing. Went in for a trade in and some new phones and left 20 minutes later!! Very fast and friendly! 10/10
Just want to give a shout out to Chynna for her patience, helpfulness and amazing customer support she provided this morning. Working alone, with the phone ringing and customers continuously coming in the door, she did her best to assist me in a difficult situation. And with a smile!
Let me preface by saying, this is not a Verizon store. In the event that a Verizon customer has a claim or dispute with this store, like myself, Verizon is unable to intervene.This store is a cellular chain store. Their “sales reps” are likely working on commission as their tactics are install products and charge customers before explaining wildly high prices or hidden fees.To set up an IPhone they charge $25. The simplest task of logging into your iCloud and following the prompts on your iPhone. They do not disclose this fee prior to you purchasing or performing the task or truly at anytime unless you question your receipt.They also installed a phone protector on my phone without asking me for consent or disclosing the price. All because I asked if they carried glass screen protectors. When questioned, they called it a “sales tactic”( verbatim quote from manager).The long and short of it is, go to the Verizon store in Hinsdale, this is chain run by sales reps looking to charge customer hidden fees and charges that you’d never see at a Verizon store. I’ve been a customer of Verizon’s for 10 years and am so disappointed in myself for making this mistake.
Very polite! Let me try on the phone case. Very helpful. Right when I walked in she came and asked if I needed any help and I asked about a phone case and she showed me and told me there was a great deal. Anyways very happy how my visit was waking in to the store!
After many years of same cell phone I needed to break down and upgrade! I had the pleasure of having Megan take care of me. She was so knowledgeable, so professional and so very kind and patient. She even came out to my car to help me sync the new one. She went way above and beyond for me and she needs to be recognized as a stellar employee of Verizon as well as a wonderful human being that we all need to be more like. Thank you.

Had the BEST customer service ever at this location. I highly recommend seeing Chynna Simon for any type of help. She is well informed, patient and pleasant to work with. It was so nice to see her to explain step by step to my mother, who is not the best with tech, how everything works with phones, plans and other devices. I could not thank her and this location enough!
I recently bought a phone case and a glass screen protector and I am IMPRESSED by the quality of both these accessories. I threw my phone at the wall and at my boyfriends head and did not leave a single mark or crack on my phone (but did leave a bruise on my boyfriends head)! 10/10 recommend, for sure top quality accessories!

This store is baiting and switching. They told my mom that her phone upgrade would be $10 and then they sold her a 128 g phone. Then when we checked the bill it was more than the $10. We went back and the manager said my 60 year old mom asked for that amount of gig. She has no idea what gigs are! Then they wanted to charge her $75 to fix their mistake. Terrible customer service. After being there for 4 hours they gave my mom a screen protector.- After speaking with Nolan and going to the store for the third time, he really helped make everything a lot better. He is very good with customer service and easy to talk to. Even though he didn’t cause the mistakes, he helped fix them.
My partner purchased a screen protector with a warranty/insurance, she went in multiple times for a replacement and was told that they were out of stock and that they would have more soon due to the store coming under new management. Went in this weekend for the replacement and was told that due to new management taking over her warranty/insurance would not be honored and she would have to purchase a new one. Employee was extremely rude and asked for personal information across the store with other patrons around.
Edwin was awesome. Ive been coming here for years and the staff is always patient and competent. Over the phone service is hit or miss, but that is understandable as they could be obligated to in person service at the time.Ive been to other stores where the employees hide out in the back, ignore queues, etc. I dont know if this store takes appointments, but that would be a way to set this store apart from the rest. It kind of guarantees that the right person is providing the right service.

Of all of my experiences at Verizon stores over the last decade, this one is in my top two Verizon customer experiences. I was greeted warmly and promptly, the entire team was attentive, polite, and friendly.The store is spacious and clean. I also appreciated that the team members were wearing their masks properly, setting an example for the customers in the store. I definitely recommend this Verizon location!
Christian was incredibly helpful and went through everything thoroughly so we knew exactly what to expect from the new phones, our plan, and what the bill would look like. We appreciated all the information provided and his friendly attitude.
Great customer service. The one improvement i have is just with the phones and accessories they have in the store but I was happy with my visit.
Bought a new fone. Not all items got transferred. Ordered a new protective case for my fone on Friday. I was told it will arrive on Monday or Tuesday. 10 days later still not here. I will never buy accessories from dealers again.
China was most sensitive to my concerns and informative to my questions while Christian worked very well to support ....
Brianna was great!! She made us feel so comfortable about understanding our promotion, telling us about the new features of our phone, and made it so convenient to walk out of the Verizon store ready to use our phones. The rest of the staff helped out whenever needed and were very pleasant as well.
I bought an insured product here a few months ago and then got told it was out of stock until we get new management. Then once they got new management apparently the insurance doesn’t carry over on the product. Terrible customer service too
I only go in to a Verizon store once every 4 years to upgrade my phone. From now on, I will be returning to the La Grange store often. My husband and I were immediately greeted when we entered the store despite all the sales staff being occupied with other customers. While we were being helped, the manager stopped by to ask how our visit was going. David helped me trade in my Galaxy S7 for a Galaxy S21. He was excellent and very attentive to our questions. He gave good advice when comparing comparing our current plan with other plans. AND he made sure we didnt miss out on any promotions or discounts.

Walked into the Verizon in La Grange, was immediately greeted with David. David was very attentive and knew his problem solving skills well. He fixed my phone and also installed a new screen protector. I was in and out in minutes. I’ll definitely return to this store. Thank you for the great customer service David.

My First time at this Verizon store was probably the best, the moment I got in there I received the best service, more than I was expecting. I had gotten all my lines added to my account, and was given better choices to make my line better, improve my payments and even save some money. Edwin was the best man on the job, Edwin had proved that he was the man to see. I was very impressed with everything that he provided. Edwin has made it much easier for my friends and me, that was joining my line, getting all new phones and accessories. Although the store in LaGrange did not have any phones in stock Christian helped answer all of my questions about my current account and my trade in and then ordered a new phone for me. My phone was delivered quickly and I received a phone call right away from China. When I went to pick up my phone Megan was very helpful with the transfer and set up of my new phone.
They were very attentive and helpful. They also gave me some great tips on using my new phone.

Simply a nice experience. The atmosphere was airy and pleasant. I didnt feel like I was a bother like some of the other stores Ive been at. The staff was fun, helpful and energetic. This is a reflection on the management. I didnt feel like I was talked down to because I was older. Special kudos go to Chynna! I walked into the store on a whim, asked her about my account and she took the time to write down, in detail, my account instead just reading it off the screen! I was a long time customer of AT&T wireless and got fed up with their poor customer service so I decided to check out this nearby Verizon store, and was shocked by the difference. Everyone was courteous, friendly, helpful, and the rep I dealt with directly, David C., was very knowledgeable, patient, and took the time necessary to find the phones and plan that best served my needs. Overall, an exceptional A+ experience and I would definitely recommend this store to anyone.

Zero stars, negative stars! Waiting for over an hour to trade in my phone TWICE. Only went into the store to ensure my phone would be returned physically in store and not lost in the Mail only foe the store to have lost my phone so instead of getting a trade in I am being charged for the entire phone. This is sloppy, terrible service. Only reason for the high reviews of this place it because they offer a promotion in exchange for a high review.
Brianna was the best. Excellent customer service skills and knows the products. Came in for a problem with a screen protector that the Hodgkin’s store sold me and applied. It was the wrong one and didn’t seal correctly. Went back to them and they did nothing. Went to the LaGrange store where Brianna reapplied the correct one perfectly and was aware of the procedure to replace a problem Zagg screen protector which saved me the full cost of a new one. Great job and I will be back.

I needed a new phone and I went to Lagrange location Chynna help me find the perfect phone. I had the information transferred over. But there was one app I use a lot and didnt transfer over. It was no longer in the play store and to replace it with another app was utterly impossible. I went back and talked Nolan Young. He was able to transfer the app to my new phone. He was a ROCK Star! If anyone has problem he is the man to see. I recommend this location.

Update on name correction “Edwin”This is by far the best customer service experience we have received in years and it’s all thanks to Edwin ! We were having issues with an upgrade and got told by an old location that we wouldn’t be able to do so without making the full device payment upfront. We had originally went to try and open a new account to hopefully avoid this. Long story short Edwin was so amiable, knowledgeable and helpful that he looked further into our account and saw that we could actually make the upgrade.With his help he was able to ensure: we stayed loyal Verizon customers, we understood our account and helped us select a user friendly phone for our family member that is not super tech savvy. He made a frustrating, exhausting situation do a complete 360 for us. Not to mention he corrected/caught the error/misinformation given by another site. This review is long over due but needless to say we will be long and loyal customers of this branch. Edwin is an amazing/diligent employee.Thank you for going above and beyond for the service we pay for, your professionalism is appreciated.
Stephanie was very helpful each time I came in. The first time I was just shopping around to see what different companies offered. Then I came in a second time and told Stephanie I want to go through with the deal that was offered sometime this week. Stephanie checked to make sure that the deal was still available she let me know it was. I came back the next day for the third time to go forward with the deal Stephanie hand wrote for me the first time I came in and the second time she looked over.We spent 3 hours going over every detail and making sure I understood everything. Along with transfering all my data and having my old provider give me my account info to keep the same number.Stephanie helped make sure I got a good deal seeing how I was upgrading from an S7Edge to a Note20. I told her the phone I had before was a Note4 & I told her that was my favorite phone the first time I came in. Which is why Stephanie advised me to get the Note20.Stephanie also made sure I got $200 off on my tablet that I bought. A 35% discount on the backpack I bought. $75 off on accessories. Along with everything I fit in the backpack discounted by 35% Which included but not limited to that phone screen, phone case, tablet case, tablet Stylus, UV Light box cleaner, phone wipes, Ear pod pros for my wife who is deaf in one ear so she can use one of them while the other one is charging.I will make sure to go to Verizon La Grange for any more questions I have. Along with Stephanie being helpful Nolan and everyone else at that location was very helpful to everyone who came in they were all very nice and professional. They kept the store very clean as well and all wore masks which when my pregnant wife came in she appreciated that very much. I dont know why I even posted anything with any rating due to the fact that Verizon has been failing me left and right. I still have problems making phone calls. Or I get a message saying no mobile network available find a mobile wireless network. What is up with this. Nobody can fix this and I thought that when I went into the shop at 5:00 South LaGrange road in Brookfield that they were able to handle the situation based on the fact that it was the SIM card but now Im still having trouble. Im not reading you except for the low rating because Verizon has been nothing but trouble so far. And they cant resolve issues.
Edwin was my customer service rep and he was exceptional 5 stars I came into the store Very stressed out from the night before as my six-year-old verizon phone from which I had excellent service had crashed I have to have a phone that up and running 24/7 as I work for 4 hospitals and staff for COVID. Edwin was so helpful gave me some great ideas great discounts and help me with backup from my phone work and also set up many of my applications. In addition I purchased the new watch from my elderly mom which will be very helpful to my family. I even asked to speak with the store manager to praise his efforts in helping me. I cannot tell you how grateful I am as my livelihood is very dependent on my phone.
