I had issues getting my money refunded for a part that I purchased from the shop. The shop manager was not productive and uninterested in solving the problem. Therefore, I had to go through my bank. I wish the shop manager was more professional and caring of my situation as I paid for a service. Unfortunately, I will never return to this shop unless they change shop management.

The website said it opens at 7:30am, but no one arrived until 7:50! It seems like help is needed. Inventory was lacking, but they were polite and courteous.

Came in on August,27 2020 to get a tire patched. When I came in I was greeted by Todd he was very nice and professional when I asked him if he could repair my tire he politely said yes no problem I was very happy with his response and willingness to help out and gave me a time line on the repair. I returned 30 mins later tire was fixed and balanced. Was told to be there before they open this morning so that I could be taken care of right away. I arrived 10 minutes before they opened and sat there for 40 minutes. After waiting with no updates, I asked if it was going to be awhile in which I simple received a head nod. I left and will never go back. Go to Southern Tire!

Friendly people and accomodating! I had to change an appointment at the last minute to an earlier time and they made the change with no fuss. Came in, left my car for 45 minutes and my flat tire was repaired.

Thanks to Phil, Aaron and Brandon for fixing the air conditioning in my State Police patrol vehicle. It was 97 degrees 7/30/19 and I left with cold air blowing! Thank you for helping me out in a time of need and in a timely fashion. I highly recommend this place.

Tim(the guy inside The shop) was wonderful from start to finish. He literally treated me like family and made it possible for my issue to be resolved. Dan went above and beyond explaining what he was doing and showed in detail my bad part. Theses guys are local, honest and I am now going to bring my cars to them on small and big deals. They definitely impacted my life!

Terrible! Stay away from this place they didnt tighten my lug nuts and my wheel came off and cause serious damage!

I went in to get a tire checked that had been losing air..I had went to another place who said the tire was fine..but I knew something was wrong and lo and behold la plata tire found a nail in it..I want to thank you all for listening to my concerns and checking the tire so thoroughly something the other place did not..thank you so much!

Great and friendly place the employees are nice Ive only had tires done there as I can preform most of the repairs my car might need but from taking to them while I watch them work I would definitely take my car there to be worked on as well they have a small waiting room with coffee and cable TV if you need to wait my personal experience for getting tires Ive waited and the longest I have had to has been 1hr 30 min which I find more then reasonable so I would definitely recommend giving them a try

This shop was stellar. Work was priced fairly and work performed was done well. The wheel i had was the wrong color and rather than just putting it on they called me to let me know. They got my car running way better then other shops in the area. The mechanic took the time to go over what he did and how the car felt when he drove it during testing. I will use this shop from now on.

I went in to get tires mounted I had purchased at Walmart as they were currently unable to mount them. Once I left the shop after driving I noticed excessive vibrations. I called la plata tire asking about if they could be off balance. They said no way and that that’s what I get for buying Walmart tires. Mind you this business is a Goodyear branded shop trying to sell me their more expensive tires. News flash: Douglas tires are made by Goodyear! When I got tires checked for balancing they were double weight on one side than the other. Buyer beware!
