Recommend avoiding. Main complaints: they replaced valves, but I ended up having to replace valves and pump a few months later (they only did half the job that was required and it cost me $3k); they installed a faulty canister they had me buy from a 3rd party and then I had to replace it a few months later for around $800. Go somewhere else that has professionals!

Broke down while driving. Is a frustrating experience, but knowing the tow truck was going to take my car somewhere that I trust to care for my car. Be fair and honest and helpful, gives me some relief in the situation. Thank you meineke

I took my car in after having some issues with my brakes. Jiffy lube had replaced them earlier but not correctly. I took it here because the owner is amazing and doesnt try and sell you things you dont need. He fixed my brakes in about 2 hours and even double checked. He knows what he is doing and the customer service is impeccable. I will always take my car here.

Absolutely the best experience i’ve had at an auto repair shop. I told the man at the desk (who turned out to be the owner) that I had a low tire and asked him to check it out, he immediately knew what was wrong and asked me to leave the tire with him for a few hours, I left the tire with him and when I came back, not only was it fixed, but the owner offered me a bratwurst off of the grill at the shop. So not only did he plug a hole in my tire for a extraordinarily low price, he also fed me! The atmosphere of this shop is great, the mechanics are extremely knowledgeable and helpful, and id hands down recommend it to anyone. Definitely plan on returning

Staff was friendly, professional and worked hard to get my tires done quickly knowing I was from out of town and didn’t have much time to wait. As a last minute walk in you don’t expect to be treated this well but they acted like I was their only customer.

My car was having issues with the temperature in my car. My car would start to overheat after driving it for a small amount of time. I called the car care Center and they swiftly help me diagnose the problem and I dropped my car off at the location and spoke with a representative named Aaron he was really cool and helped get my car situated. The labor and parts only took a day and the price was cheap. They will call you if they find something else wrong with your vehicle, And they will explain it to you thoroughly so you understand what it is they found.

Broke down with no warning right in front of the La Plata location. Limped my Pathfinder into the parking lot and asked for some help. Aaron dropped everything and got our car safely in to see what happened. He quickly diagnosed alternator issues. While not a cheap repair, he earned our business with how straight forward and rapid his shop could help us out. He called me at the moment the work was completed so he could give me feedback in real time since there was some concern it may be a transmission problem too. Thankfully it wasn’t and I’m back on the road.Going forward, I will use this business again because of the job they did and the customer service provided by Aaron.

Aaron and Phil were very courteous and professional, they literally saved my families life. I had a faulty bearing and hub assembly incorrectly installed by a former vendor Mr.Tire Waldorf 3months ago which affected braking power and suspension on my front end. I originally brought the vehicle in for brake work, if I would have driven the vehicle on the highway, I could have no correction would have lost an axle. Aaron promptly notified me once he identified the issue. I was a little late in picking the vehicle up, but they waited and now all is good. Did not pay an arm and a leg for the synthetic blend that I need. Even was able to use a coupon :) ( who doesn’t like to save money ) & to top it all off he filled up my windshield wiper fluid and topped off my tires air pressure . I came needing an oil change but also had an oil leak- likely needing some gaskets replaced. Not only was I quoted a reasonable price, but was updated twice about my car’s status while in the shop. The staff was friendly and inviting. I have an old van and know there needs to be more maintenance in the coming months. The staff shared the top priorities but didn’t pressure me. I will absolutely be back for the recommended maintenance!

Halfway through a 40 hour road trip from Canada to Florida I needed a rear brake job (pads and rotors both sides). I pulled into the Meineke shop in La Plata MD. Within minutes the shop crew had diagnosed the problem and provided a quote which I accepted. Parts were ordered and tear down commenced. Installation started as soon as the parts arrived. A final road test and I was back on my way South. The entire fix took 1.5 hours - hardly a blip in the grand scheme of things.The crew was super friendly and accommodating. I’ve gone to Ronnie at Minekee for about 4 years with all of our cars. Always great workmanship and fairly priced. This week my wife’s BMW had a screwdriver in the run flat and Mr. Tire wanted to just sale me a tire when I only needed a patch for the hole. Mr. Tire told me that the patch won’t hold, even though they do, so we left to see Ronnie. Aaron, a European vehicle expert had the tire patched and out the door in 30 minutes. I highly recommend Ronnie and Aaron At Minekee.

I went here because my moms friend said that one of my tires was dry rotted and thus I had to get it replaced. One of the employees came to check the tires after I waited for no more than a minute or so when there was a full parking lot and he said that I shouldnt waste my money because they were simply going through weather checking. He could have made a killing off of me but instead he was honest and sent me on my way. Such wonderful people!

Fast and helpful! My AC wasnt working, and he recharged it and I had it back within a few hours. I go back in 7 days to make sure the Freon isnt leaking out anywhere (at no charge). I will definitely be going back if I have anymore issues.

Drops car off at 730am. Show up at 430, looks like they just pulled car in. Finish mounting and balancing 4 tires at 6PM (all that was needed done to my car since 730am). 9hrs of my car sitting and 1.5hrs for a simple 25 minute job.
