The la Plata Maryland location has knowledgeable staff.the one gripe is lack of stock of games I want to buy sometimes but no big deal

Always helpful, take time with their customers. You have questions about any games... they know the good and the bad

Solid game stop variety of games, good customer service with knowledgeable staff. clean store that was well organized. only a 4 due to a minor issue caused by not receiving a game disc in the case. the issue was resolved with it any fuss.

This gameStop is always friendly and willing to talk about games. The gentleman behind the counter was alone but was calm and still gave plenty attention to everyone as the customers started walking in. They also try to figure out how to get the most money from your trade ins.

Always enjoy coming in even when I dont buy something. Very helpful towards finding what you are looking for.

Very friendly and polite answered all my questions with details.

Kind of busy but handled checkout quickly. Only problem was a glitch with the computers. Only allowed a limited amount of purchases at a time.

The manager Ben is very knowledgeable and makes sure his staff is as well by far the best gamestop in southern Maryland in regards to customer service in my opinion definitely recommend

The couple of times that I have come when the shop opens, it takes 10 or so minutes after the stores supposed to be open to open up. The last time I came, it took them 25 minutes to open. It’s just not professional. That’s frustrating, but it’s still a good store all around.

Large selection of new and used games. The store is clean and the staff is very friendly. I come here often and they always have what I need with a smile.

Its a good looking store, but the employee didnt try to suggest anything to me when I was buying a ps vita. I am still willing to go to that store, but he just didnt go the extra mile with suggesting things like a memory card for the vita even tho they didnt have it In stock or asking me if i wanted to renew my pro membership.
