Ali was extremely helpful and was able to save me $1300. I went to a corporate location and sold me a phone for $1300 and didnt even set it up. I came to this store to set it up and Ali showed me all the promotions I couldve taken advantage off. I returned the phone at corporate and came here. Ali upgraded me and my husband for less then what I was paying for just my phone. He saved me $600 on my iPhone and $700 for my husband. Ali was a better rep then I have ever dealt with anyone. Hands down the best Verizon guy.

I went to share my experience and i can see Ali is doing the same thing to others as he did to my senior parents! They had multiple charges for some redux membership, multiple charges for some setup that was barely setup since I had to log into their emails and download their apps, and had 2 “culture of good” cloths for 20 they were told were free. Overall they paid 180 to setup 3 phones AND spent 20 on TWO culture of good cloths they did not authorize! Ali just threw them in the bag and never said they cost! Their receipt was shoved in a bag, never shown or explained, my poor parents thought they were paying all that money for the phones but come to find out it was all unauthorized bologna fees! And what kind of company allows an employee to charge 200 without authorization? That is alot of money and borders on fraud! And ironically under “culture of good” what a joke. Also had premium insurance fees of over 70 they did not authorize! Culture of good lol. This is a culture of fraud, deception, and downright theft! Go to the corporate store down the road, they will tell you all about this store and this company! Stay away from these people!

Last week I chose this location over 20 other Verizon’s on my way to here. I live in Washington DC, and I could’ve went to any verizon store around my house. I was told from a family member that come see Ali and he will take care of you. First and foremost, I would like to say now it makes sense when you google verizon, why this store pops up as first store and then Ali has 25 reviews in a row and they all are 5 stars. I texted Ali to make sure he had the phone I wanted, right of back he called me, talked to me for 15 minutes, explained me every detail of s21 ultra vs IPhone. He shares his personal experiences and customer’s experience. He also made an appointment with me for a day which is the slowest day for him and store. Before arrival I am already sold and super impressed from the level of customer satisfaction this gentleman has provided me. From the moment I walked in and till the moment I left this verizon store, Ali made sure I was taken care of. He explained me why my bill has been soo high for the last 2 years, he also showed me couple features I was paying on for no reason. He upgraded my phone, transferred all my information, shipped the old phone, showed me how to wipe off the old phone. I have been hesitating to get a new phone because I was scared of the whole process. I have to say I amuu super impressed by Ali, his knowledge, and his multi-tasking capability. I was given a referral to come see him and I have to say I will make sure his info gets passed around to as much people I can.because I can vouch that Ali will take care of them or any customers that walks in through the door! I have a very old Samsung phone that I have been holding because I was too afraid to get a new phone. I walked in to this verizon store in laplata MD. Right of the back what a pleasant young man Ali is. He is very delightful. He told me everything will be okay. He wrote down everything for me, broke down the whole process from start to end. He also showed me how I can lower my bill that no one has ever done for me. He then showed me all my options, gave me pros and cons for all 3 phones. After I decided on the phone, he explained how he will transfer all my data and personal information. He also showed me how can I factory reset the old phone so I can wipe it which make me feel super safe. From start to end, I would recommend Ali to anyone. I will be bringing his name up everywhere.
