This morning my phone locked up on me so I jumped in the car and went to my local Verizon store here in La Plata. The store manager’s name is Shady who was very friendly and helpful throughout my entire visit. He was able to unlock my phone within seconds and show me how to deal with it if it happened again. Shady also was able to offer me a discount on my monthly bill. I will be doing all business at the Verizon store in Laplata for now on!

Shady Mitchell, the store manager, waited on me and his service was friendly, informative, professional and understandable. He was personable and treated me like a person, not just a paying customer. Plan to return to this business.

I went to the Waldorf branch and did not like the service at all. Then i came to the La plata branch and was greeted by the store manager Mr. shady. He made sure that my problem was fixed first and lowered my bill before upgrading my phone. I highly recommend this branch they understand customer service.

Elise was AMAZING. Super friendly, my phone came in early and she called me immediately, helped me set my phone up. Helped me pick out the perfect phone case. She also helped my boyfriend (who isn’t even a Verizon customer) pick out a phone case for his phone too. This was by far the best experience I have had with Verizon since being a customer. I left there with my phone completely set up, a case I love and also one for my boyfriend. If you are looking to upgrade, transfer or buy a new phone I recommend seeing Elise.

Great customer service at Verizon LaPlata store working with Tevin. He provided excellent service, kept us well informed on Verizon processes, our new phone arrival, and was extremely efficient. We had initially ordered a phone with Cassie several weeks prior but our order got completely messed up and she never contacted us further. We came in and spoke with Tevin, and he straightened out the entire matter and immediately placed an order for the phone that we had initially ordered. It came very quickly and we were so happy with the service provided that we will be returning next week to purchase another phone with Tevin. Good customer service makes a huge difference! BUT Mother FiOS Verizon had locked me out of my account and customer service sent me to an outsourced representative that wanted to sell me something else!!! and couldnt unlock my account so I could actually see a bill for paid service. Alex did verify that I have paid for HBO but I dont have access to HBO Max via FiOS. Hummm 🤔❓

Best customer service that Ive received in quite some time.

This location is a high volume location. I have had the displeasure of having to come to here on several occasions. This location is ALWAYS understaffed. With long wait times. Management must really be blind to the stores customer base. MONDAY MORNING 0900 opened with ONE employee and a line of 9 customers to be waited on. How can this stores management be so useless.

I needed a SIM card replacement. I was sent all over by Verizon even to store that were closed due to Covid. It wasn’t like I could call around. I had no cell service. I came to this Verizon store 4th which appeared to be busy. Employee Amon was awesome. Im not sure of the young ladys name I had today. I got there right at 9 a.m. she was by herself. Very friendly and patient. I went to the store to upgrade one of my business lines, I had the pleasure of being helped my ‘Amon’ one of the very tech-educated wireless sales associates. During the upgrade I had a few issues with my account, Amon didn’t have any issues contacting Verizon Customer Service and sorting out the issues. The process was made seamless by Amon and I walked out of the store from start to finish within an hour with my iPhone 12 Pro Max, I would certainly recommend this location and Amon for your wireless needs.KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK AMON!

Although it was quite a distance from my house, it had what I needed. If you order Verizon STB boxes, routers or anything for the house you can pick them up at this store. Thats if you live in Southern P.G. County Routes 5 to 301 or 210 to 228 to 301 in the area of the Super Walmart.

Visited this store on 05/02/19 @ 3:30pm. Prior to my entering the store 2 of the employees peered at me out the window, as I was parked directly in front of the store. A bit hesitant to enter but I had driven 14 miles to return equipment. Upon entering 6 employees were in this small location- one laying her head on the desk,another on her phone, a young man tossing a ball a female who stared intensely at the computer, one pacing back and forth and lucky me, one offered to assist me. The employee offered to help me said nothing to me other than - you only keeping internet? Several people came in to pay their bill only for their machine to be inoperable but no good customer service skills in offering to provide alternate options. I despise poor customer service and lack of professionalism. Hopefully this email will be read by the powers that be and training opportunities will occur. All I know is this best not EVER happen in my office and I find out about it. Best thing about this office is that it was open.

It was the worst experience and it makes me consider switching to a different carrier. I went twice, the first time Ashley Forbes was absolutely amazing. She worked with us and catered to all our needs. Went again and we had a different representative, asked for the price of a phone and it was over charged by $200. She was also demeaning. The store has low product in stock. I went to target and got the exact same phone for cheaper and better quality of customer service.

Had to wait to be served (they were busy). The staff was friendly and helpful!
