My daughter was so excited to get her 1st car! We had been searching for a VW Beetle and found it online at this dealership. Connor Smith was so helpful right from the start. When I told him we lived 2 hours away he offered to do a video walk around of the car to show me the inside and outside of the car. He also noticed the air wasn’t cooling like it should and helped get everything worked out to have it fixed. Not many places would be upfront about things not working. This was one of the easiest car purchases I have made. Before we left to head home he even filled the gas tank! Switching to Tom Wood Indy even though I live in Lafayette. Raisor Audi had the strongest service dept and reps I have ever dealt with in my lifetime. Honest, helpful, smiling (namely Adam) every time I visited the dealership. It was like visiting a friend knowing you going to be treated better than anywhere else as a loyal customer. All that is gone, now replaced by lost looking robots and ridiculous prices for routine maintenance. Recruiting service manager from a store with poor customer service in my opinion was probably a bad idea. Dropping APR that supported a whole community of Audi enthusiasts that spent large sums of money on tuning and dealer performed maintenance also not in your best interest. This point also leaves all of us that bought into the idea of APR hanging in the wind with no local dealer or tech support. Finally, raising prices for routine maintenance to ridiculous levels with no added value have pushed me to take my 3 Audi vehicles to another establishment that provides customer care and service at a level expected with a premium brand. Thanks for ruining a local gem 5 star!

My new Audi Q5 is two days old. I feel honored to own such a beautiful vehicle. There are many choices in vehicle selection; however, there are NOT many dealerships that offer the selling environment that Audi of Lafayette offers. Nick Schenkel is the General Sales Manager. There is no pressure sales orchestrated from him. Nick is patient, conversational yet knowledgeable and skilled with his responsibility. I trust Mr.Schenkel as well as Chris Houser, Business Manager. Working with Chris was seamless. He was explanatory but had an efficient skill with technology. I was impressed with the organization that obviously was prepared ahead of time. Chris is professionally kind. Lastly, Matthew Bogdan is the Audi Brand Specialist. Matt was there to intelligently explain every feature of the car from touch screen technology to turn signals. He never made me feel incapable or frustrated as I learned to navigate from my cell phone to the car. Matthew Bogdan knows Audi. All in all there is a comradery among the staff. They support one another and help one another without being asked to do so. Truthfully, I did not know that places of business existed like this anymore. I am awed.

This place is a “10”! I found them on the internet when searching for a new or newer used A6. The deal they had listed seemed too good to be true (literally 6 to 12K below other older options on a nation wide internet search)I reserved the car sight unseen and was surprised to find it was pristine and just as advertised. My sales agent RandyStahl was extremely Knowledegable about Audis, and cars in general. He even picked me up at the airport (an hour away). Their team made everything easy: arranging financing, getting the paperwork done in advance and ordering additional accessories. I also really appreciated that they were very low key with no pressure to buy additional add-ons. I had to fly 600 miles and drive the car home (the driving part was actually fun). I know I found them by chance, but after this experience, I’ll buy my next car there too.

I found Audi Lafayette on of the best Audi Dealership in the entire Midwest region. I settled on buying A4 that offered everything that I needed in the car. I test drove it and purchased it the next day.I am sorry to say that after sale the Audi Lafayette Service is disappointing.

Very much appreciate the purchase experience. Mr. James Hardman assisted us through the whole process. He was very attentive, flexible and he provided us guidance through each step without pressure.

So I go to the parts desk to get MTF for my wifes Beetle. They go in the back and look up the fluid. They tell me to go to service, pointing off in a direction. Guess what, there not service. The lady was confused as I was. Then said on this is for service there right over there, and walks me behind a wall that is not even in the line of sight of the parts desk. The guys take a while to look up the capacity. They blame the system, I think there just not use to doing capacity checks.So they get me a capacity and one of them walks back with me and to parts, and takes the information to the back to speed up my ordeal. The parts clerk then comes out with the 2 quarts.So in short I waisted 20 mins to buy two quarts because the parts desk cant just look up capacity and complet the customers transaction in one fell swoop.

I was skeptical buying an Audi, but I am so grateful that I did. This dealership has shown me the best customer service I have ever seen. They have made it so that I will be buying an Audi from now on. One specific employee made me feel valued. This was James Carrier is the service department. I walk in and he has a huge smile on his face and makes me feel like a long lost friend he hasn’t seen in 10 years. He took car of us and made sure we had a rental and everything we needed while our car was being serviced. When we went to pick up our vehicle he said he wasn’t satisfied with the wash because it still had a bug or two on the front. I said it was okay, but he insisted he clean it up for me. He personally took it back and cleaned my vehicle to make sure it was at tip top shape. He brought it back with smile saying that I was all good to go. He took care of me like I was the most important thing in the world at that time. All while having a warm smile on his face. As in the case of a great restaurant, you start with a beautifully designed venue. Next, the greeting that one receives, and then the feeling of comfort as you enter. This is how it is at Audi Lafayette. Once you explain your needs you are then offered coffee of your choice. This is the experience that I have each time I go to Audi Lafayette. Most of the time I relax in the waiting room and read, work on my iPad, and the service is very quickly accomplished. When it is announced that my car is ready, I feel that I would not mind waiting a while longer and extend my conversation with the friendly personnel.

Never ever go here! Purchased my car in Kokomo and had to take it over to the dealer due to a warranty issue with Adblue system in my 2012 Q7 needless to say after having the car for about a month I was told it was not covered and would need a new Adblue system and would cost a min of 3500.00 and would take a few more weeks to get the parts. Mind you at this point I had owned the vehicle for a total of 2 months and it has 67K miles on it. After countless hours on hold and waiting for returned phone calls I decided to schedule an appointment at Tom Wood Audi in Indy. After being there for just under an hour they explained that the Censor in the Adblue tank had gone bad and they replaced it under warranty! They also advised me that is a common issue in that make and model. I will never allow this dealership to touch one of my vehicles they simply just tried to swindle me out of thousands for something that an honest dealership took care of under warranty in less than an hour!!!

This dealer made the whole experience of purchasing so amazing! It was a very simple process. The showroom was beautiful. Great environment. Very clean and all of the employees were very nice and polite. We drove 2 hours to this Audi dealer and it was SO worth it! Randy will be our car salesman for the years to come, he was very honest and took so much time to go over all of the options on the car. I am so happy with my new purchase!

I recently ordered and bought an RS3 from Randy and Nick at Raisor’s Audi.Had a great experience all the way through from picking out options on the car to learning how far along Audi was to building the car in Germany and when it was on a ship on its way to the US.When the car arrived early Randy filmed it coming out of the enclosed car trailer also taking pictures of it being unwrapped for me.The car was well prepped and well taken care of until I picked her up.I would highly recommend them if your considering buying an Audi or VW.

This was the first dealership that felt like a step up in experience, from the first time I walked in until the day I drove out in my new A4, everyone was kind, professional, helpful and above all, honest.Kenn Posey was the consummate professional; he was respectful of my time, asked the right questions and guided me through the process from selecting the car to driving away. Chase Prejean was extremely helpful in guiding me through the many new high-tech features of the A-4. He followed up the next day with a phone call to make sure I didnt have any questions (which I did), and again called me two days later in response to an email I had about features and functions. And for the 3 days that I have been driving my new Audi, I can already tell it is far superior in performance to any of my previous vehicles.

I originally contacted Frank when looking for a used Q7 TDI, they were not available in the area and we settled on gasoline version on the Q7. After having it a couple of months we really wanted to find a TDI, so I asked Frank to look for one. It took almost two months to find the one that met our request, but he never gave up and found our Q7 TDI that exceeded our expectations. All the staff that we encountered were friendly and professional.

Like this place much better than Audi indianapolis. Very courteous and take time to explain what is wrong and give you options. Its a 1 hr drive from carmel for me but would much rather do that than go to the one in indy. Service is quick and keep you posted as to whats going on with your vehicle often
