Best Experience at a Dealership Ive ever had! We have lived in 5 states and had service at many locations with many vehicles over the years. We have been here for regular service, repairs and to buy a new car. I can’t tell you how pleasant it was ALWAYS! We were debating buying a new car versus used and Dakota and his manager were amazing. I knew EXACTLY what I was paying for the car, what my trade in was worth, my final total, including my total per month along with the interest rate. It was easy to understand and they were informative but not pressuring me. We decided to wait a little while but will DEFINITELY be buying from here. I then had a slight issue with the air controls in my Sienna. Marcus, the assistant service manager in service, took time out of his day to speak with me in ways I understood and made sure I knew the pros and cons of finding the issue to the strange problem. He suggested not spending a lot of money right now and showed me a different way to use the controls… he could have easily charged me $150 for the time they spent on it, but he didn’t. All of my interactions here have only instilled the fact that I will not go anywhere else to buy or have my vehicle repaired!! It’s strange to finally (after all these years) be able to trust a dealership but I do and you should too.
The staff are always exceptional with me. They do a wonderful job of letting me know how long my wait will be and giving me updates along the way.
Our family has purchased 6 vehicles in the last 6 years from service to sales we couldnt be happier. I highly recommend their service department.
Purchasing the new vehicle was fine. The experience of picking up the vehicle when it arrived was a complete disaster. When we arrived, a key fob was placed on the counter and a random salesman told us to have a good day. I had to ask for the second fob, where the vehicle was and to have someone show us how everything worked. The sales manager that sold us the 2021 Rav4 wasnt there and it was complete disorganization. A salesman in basketball shorts ended up showing us how most of the features work while stating he wasnt supposed to work that day (none of the salesman we saw that day told us their name). I would recommend buying a Toyota from another dealership. Im seriously considering taking my 2021 Tacoma to a dealer an hour away for the free 5,000 mile services.
Kylee at Bob Rohrman Toyota is AMAZING! We went in nervous and not having a clue what todo/get, but she made the process seamless and enjoyable. She even went above and beyond to offer our daughter snacks.Without her, I wouldn’t have even thought of Camry that gets over 40 mpg. You won’t regret working with her!

If want an awful car buying experience, then this is the place to go. Not upfront or honest the car’s condition. You better pull every mat up and inspect every inch because they are not standing behind any car they sell. You are dealing with a sales guy, then a sales mgr, and finance guy; no one has a straight answer!!
The girl nicely helped to setup my car. I am appreciate. However I have to wait more than one hour for the closing, it is too much. Otherwise everything is good.
Im posting this so that maybe, just maybe, Toyota will actually call me back. I purchased a new Toyota Corolla and had a good experience with purchasing the vehicle. However, I am looking to cancel and get a pro-rated refund on the extended warranty I purchased. I have contacted the finance department FIVE times in the past month and never returned a call back. Ive called ~15 times and nobody ever picks up the phone. If youre looking to buy a vehicle, this dealership is fine, but if youre looking for customer service after you purchased, they dont offer that here.
Bob Rohrman is a pretty large Toyota dealer in IN and they are very professional. If they order a car for you from other dealers, it arrive in no time! They usually offer a fair price if you do your research in advance. If you live nearby, getting a car there will save you a lot of time. The salesman who helped me is Trevor. He is friendly and always willing to help out.

Do your wallet a favor and go elsewhere for service. Was told I needed my rear differential oil changed at 30,000 miles. I was charged $274 for this service. I immediately called 3 other Toyota dealers in the area. Their price for the service $79-$80.50. Here is the breakdown for the charges..fully synthetic Valvoline oil with a $4000 warranty = 13.99 a quart x 4.2 quarts = $58.75 in parts for the highest quality oil. That means Bob Rohrman Toyota planned on charging me $215.25 for 1/2 hour of labor. Then when I questioned the price the service adviser acted like I was being unreasonable. Just FYI Bill O’Brien Toyota 47 miles away will do both the front and rear differential fluid change for $157.79. Sadly I’ve purchased 3 Toyota’s from this dealer in the last 4 years and can only imagine how much we were overcharged. We’ll be taking all our future business elsewhere.
Stone Dalton is one of the best Salesman there! He knows everything there is to know about the cars that they offer there and handles everything within a timely fashion! I recommend seeing him for all of your needs!I would have given this review a 5 star but the finance manager, Daniel, was a bit disrespectful and seems to have an attitude problem. If you are able to, try and avoid having to deal with him, ask for Brian instead.
Ive never dealt with a dealership/service department that has given my family and I the run around as much as this dealership. We have multiple managers telling us different stories on warranty coverage and policies. It has been a month and we are still waiting for a transmission replacement thats covered under warranty. The dealership would also not supply a loaner vehicle and has changed their story multiple times. The transmission issue was brought to their attention multiple times before failure. They expect payment for a flush of the transmission prior to changing it out and did not remedy the transmission problem. I would HIGHLY recommend going to a different service department or dealership. This is not our first issue with Bob Rohrman Toyota, and when I bought my second vehicle here, Trey Rohrman promised me that this is not how things are operated and I wouldnt have ANY issues if something happened again. Guess what, that was false. I will not be buying another vehicle from Bob Rohrman anything again. (This is my familys 7th vehicle from them).
If I could give a negative 1000 rating for bob rohrman Toyota, I would have. They are the worst dealership in town.They sold me a used car without telling me all the things that are wrong with it. They would sell cheap cars that have really something wrong with them internally, and the issue wouldn’t show up on test drive or if a mechanic checks it. They know it but won’t tell you.Be very cautious of these guys. They are cheaters and are doing shady business in the town. I just wish Toyota notices it and revoked their license or something.
On June 2 I went to buy a truck but I trading a car they told me that they were going to give me extra money they did not give me anything but they wanted more proof of my address I took it to them they told me that in two days I would have my check I have not received anything until today, it is the worst thing that happened to me with this dealer. I do not recommend them very bad service.

Avoid Bob Rohman at all cost unless you want to drain your wallet. Youd better drive to a Toyota dealership in Indianapolis. I cannot believe Bob Rohman is still running their business. Toyota should deauthorize Bob Rohmans dealership for their customers.

I didn’t have the best experience at the Kia store and these Gentleman showed how every customer at ANY ROHRMAN store should be treated. HATS OFF TO BOB ROHRMAN TOYOTA! I found the staff very personable to work with and I enjoyed the experience overall, especially since I was very nervous. Im very happy with the used car and the price I got. Dakota was great. They definitely change the numbers on you when it comes to the final price and/or leasing and depend on you not noticing or just signing without remembering. Your lease may end up a year longer than you talked about at the same price. I dont know if its their finance guy or whoever behind the scenes is responsible for that, but they definitely are underhanded, so keep an eye out. Only reason I put a 4 instead of a 5!
Emailed probably 20 times now to tell them I work in the motor trade as a Service Advisor in England and they keep emailing me booking confirmations for someone else. Every few months I get confirmation emails. I tried contacting them several times to ask them to sort their records, but the Service guys there are clearly incapable of confirming customer details on check in. Breaking data protection law. Rather than addressing my concern they deleted my review from their website and ignored my feedback. Leaving this review is my last resort now.Update: Still getting random emails from this company. Maybe 10 a year now.
I havent bought a car in 20+ year and my last experience was not pleasant with a different dealer. Bob Rohrman Toyota had fantastic service. I bought a 2017 Nissan Armada. Dalton Miller was my guy. He was very responsive, via my emails and made it more personal by switching to text messages. I already had a pre-approval and they were able to give me even a better rate and deal. I never felt pressured and the family style approach and relaxed atmosphere definitely sold me. I would recommend them to my family and friends.
Absolutely fantastic service! I walked in not expecting anything as I have been turned away by many other dealerships. No offense to those dealerships as my credit wasn’t the best. However the employees here were willing to go above and beyond to secure me a new vehicle with little to no hassle. Stone Dalton was spectacular and was really easy to work with. We even had great conversations while we waited for credit approval. Strongly recommend to anyone in the area looking for a new or used car. They will work with you!
While on vacation I had my vehicle scheduled oil change performed by Bob Rohrman Toyota. I must say I was not at all impressed with any of the staff I dealt with. None of them have one ounce of customer service in them. At my dealership in my hometown, the service rep goes over eveything they had performed during my service including a free carwash. At Bob Rohrmans the only words out of their mouth was, pay the cashier. Makes me look forward to going back to my Toyota dealership where there are friendly folks and great customer service. When one reads the responses from the owner, they all read the same. If you read between the lines, it says we dont give a sh*t sucks to be you. I am a General Manager in hospitality and I address every complaint without giving my customers a copy paste response. Bob Rohrman truly is service with an attitude.

Easy to deal with until the sale has been negotiated, but poor post sale support.. I have asked that the car be titled in my home state, Florida, and was assured that this could be done. They would supply the Florida BMV with the necessary paperwork and I would need to go to my local BMV in Florida to obtain the title. The sale was on April 12 and I got a temporary dealers tag good until May 27. I did not hear from them by early May, so I began calling the business office of the dealer. Today is May 28, the temporary tag is expired and they still have not supplied Florida BMV with the paperwork required. I never hear from them unless I call in and each time there is an excuse for the delay that is (of course) not their fault. If you have any needs out of the ordinary, be prepared to stay on them early and often.
The salesman convinced me to buy best warranty available for my used truck with 83k miles, went into limp mode on day 1, they DID NOT tell me my warranty wouldnt kick in for 30 days, so I had to deal or pay outta pocket to get it fixed. Then they took my down-payment twice, eventually refunded but it shouldnt of happened in first place with as big and professional as this dealership is. We will see how customer service and vehicle service is from here on out. Also had a title issue with them and now may have to pay late payment fee for registration and plates. So yeah. Not the greatest but mostly not their individual faults. Just too big and busy for us little people
CONSUMER BEWARE! Friendly customer service receptionist/cashier, but a service manager that categorically would not guarantee their labor. I had an after market alternator installed in my Lexus which meant they had to remove the front bumper and parts of the engine to replace it. I asked them to guarantee their work, because there were a LOT of parts they had to put back properly, and they refused. In fact, the Service Manager refused in writing to guarantee their work. I was promised they would be happy to do a courtesy inspection if anything went wrong, but absolutely no guarantee of their work at all. Cannot recommend this dealership when it comes to their vehicle repair. If you purchase a vehicle from here, be aware they will charge you above average for labor costs and never guarantee the work. CONSUMER BEWARE!
We purchased a brand new 2021 Highlander from Chuck at Bob Rohrman Toyota in March of 2021. We set everything up over the phone and emails as I knew exactly what I wanted. Chuck kindly drove the car 2 hours south to our home at no extra charge. Everything went very smooth with the sale.Less than a month after purchasing our A/C was not working. After taking it to the local dealership, they informed us that the internal computer recognized the broken A/C at the 2 mile mark on the odometer. We did not take possession of the vehicle until after the 200 mile mark.After going round and round with both dealerships and Toyota corporate, my husband was put into contact with the General Manager, Zac Kinch at Bob Rohrman Toyota. He was the most rude and unprofessional person my husband has ever dealt with. He was the sole decision maker that refused to take any responsibility for selling us a broken vehicle, refused to offer any help in getting the issue resolved and just kept telling him we should have taken it back to Rohrman, 2 hours away from home, to get it dealt with. He did not even entertain the idea of taking the vehicle back or covering a payment while we were waiting on parts for approximately two months.Fortunately, Beck Totyota, in Greenwood, IN and Toyota Corporate were much more helpful and got our car back to us much faster than originally expected.We understand that legally, Mr. Kinch did not have to take the vehicle back or help us at all, but ethically it seems like the right thing to do.
I would use extreme caution with this dealership - especially when looking at their inventory online. I found a truck that I was interested in. As soon as I reached out with interest, they raised the price of the truck by $8,000. I know mistakes can happen, but it seems very unprofessional. When I further inquired about it with the sales rep Chuck Austin, he gave me a one word response - sorry. Theres little to no remorse for what they did and customer service was pathetic. I get having to change the price if they are going to lose money, but they could have been way more professional in trying to help me find a deal.BUYER BEWARE!
Ive only been in here to buy parts, but I found all of the staff overly friendly and helpful. The showroom is incredible, and they have a remarkably nice waiting area, fully stocked with coffee and popcorn, for people waiting on service. The prices are high on replacement parts, but they are able to demand that because some parts you cant get anywhere else. If you call in for parts, they can usually have them at their location in a day or two.
Bought an XLE got upgraded to the Limited, love the whole experience so much I upgraded for all the things I wanted.

Made an appointment for my vehicles scheduled service, and everything went as planned. The customer service was great and the staff was attentive and compliant to current COVID-19 protective measures to the extent that I could see. Its a very nice facility as well.
Spent a week negotiating in good faith for the cash sale of a vehicle with Khory. Even recieved a message less than 24 hours from our appointment that they were excited to see us. We had offered, since we live a few hours away, to prepay a deposit to hold it and were told we couldnt. Then they sold it right out from under us and offered us an older, less appealing model. We have chosen to not do business with ANY Rohrmans, because if this is what they teach is good business, they are just as terrible as the salesperson that screwed my family over. Our search continues, but avoid Rohrmans. Even with cash, youre expendable to them.

Worst service department I have ever encountered. Took my car in for a recall over a month ago only to find out one of the parts wasnt available. Was told the other part would be arriving in about two weeks and I would get a call to bring my car back in. No call 5 weeks later so I call to get it scheduled. Part had been sitting there. I drop my car off first thing in the morning with plans to pick it up after work. Arrived to pick my car up after work only to find out it hadnt even been worked on and they asked me if I would wait around for them to get it in. Mind you...I was told it would take 1 1/2 hours to fix. They didnt even have a courtesy vehicle so I could pick my car up the next day so back home i went with my car still not repaired. Called in a complaint and was told the general manager would be calling me back shortly. Guess what.... never got that call! I will be taking my vehicle somewhere else for repairs.

I purchased my vehicle from here about a month ago. My title hasn’t arrived so I called them to see what’s going on. The person who I talked to was very rude, and not considering how worried I was because I am moving out of state in a week. Very unprofessional.

Friendly, knowledgeable, professional...I never felt pressured. After shopping around extensively locally and online, I came back because they had the best deal and the best customer service. There customer Service is terrible, I wrote to them about some issues, they did not even acknowledge my e-mail. I take people by their word, learned the hard way you cannot do that. Once they sell you the car, they are too busy (which I was told twice) to get back with you. I told the sales person I needed a 2nd key and was told he will check on it. Nothing for weeks, had to go in there and was told he was so busy, also there was no 2nd key and I basically have to purchase one.
I went in to have a part replaced that I need to remove/replace my spare tire. I spoke with the parts department, and everyone was very helpful in helping me find the part I needed. Further, once they had found the part, Jon and Mason went above and beyond by helping me replace the spare tire below my car. Overall, everyone was very, very helpful!
I got to my appointment a few minutes early and got waited on quickly and was told they would come get me when my car was finished. It took about 1 hour to get my car and was checked out quickly.
Chuck Austin was incredible to work with. He was straight to the point, polite, didn’t make it stressful, and didn’t rip me off for being a young woman going in there by myself. Only thing that I would’ve wanted to make better was how long it took... but I really can’t complain too much. It was a great experience!
I would not recommend buying a car from this dealership, especially if it is a Corporate Purchase. I have a New 2020 Toyota Avalon with an Expired Temp Tag sitting in my drive way that doesnt have plates on it due to the fact this dealership couldnt get the paperwork done the way I and my organization requested. They did all they could to get the deal done now it it is 2/3/2021 and I cannot get my car registered where I live. Unacceptable.

Purchasing a used car was not what I expected to do. My previous was going to need too much work done to it, so we went the trade in route. Graham was extremely helpful knowing this is not what I had planned. I had purchased my last car with them so I felt comfortable continuing business with them. This is the BEST experience I have ever had at a dealership buying a car. A lot had to do with Taylor our salesman and Graham the sales manager. I will never forget their kindness and humor. NO STRESS. I was exhausted from salesmen til I came here. PLEASE believe me. We walked in with a trade and walked out with a brand new corolla. THE ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER ! WE DID NOT RECEIVE THE TITLE TO OUR HIGHLANDER FOR 3 MONTHS . ALL THE WHILE WE COULD NOT DRIVE THE VEHICLE AS THE TEMPORARY DEALER PLATE HAD EXPIRED . THE TITLE DEPARTMENT NEVER RETURNED OUR CALLS OR WERE OUT OF THE OFFICE MOST TIMES . THEY HAD NO CONCERN FOR OUR ISSUES UNTIL OUR BANK GOT INVOLVED !!! TERRIBLE . WE DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP
Well I usually expect low quality service anymore and rarely complain because sadly this is now just accepted as common practice. Anyway the phone attendant girl had no clue what was going on or who to connect me with so she just laughed and left me on hold for over 5 min. So I went in person and same issue sloooow parts service and cashier. And no-one has a clue what they or anyone else here is doing apparently. I am pretty sure the only person here who is competent is the person upstairs at the end of the profit department cashing the multi thousand dollar checks for new car sales. Well I hope that keeps this flagship dealership afloat.... I wish things were different and better but Best of luck!
Love, love, love our 2016 Camry Hybrid. We’ve had it just over 3 months and we’re saving $320 per month in gasoline. The car is virtually paying for itself! Kylee Thompson is the best. Converted to leather seats and it is well worth the money. So easy to clean and keep fresh! Best car choice we’ve ever made was going to see Kylee at Rohrman Toyota!
Would have been 5* but when i used my wipers for the first time and scratched my windshield and when i texted an employee she told me they were new sorry new wipers do not have metal poking out and have not heard anything back since
We will be return customers next time we need a vehicle. We had a great experience today with the sales staff. Our salesman, Ben was great to work with. They were very knowledgeable and went that extra step. I enjoyed a Starbucks latte while my son was occupied in the play place during our purchase. We were also pleasantly surprised to see our gas tank was full when leaving the lot!

Dont waste your time, like we did! After talking to the salesperson twice and texting we showed up to what turned out to be the worse customer experience. The inventory showed two cars of the model and year we wanted, turns out that only one was in stock, the other one had been traded to another dealer, or so I was told.The second car was a salesperson demo. With under 400 miles in the odometer, this car was dirty, stained and it looked like half of these persons possessions were stashed in the trunk. Mind you, the sales person still suggested we test drove it... yes, in the midst of COVID!The salesperson (who we had been communicating with on the phone), was assisting at least two other customers and was clearly frazzled. All within sight of the Sales Manager who did nothing to step in and provide guidance. I was pulling inventory in my phone and asking him about cars. You would think he could have at least done that! And the very least been ready for us since we knew we were driving up from an hour away.
Fantastic experience. My salesperson, Stone, answered all of my (many) questions very well and helped us to get a vehicle that we are very excited about. We highly recommend working with him! Once we decided to purchase, Brock was extremely thorough and professional in explaining the financing options and privacy/legal process. So glad we chose to come in!
Salesman did fine job. My husband was talking to back and forth before we went to see this sports car. Got there to see car, my husband tests drove. We brought our Corvette to see what trade could be, so while he was tests driving there car they were looking at our car. Long story short they came higher up guy. Pressure than began.... first our Corvette Ive never noticed any 1st shift problems when my husband drives. I think I would be able to notice . The other car 30,000 no warranty. That probably was the kicker for me. Wont go back, never bought there not planning in future
Its a nice facility, but waited a little to long for normal toyota care service on my new truck. Wait time was about an hour and a half before i had to go to the service desk to ask about my vehicle. Will return for their services just hope theyre more attentive to prompt service next time.
Im so pleased with my experience at Bob Rohrman Toyota. My sales person Alex was and is so friendly and accommodating even after my purchase! They made a promise to be there for me after my purchase and they have lived up to it and I really appreciate it! The service team treated me wonderfully as well! Kudos to you all for great customer service! Ill be making future purchases with them for sure!
The salesman Stone was very wonderful. The truck we were looking at was nice, but I feel just because it was only 4 years old they were asking way too much money cause it had 106,000 miles on it. If they would have been more reasonable on the price we would have bought it. Just cause a truck looks good doesnt mean the engine is with that many miles. I would have given $14,000 for it but no more.
This place is very kid friendly. They have a great play area. I trust everyone here with my car and trust that they take good care of it. Always feel comfortable and safe here.
My visit today was fine. David was very helpful and everything went well. I only gave 4 stars because my previous visit did not go so well. I ended up driving my car to my dealer 50+ miles away because the rude representative I had and I see that he is still there. I appreciate David and his honesty and willingness to help. Nothing like my previous experience.

The building was impressive! Very nice atmosphere. The employees were friendly, courteous and attentive. The car looked brand-new, well worth the price of the interior and exterior detailing. The only thing that I did not understand is why I was not told about a couple of issues that the report stated as requiring immediate attention. Most likely I would have asked to have it addressed right then and there. Instead I am taking it to a mechanic closer to home. At least it was mentioned in the written report. Thank you.

Overall it was a pleasant buying experience. We found a great deal online, contacted the dealership, and interacted with Branden. He was friendly and helpful. We drove from out-of-state to make the purchase. Branden was ready for us with the Sienna and a test drive. He answered all of our questions. The only thing that could have been improved was the wait time to complete the paperwork. Even though there was no financing involved, it seemed like a very long time to wait to start the paperwork after our test drive. Overall, were happy with the purchase and would recommend this dealership.
**Buyer Beware **I purchased a used 2017 Tacoma with 39k miles earlier this month from Bob Rohrman. The next day I noticed the AC wasnt working. I called my salesman and he assured me it passed all of their tests before they put it on the lot, but as gesture of good-will they would run it through diagnostics free of charge. I took it up to Bob Rohrman and after 4 hours of waiting they pulled it in, ran the diagnostic, and handed me a bill for $4800; claiming the compressor has failed. As of now, nothing has changed. I have contacted management and they said they would get back to me. If this gets settled I will come back and give an update and change my review.

I do not recommend this business. All they want is a sale with no follow up. Had some issues was asked what would help make ur better suggested few things. Was told that’s impossible wasn’t offer anything and no apology until I text sales lady again she was rude told me that she was busy with sales and had no time for me . Then oh yea I’m sorry not!!! Would not go back and buy anything from this dealership. I have never been treated like that at any other dealer!! Kylee was very nice as long as I was purchasing but when it came to them wasting 2 days of time she was not friendly at all. Too many men standing around desk doing nothing bad experience!!

We have purchased or leased 5 vehicles over the past few years. Our latest 2 vehicles this year are leases, a Toyota Tacoma and Toyota Camry. He went over everything we needed to know as far as our options to buy or to lease and got us the best deal. Sales staff were great, car is great and for being 7 years old and 60k miles has no more issues that you would expect. However, the interest rate i was told does not match the amount on my contract, with a difference of 1.61%, additionally with extra fees and stuff they add on my financed amount was $1200 more than what i negotiated down to. Experience was good, just be aware when reading documents.
Daniel Comus did a great job! Was patient with us as we were not sure what we were looking for. Pulled out several cars for us to drive. Took time to explain different features and supplied us several options to consider. Kept a great attitude throughout the process. Great car buying experience!
I scheduled an appointment for a recall on my airbags. When I went in to schedule the maintenance they told me I would have to wait until the airbags came in. It took 3 months before I finally got a call telling me the airbags had been there for months. Granted, I could have called to check, but I figured they would call me the moment they received the necessary parts so I held off on calling them. Once I did finally get an appointment made the service was great and very timely and getting a rental car for a day was a simple process. My only complaint is that I had to wait so long to finally hear back from them.
