Would give zero stars if I could! Used to be a great family dealership. Had courteous and helpful people, and reasonable pricing. Since new ownership all of the friendly people seem to have moved on and prices for service seem to have almost doubled in less than one years time.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. After my car broke down because of a transmission error covered by a recall they had my car sit there in the garage for 2 months while they waited on the part. I was offered a loaner for a SINGLE DAY through all of this. After they got the part and finally installed it in the car I get a call and it turns out AFTER my car sat there for two months there is now another issue with it that they’re trying to charge me 3,000 dollars for.I made the choice to sell the car because of this. Mike in the service department is incredibly rude. And Nathan in sales found it perfectly reasonable to scold me as if I was a child because it took me more than a few days to get the title of my vehicle to them. I would recommend any other car dealership before you went here.
Not impressed. We had our vehicle delivered and thought the process was good with some hiccups. We purchased our vehicle in June. Chris, the finance person would not respond to my emails, but rather my husband’s. We still haven’t received our title. I had to reach out to Ally financial to let them know we still haven’t received a title, which then prompted Chris to finally reach out. He emailed stating that he needs $400 more dollars for the title to be processed 4 months later. When I emailed back asking why this wasn’t brought up when we purchased the vehicle, he stopped responding. Here we sit, 4 months later, without a title. Will never shop there again.
I have been doing business with Raisor/Lafayette Ford for over 15 years and Ted and his sales team have always taken good care of me. This last time was no exception. Garon started the process with me as we went on a test drive. He was very knowledgeable about the car and assisted me with renting it for a day to make sure I was satisfied with the overall handling of the car. Because Garon was out of town the next day, Dalton took over with the details of the lease. Dalton was friendly and helpful throughout the whole process and familiarizing me with the features of the car. Later on Dalton was there for me when I left my handicap card in my old car. When the card came up missing in the car, I asked Dalton to check with the cleaning crew to see if it could be located. He checked with the head of the cleaning crew and tracked down the person(s) who cleaned the car. The downside is that the person(s) who cleaned the car claims to have thrown it out. Case closed. I was hoping that it would have been turned in to the office. I blame myself for forgetting to remove it from the dashboard compartment, but I blame the cleaning crew for not turning it in. I mean, who throws away a handicap card? It is not general trash you find in a car. I would hope the cleaning crew would be honest enough to turn valuables they find in cars to the office.This was the only downside to getting my new car. I share this because I think something needs to be done to hold the cleaning crew accountable to give an account for the items they find in the cars they clean.Thank you, Dalton, for going above and beyond the call of duty to try to find my handicap card, but more importantly, thank you for caring.Love doing business with Ted and the sales team at Lafayette Ford.Lana Smith

I drove from Birmingham, AL to buy a car here because of the good deal I found on cargurus.com. The staff, Troy especially, was courteous and helpful and I spent less than 30 minutes at the dealership due to being able to get most of the paperwork done online. Besides saving money, the trip was definitely worth it and I would most definitely buy another vehicle from these guys.
We always took our company trucks here for several years, but the last couple years we just had too many issues with appointments. Techs were great! But We would schedule appointments a week ahead of time with The commercial truck shop and after the 3rd time of dropping a truck off there and it sitting in their lot for multiple days without moving we Couldn’t do it anymore . Cost too much money just letting them sit and moved onto a shop that knows businesses depend on scheduling when it comes to the bottom line.
Great customer service! I worked with Troy on a purchase of a used Ford truck and on the way home realized it was missing the rubber floor mats that were supposed to be included. I made a phone call and they got the situation handled promptly.
Second time replacing shifter in 3 yrs. Second time we had to replace shift cable. Shortly after getting our vehicle back... my husband has my daughter in the car and proceeds to put car in park. The car proceeds to roll backward into traffic. The technician failed to properly set the lock to the shifter cable in place.We were looking for a second car for our household. When sharing what had happened with a salesman there about our concern with the inability of someone forgetting to do such an important step in the repair... he seemed unphased and that happens sometimes attitude. It alters my faith in Mike Raisor Ford. I bought my current car there 10 yrs ago. The shifter was on my husbands 2017 Acadia.The Mike Raisor auto dealership & service is losing our confidence. You had good people working there years ago.
Service techs were very friendly and don’t hesitate to call if they have questions about what you are wanting done. Price is a little high though. I knew going from a 1/2 ton to 3/4 ton diesel was going to be more but not $150-200 more. I liked that they rotated the tires but it should be an option. Because if you happen to have after market tires or just new ones, you can generally get them rotated for free from the place you buy them.
Came in to get my tires checked out before going on a road trip and ended up having to leave it there all day. Apparently something was up with the courtesy shuttle, but the person helping me (Kai I believe) arranged for someone else to take me to the post office and back home. Really appreciate the customer service, especially with unexpected circumstances to take care of!
I go here consistently for synthetic oil change and 10 point inspection. Nice staff. Can’t make appointments so call to see what the wait is like. I do shop around for other service sometimes to make sure the price is competitive. I like using their punch card for oil changes.

Buying a car is on my list of things that I hate to do. The buying experience of a used F-150 from Mike Raisor Pre-owned Center was easy and fast. The sales person was not pushy and made sure we were satisfied with the truck. The final price was fair. The financing/paperwork process was also quick and painless. No games, just good service.

I purchased a 2019 Ford Escape in March of this year and my experience was phenomenal. The salesman was kind, professional, and I got a fair deal on the car.Unfortunately, getting through to anyone for service has been nearly impossible. I had a computer/electrical issue with my car and called to schedule an appointment with no luck. I called twice (different days, 7-8 business days apart), the phone kept ringing, and I couldn’t leave a voicemail.I contacted a rep through their website, who got me through to their service department. He scheduled me for an appointment a week later.I call the day before the appointment to cancel. Interestingly, the woman who answers says I don’t even have an appointment in the system! I would have showed up for nothing. She says someone will call me back to reschedule and eight business days later, no one has called me.I understand covid has been hard on businesses, but I have never experienced such disorganized and abysmal customer service.
I go to Mike Raisor Ford for oil changes and have been for several years. I can always find a corner to work in while waiting for my car to be serviced. They always take care of my car in a professional manner and I highly recommend them.

Had no choice but to take my vehicle here to get some work done due to a recall. When scheduling my appointment I asked for a loaner vehicle because I have a newborn as well as a job and need a vehicle while mine is being worked on. Was told they didn’t provide a loaner for this service. So I took my car in and was told it would take between 3-4 hours so made arrangements for that estimate. When I called to check on my vehicle 4 hours later I was told it would be a few more hours still. I was also told my vehicle needed additional service work done and was quoted $400. I immediately called and priced around for the service they stated I needed done and 3 other auto shops quoted me all less than $120 for the same service. FINALLY 8 hours later was called and told my vehicle was ready. Not the service I was expecting from Ford and definitely not happy with it.
My service writer, Kandace, was very efficient and pleasant. She got me in and done very quickly. Everyone was following social distancing guidelines. Good job by everyone there.
I was appropriately greeted, directed to the right person who helped me immediately. There was no pressure - only a warm two-way conversationthe car that interested me. Closing the deal with accounting was easy,well defined, and clearly done. Delivery was perfect.

They did a fine job changing my oil and aligning my front end. I did notice that my washer fluid was not filled, even thought it was check off on the service record. That makes me worry that something else may have been missed.
Had mechanical problems with my Ford truck and was disabled on the interstate. I called M Raisor Ford and kudos especially to Sherry the customer service representative. Sherry sent a courtesy car to pick us up, followed by a tow truck to get the vehicle. Like most people we hadn’t planned for this in our day, Sherry also quickly got us an Enterprise rental and sent us on our way. Dan from service called me and emailed the diagnosis and price estimate the same day!Really organized great service designed around my needs. WELL DONE!
After test driving a couple times and due to demand unable to find exactly what we wanted around Chicagoland, we searched all over for the new Bronco Sport. We found one at Lafayette Ford and worked with Garon. Garon made the buying process very easy, was honest, answered every question and over all a great experience. Absolutely horrible. Took our 2011 mustang to be checked out thinking Ford service should know Ford products better then anyone right? Had the car for 1.5 days got the car back was told it needs new tires and spacers on the tires and the rim repaired or replace all rims due to them being unavailable. Funny I was able to get online and I can order a brand new rim exactly like whats on it now for half the cost of their quoted repair if it were able to be fixed...odd I know. Lets talk about the noises the car was making mind you people walking down the street could hear them as the car drove by. For some reason the technician that we waited a week for because he was supposedly the best with mustangs couldnt hear said noises. Apparently you cant diagnose a car that has bad tires they want me to spend basically 2k to eliminate that problem then they will charge me to look at it AGAIN to tell me what the next problem is. I would expect this from a smaller shop but not Ford mechanics who have all tools available to them. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else they just want to throw darts and hope they hit. Im not really sure what I paid them for? Absolutely will not take any other vehicles to them. I basically paid $400 for an oil change because thats all they did or had an answer for.
The customer service was outstanding, and what we originally thought could have been expensive, were discovered was a different problem. The service department was honest, communicated well throughout the entire process and even returned the car to work after it was completed. We will ver back uf we have more problems.

I took my 2008 Ford Focus in to Quick Lane for regular service. Even though it was late morning and busy on a weekday holiday, the work was done in a short time. Not only was the oil change, tire rotation and overall check done, they also looked again at several concerns and told me when it would be best to have them repaired. My service advisor was the key to my great experience, getting my car going and then finishing up, seamless, no worries. The facility is nice, too. Great place!
Ed is a fantastic salesman, very professional and has a very no-pressure approach to selling cars. I bought from him last year, and when my wife decided she needed to get a new vehicle we went back. He remembered our names and many of the details that we spoke about last year, which shows a great level of professionalism.

I stopped in at Quick Lane on a Saturday morning with no appointment. I needed an oil change and air in tires. They were very busy, I only had to wait 1 1/2 hours for them to get to my vehicle and complete the service requested. Staff is very polite and thorough, they gave me a list of repairs needed in future with prices quoted.

Horrible service. First of all they need to remove the Quick in quick lane. On my last four visits (three for the same issue), only one was under an hour and one was over two hours. And the problem that two three trips to fix? A hole in a tire. Although the car is under warranty, I really debate if the hassle is worth it.
The waiting area was clean and had a few reading materials to look through. Afterward, the representative took time to explain to me what each area of service was. My complaint is not with the service or the representative, but with the email offer I had received. The offer from Mike Raisor Ford states a $49.99 Works oil change, tire rotation, etc. What the email offer DOES NOT state clearly is that there will be $40.00 worth of labor added onto that $49.99. The representative noted my concern and gave me a $10.00 but the ad is misleading.
Once you deal is done, there is NO return phone calls. You can call a leave messages but no one will return a phone. The General Manager will not talk to customers nor will he return phone calls. The finance department will not return phone calls. It is a sad state of affairs. The dealership is all about the sale and money and no after sale customer service. If you buy from here make sure you dont have to call there because they will NOT return your calls.
Very nice car good price. Jay was great he had no problem finding help if he didn’t know an answer didn’t try to be a know it all. Was not pushy, went out of his way for us.All the staff who helped us were outstanding. “ My first stop next time I am in the market for a new car or truck.”
If I could give no stars I would! This is a terrible car. Nothing but problems with the clutch system! I’m on my third repair, in and out of the shop. Thankfully the employees understand my frustration and are very kind and helpful! I would give them 10 stars if I could! Very disappointed in the ford product and to find out they new about the problem and continued to sell it is very disheartening and leaves me never wanting another Ford products.

I got nothing but excuses from the Service Department for every mistake that was made from ordering the incorrect and then correct part to the actual repair. It took approximately 2 months from initial contact to final appointment. First they ordered the wrong item and no one caught it until I called to check on status and asked to make sure they had the correct part before I took off work to come in. Then when I finally went in to get my vehicle serviced I was told it would take 1 1/2 to 2 hours so I decided to wait in the customer waiting area. I sat down and approximately 15 minutes later was advised it was going to take 1 1/2 days!! Far cry from 1 1/2 to 2 hours! I would of made other arrangements for transportation and scheduling if I knew that. I then asked for a loaner vehicle but was denied because it was not a warranty item. The only good review I can give is to the courtesy shuttle driver who took me to get a rental car (did they think I would just camp out in the waiting area?) who was very polite, courteous, and professional
People were friendly and thoroughly explained the recommended service. The service was completed in a timely manner and with the cost exactly what was expected. Gave me confidence that my vehicle is in top condition. Shuttle service took me home so I didnt have to wait on site. Definitely plan to trust them with all my car service needs.
The staff wasnt too friendly or helpful. They werent bad but they gave off the impression that I was second priority even though I was looking to buy a car. Had to stand in their reception area 5 min before someone bothered to ask me if I needed anything. Every other dealer Ive been to Im greeted at the door.
I was pretty impressed with the Quick Lane service I received. I had never been there previously since I usually change my own oil. However, needing 8 qts of oil in my F150 and add another ten bucks for a filter and having to recycle the oil just seems like a no brained to run it to a place like Quick Lane. Price was perfect and they even rotated my tires. I like that they did the inspection to give me the basics of where my brake pads were, tread depth, etc and they didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need. I really like that I was able to pull up, hand them my keys, and they got me right in. No complaints this visit and at the price point I will most likely be back when I need my next oil change.

Very happy with the Lincoln experience. The car is a great road car that we use for trips to Florida. The seats are adjusted for each driver and can easily be changed. driving it is a relaxing experience. I was looking for the luggage space in an SUV, but my wife fell in love with the appearance of the Continental and it does have a lot of space for a car.

We recently purchased a used 2016 Ford F150 XLT to primarily pull a travel trailer. We spoke with Brad Shirer at the Lincoln dealership, gave him our needs and wants and, voila, he found this vehicle almost within minutes and It is about as near prefect for our requirements as any vehicle could be.The price was right, we got fair value for our trade-in plus Kristee at the pre-owned center helped get an excellent loan. We are very pleased and we are looking forward to many new adventures in our new (to us) truck and trailer.

Excellent experience here! Called the day before and they said they were two weeks away from an available appointment. Decided to give them a second chance and went in the next day unannounced. The staff, specifically Jeff Jones, Jordan Fullerton, and one other at the middle desk that I cant remember, were great! Jeff was very attentive to my issue of fried spark plugs and misfiring cylinders. He promptly helped me out, walked me through the process, gave me an accurate and honest price range for the cost and time of repair. Being from out of town (from Chicago) and needing same day service, he guaranteed me it would get done and followed through. Jordan was quick to my aid when I requested the replaced parts be retrieved and kept so that I can get them refunded from a different dealership near my house who botched the job just days before. My 3 hours ride home up 65 and 294 was smooth as could be and I am very please with the final result! Shannon at the front desk who was also efficient with the payment let me borrow a phone charger while I was waiting. Thanks team, outstanding job! Will definitely recommend to my friends still attending Purdue.
They seemed very reasonable. I have only had the car for about a month, but I had it inspected at Becks before I purchased it, and it seems like it is in very good shape - no funny business as far as I can see. They had very good customer service during the purchasing process.

The staff and technicians did a good job. I was very concerned about the lack of PPE in the office. I was the only customer of 6-8 customers with a mask on. One female Raisor employee had a mask. No other employees practiced distancing or PPE apparel. One customer was coughing and sneezing while being waited on. I had to extract myself from the environment and walk around outside for the hour and fifteen minutes my car was being serviced. Businesses should lead by example. I hope no employees working there become ill.Otherwise, a good experience.
