Consistently fast and thorough. Ive been coming here 6 months for oil changes, and it always feels like a pit stop at this location.They always check my tire pressure, transmission/power steering oil, light, coolant, wipers, air filter, and window cleaner fluid.The people here are good at what they do, and do it well.

Employees are quick and professional. I got done in a timely manner. I will be returning!

I pulled in to wait on my husband to get there to drop off his truck and this little guy came out and told me I couldnt wait on his lot very rude I left and after my husband got his truck done I told him and we will not be using jiffy lube ever again.

I called over the weekend to get a price quote for a battery replacement that required professional installation due to the location being under the wheel well. Jiffy Lube Lafayette had the best price around! I went today to get the battery installed and the customer service was amazing. Joe was friendly and prompt to greet me. He also kept other customers and myself updated throughout the servicing process. Monica was also very polite and kind, ensuring communication about prices before services were rendered. I brought a book to read and was prepared to wait a few hours because there were many people needing services to their vehicles but I was in and out within an hour. Godspeed was with Jiffy and I highly recommend this location for your vehicle service needs! Friendly and fast!

Well, I got my oil changed. They were out of the air filter I needed. The lobby was locked 3 hours before close. One of the lifts didnt work in bay 1 and basically tilted the guy next to me cars to one side. The man with the squeegie did a horrible job on my windows and slammed the stool he was carrying in to my jeep twice. Very odd situation. Felt like I was driving in to a chop shop. Last time I go there though. They told me if I went to a parts store and bought an air filter they would install it for free. I appreciated that part anyways. When I asked him why the lobby was locked the response I got was its locked, can I help you?. Just shady feelings all the way around.

My daughter who’s a student in the area went here to get her oil change. Thankfully she called me before paying $108 for an oil change! ONE HUNDRED AND EIGHT DOLLARS! And they let her know that she would have to pay more if over 5 qts. were used. If your a college student who wants to find a passive aggressive way to get back at your parents for not getting enough hugs then you should get your oil changes here. If your anyone else, go anywhere else. My daughter went down the street and got the same synthetic oil change for $40. Their pricing is just to take advantage of under informed students.

I wasnt ready for an oil change yet, but I noticed one of my cars headlights went out. I just happened to be going past Jiffy Lube in Lafayette and it looked like there might be an opening to stop by quickly. Yes - no appointment was necessary and in 15 minutes I was back on the road again feeling a lot safer with a new headlight. I really appreciated that quick service!

Crew was friendly both to myself and each other. You can tell they are a good team and work well together. I am always happy with their service and recommend it to others.

This was my first time getting my oil changed by myself, my dad normally does it for me. Obviously I didn’t know what I was doing so when the guy asked me what oil I wanted I didn’t know and the guy laughed in my face when he could have explained what they all were. All of the other workers were kind of laughing at me. They thought I didn’t know how to use my brights when I’ve been driving for almost 4 years now and have never been in a car accident. The whole experience was very uncomfortable for me. I will not be returning!

I came for an oil change last Friday, and was really impressed by the service! The guy who came out to talk to us first was very professional, friendly, and helpful. I had my toddler and baby in the car with me, and the crew had us in and out so fast. Well definitely be back.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. If you’re a woman don’t go here or they’ll try to charge you 110 for an oil change. I don’t know what the woman working there’s problem is with her job but she seems absolutely miserable. I went there last year and they charged me 70. The same woman helped me both times and was ridiculously rude.

Friendly, knowledgeable, cohesive group that were efficient and had fun doing it. Looks like a successful team atmosphere.

I was there maybe five minutes and they changed my oil, the filter, my windshield wipers, washed my windows and checked the air in my tires. This store was by far the best i have been to.

Got my new tires mounted and balanced here. Installation cost is more reasonable than many other places in town. Everyone works as team here and communicates, which I really like. One technician put bolts in and another rechecks them with a torque wrench. Even though one of my valve cap went missing, I would come again for quick and friendly tire service (+ looking for missing cap).

The friendly staff at Jiffy Lube worked diligently to get my vehicle maintenance done. 3 out of 5 stars due to not having proper replacement parts in stock.They did not have the bulb my vehicle uses and couldnt change the headlamp. They did refer me to Autozone where they believed I would be able to have one installed. I took the advice but found Autozone does not do headlight installs on vehicles where anything must be removed..They also did not have the oil filter that my vehicle uses and offered an up sale item at $10 more. I agreed to the change without argument but will be using another service provider for future oil changes.In conclusion,, I would recommend and even return to Jiffy Lube provided another option isnt available. Keeping sufficient stock is an important part of retail sales and charging customers more for the inability to manage ones own stock makes a business less attractive.

This Jiffy Lube is not different from any other. If you have ever been to a Jiffy Lube, you know exactly what to expect. Small waiting rooms, cold or no coffee, and and guarantee that the associate will try to up sell you on every possible thing when you simply asked for an oil change. That being said, they were very quick & efficient.

The pros at Jiffy Lube noticed that the oil filter cap assembly was damaged and made sure I knew it could break during the oil change. The had a replacement in stock and let me know of the cost. I made an informed choice to replace the part when I got the oil changed. The whole thing took maybe 20 minutes. They were great!

Very professional and polite. 5 people were working their hardest. Only one person changing oil. Long line forming, staff stayed cool under pressure.

I asked for them to check everything, most notably I was concerned about transmission fluid levels. When I arrived I asked if checking all these levels was available and was told they would top all fluids.. I agreed to the best quality oil change they had, but when I got the receipt the transmission fluid levels said, inaccessible. I wasnt given an explanation and am still unsure if the levels have been checked. Simply didnt receive what I asked for.

I’m not one to write bad reviews, but this was not a good experience. Sure we got an oil change, but within a very stressful and uncomfortable environment. The manager was not pleasant, and you could infer how she may treat her employees by how her employees treated their customers. Now,to a certain degree you can expect car shops to be a little gruff…but I expect them to appreciate my business.Two employees had an argument as well, it was loud and irritable for the customers next to us they were serving. I felt like we were an inconvenience for the staff.I sincerely hope the owner sees this review and takes careful consideration about the staff and their attitudes towards their customers. Thank you!

I was extremely unhappy with the service I received. They broke, according to them, my oil plug. They said the plug was plastic which Toyota says it is not. They charged Toyota for warranty work to replace it. Sounds strange to me. They removed the cabin filter and did not replace the brace behind the filter. Found brace on the floor. When we tried to close the glove compartment we could not. Had to return so they could fix it. I will never use Jiffy Lube again.

Often when patronizing Jeff Lube, Ive wondered are they doing the inspection to their full ability. And yesterday experiencing the customer service from this location made me rest assure. Their entire service process was ran flawless and like a well oiled assembly line and for that I give kudos!

Pulled up at 730am because the open sign was on. They where out back smoking. Multiple people saw me and absolutely nobody told me they were closed. Saw they opened at 8am so i lefty and came back at 7:55am. Again everyone looked at me nobody came out to talk until 8. Then they told me computer had to reboot so they would be out to help me in a few minutes. When they finally got me in they changed my oil and added some coolant. Never asked me what kind of oil i wanted and pretty much carried on as If i wasnt there. Defiantly not worth the 60 bucks. I will not not be back. Sorry jiffy lube you have gone way down in customer service over the years...

Fast, quick service. They are respectful and courteous and do not try to nickel and dime you. Of course they do try to upsell things, but they do not pressure you if you say no.

There is typically good service at this location, though the wait can be long. This last time, they didnt seat my air filter properly, and it caused issues until I figured it out.

On phone told me one price and charged me more( had a hybrid) (yes I told them all this on the phone) when they were done wouldnt move out of Park had to get it towed. Not going back dont recommend to anyone most employees were nice but there was a few that was like not our problem move the car.

Fast and friendly, Nate was the guy who I dealt with. Kinda pricey (because my vehicle needs the high $ oil) for my taste but, its winter time and I didnt want to change the oil myself.A PLUS - if your a veteran, ask for the military discount.*Quick update... so... not winter time I decided to change the oil myself. One major issue I discovered. I had major trouble removing the filter housing. Like broke a ratchet, and had to buy a breaker bar AND use a 2.5’ cheater extension to get enough torque to remove the housing. In the fiasco, the housing (its OEM PLASTIC) broke the fins where the housing tool fits (& yes, I have the correct housing tool). My bad, I should have inspected the housing closer, but I rapidly found out, not only the fins cracked, one of them had a hole which spewed oil when starting the vehicle. What a mess. Thanks for the over-torque on the housing.

Theres 2 females in there that were unfriendly, unprofessional, had a bad attitude before I even pulled in a bay. Then she ripped my wipers off so fast w her bad attitude that she couldnt get the new ones on because she didnt pay attention to how they were attached. I had to leave and drive straight to fast Eddies to even get wipers back on

Went for an oil change, pulled right in and it took about 10 min for them to change the oil and check the lights. I didnt even have to get out my car. Employees were very nice and seemed to work efficiently.

Went there for Oil change. The sticker on my car said oil change at 41.5k and my car was at 43k when I went there. Jiffy guy checks my car and tells me that the oil in car is still in good condition and I dont need oil change for another few thousand miles. He checked other stuff as a courtesy too. He could have easily changed me oil change since I was all set to get it done, but he didnt. This place has honest people and I am sure the service they provide would be utmost quality because they seem to care!

Used wrong tool in my lug it lock key and broke it and claimed it was the person who last worked on my car. All they had to do was switch out my wheels and they couldn’t even do that simple task. A bunch of unprofessional people with minimal knowledge of cars.
