I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this store. Been in there a few times now and the customer service is always exceptional! In my opinion, how this store did my daughter is criminal. All 4 brake calipers replaced ? Dont know whats worse, the ridiculous price gouging or the Oh, well I was the 4th person to work on the car and I was told replace all the brakes when point in fact they were told only front brakes, Think thats the worst of it. Then the, well we can give you a $100 discount, hey how about the probably $200 youll get for core exchange. Dont go here or youll end up with an invoice that looks like the one pictured (unless it gets deleted), and youll be out $1,000 for a 2011 Ford Fusion....What can you do eh.

I Scheduled an appointment to get my brakes checked out after receiving a dire & expensive diagnostic from another shop in town. I wanted a 2nd opinion and I am so glad I got one. There was nothing wrong with my brakes!The staff was very friendly and helpful. Joshua used a model of the braking parts to explain to me what is being examined when checking the brakes for issues. It was very insightful and made me feel comfortable with their work. I will definitely be coming back for future work when needed.

These guys fixed a flat and a slow leak for me in less than an hour, and did not charge me for the service. They were exceedingly kind and efficient. I also saw an employee sanitizing the waiting area as I left, so knew the space would be clean for the next customer.I will certainly return for future work, including my next set of tires.

Warning to all, do not make an appointment with Les Schwab online. I made an online appointment for an alignment a week in advance. I arrived to the store in time and was told that they do not have access to see appointments made online; only appointments they make in person or over the phone. As a result, I was told there were three customers in front of me, but some how this was my fault. And 2nd, why have online appointments if they never see appointments made online?The previous time I came to this location for an alignment, they had to replace a strut tower, which was not their fault, however, when I picked up the car, the service light was on and it was not on when I dropped it off. I suggested it must be something with what they replaced and the assured me it was nothing and sent me on my way with the light on. I diagnosed the problem myself and turns out they used an broken anti-brake sensor on the strut they replaced and I had to go to Honda to have it fixed since Les Schwab was not concerned. To their credit, they refunded my money, but it was a huge inconvenience to me and the car should not have been released to me until that issue was resolved.Ive tried to give this company my business on three separate occasions and each time was a train wreck; Im not going back. Also of note, tires across the street are cheaper than here anyway.

Randall and the Les Schwab Team were SO NICE. They came and greeted me at my car right away and asked how they could help. They invited me to wait in the lobby, where its bright and comfortable. The whole process of patching my flat tire was super fast, easy and affordable (normally $20, but I think since I was a first-time customer it was FREE). I will definitely go back for my future tire needs. Thanks for getting my tire patched up so quickly and getting me back on my way! FIVE STARS!

This place is seriously second to none. Every experience that Ive had here has been overly positive. Just recently, I asked them to mount two used tires for me onto my Lexus IS350. Unfortunately, as they were mounting them they noticed that the tire was split and it couldnt be used. So what did they do? They went in the back to their used tire section, found me an exact match, sold it to me for super cheap, then discounted the mounting and install labor, which they totally didnt have to do but did anyways. Keep in mind, this also ended up running into after hours so they had every right to not be super happy with me, but they still treated as well as anyone shop possible could. Absolutely phenomenal customer service, 10/10.

Said they couldnt fix my grinding brakes because my tires were near the wear line. Then they said they only replace the tires in sets of 2s. Wouldnt replace just the shoe of the brakes wanted to charge me 300 to replace the rotor,drum, and shoe. Im not sure if its just les Schwab or other places but everything about the experience seemed like legalized extortion. Do yourself a favor and call these tire places beforehand.

They do a good job of honoring mask wearing and even though you can only drop in their very quick about rotating tires.Always professional.

Always friendly, efficient, ready to answer questions, and seem to be upfront and honest. I recently had a flat fixed on a tire that I didnt purchase from them and they didnt charge me anything to fix it. I have been there several times and will be back.

Ive been to this Les Schwab a few times in the last year, and theyre always super fast, friendly, and professional. Today, Victor helped me with my car. He was very knowledgeable about the issues, with my car, quoted me all my options, and answered all my questions, while still providing fast service. He also didnt shame me for the embarrassing state of my tire rims, which I appreciated. Ill be back in the winter for my snow tires.

Cody Clark the assistant manager at this location took great care of my daughter and her Terrain after she ran into a curb. Helped to change her tire and diagnose what was needed. Allowed meet to get the new rim and then installed, mounted, balanced the old tire and will finish it up with an alignment. Les Schwab did not charge my daughter to swap the broken rim with the spare and helped her get back on the road until the new wheel arrived and they did the work. Thanks for your trustworthy and honest business practices and thanks for helping my daughter when she needed it.

I had an issue with a slow leak in my tire. I stopped by and was quickly helped by Cody and his team. They checked the tire and confirmed there was a nail in it and patched the tire. I was in and out in a very short wait. Highly recommend Les Schwab tire center and look to be back whenever I have any tire issue in the future.

Lots of people were coming in for last minute snow tire installations. They handled them all well (that I could see). They got my snow tires changed and I was out within an hour which is faster than Ive gotten them done anywhere else. Big comfortable waiting area with nice view of the service area. This is definitely my new go to place.

I had purchased 4 new tires with 3 year/ 60 K miles warranty from Discount tires in Lafayette 2+ years ago. The tread on these Michelin tires are already completely worn out after 2+ years/ 30 K miles of usage. So I decided to give Les Schwab in Lafayette a try. I am very happy with the experience I had with assistance from Josh and Cody. They are very professional, knowledgeable and empathetic. I purchased a set of tires from them with 70 K miles warranty for less than what I paid at Discount tires. Les Schwab tire warranty does not have a time limit- they are strictly based on miles. They told me that I can bring back worn out tires any time as long as they are under warranty miles. SORRY DISCOUNT TIRES, after 20 years of loyalty, I dont think I am coming back to you. Also, I did not have to wait 4 hours to get my tires replaced.I hope to do more business with Les Schwab.

Great experience here getting new TPMS sensors and winter tire changeover. Prompt and friendly customer service on the phone and in person, easy scheduling, and performed the work in a timely manner. Also a spacious waiting area with nice tables/desks for working. Will definitely use these guys again.

This shop knows what customer service is all about. I should have bought tires from them instead of where I did. They helped me by patching my tire in 10 minutes without an appointment when the Walmart auto who I bought the tires and repair insurance whould not see me for 2 hours. I will buy my tires from Les Schwab in the future.

Went in and got new tires. Staff was friendly and helped me find what I needed. Work was done quickly and properly. I had a problem with the billing but Josh called me on his day off and was able to get it all sorted out. Customer service here is incredible and I would recommend this shop to anyone that needs some tires.

I have been a Les Schwab Fan for 30+ years. In Oregon I our jaws all of my tires and had brake work don’t with this company! Now that I am a Coloradan, I continue to have a great experience with them! Randy did me good! Big new tires, siping, and he even put on my new Wind’s bike wipers which were on the front seat! Excellent price, quick seri e, and so respectful (he called me “Ms. Valerie” throughput our time).

Came in after getting a flat to see if they could repair the tire and help me put it back on. Service was phenomenal, store was new and clean, and in the end they didnt even charge me. If you need tires or have a problem definitely consider these folks.

Five stars should not be given lightly to any business, however, this tire center went above and beyond what was needed to solve the problem that the local tire shop big something or another couldn’t figure out in seven visits! After the phone call, letting me know that my truck was fixed, I was expecting a huge price tag but the price was much less than I thought and the service was extra pleasant . I will definitely bring my vehicles to this place first, from now on.

When. I pulled up to the store, I was met at my car by a helpful technician who escorted me inside to help me get set up. The staff was friendly and informative. They also replaced two of my missing tire valve caps at no charge.Highly recommend their speediness, attention to detail, professionalism and service.

After being burned by Discount Tire a few times with careless techs damaging wheels, center caps and brake calipers, I was excited to learn that we have a Les Schwab by our new house.Yesterday I went in and had them install a set of new tires on my M3. The techs were extremely friendly and took their time to get the job done without damaging anything, at all. Im very pleased and will definitely come back.

I grew up going to Les Schwab in Oregon, and they were awesome back in the day, and they still are. About a month ago, my brakes were squeaking, so they inspected my brakes for free, and told me they are fine, that ceramic brakes can do that. Then they rotated my tires (not purchased here) for free! Glad to have a new honest place in town!Update: I returned today, 12/15/2018 to have a flat tire repaired. I figured it would cost me something. Nope, it was a free service, even though my tires were not purchased at Les Schwab. Excellent service again!

I have 25 years in the automotive field.Never have I seen( Crooks)like this! I had a front suspension rebuilt on my mothers spare vehicle with premium parts. I recommend you guys for the alignment and a new set of tires...boy did I go wrong. They told my mother she needed ball joints and wheel bearing when all this stuff was new. So these guys refused to do the alignment but they made sure to put tires on it after the fact.I went with her to pick the vehicle up. I had got into an argument with the store manager about on how they wanted to rip my mother off by trying to sell her new parts that were already new. So to make a long story short she paid for her new set tires went down the road and got her alignment at Pep boys. They did the alignment and said the front suspension was fine remember it was all brand new. I will not recommend a dishonest shop ever in my life. You guys lost future business with me my family and friends in the surrounding area.

New to the area and my passenger front tire was low on air. Decided to stop in to this New Les Schwab building to inquire about air. I was approached by a young gentleman by the name of Malachi in the parking lot. I explained my problem and he directed me to the building door. He checked all my tire pressure and filled my low tire for FREE and with a smile! I will definitely be returning here when I need new tires. Thanks for helping me in a jam.
