I have been to several dealerships, in the past, for service. Hampton has the best service department by far. I traveled 2 hours just to come back to this dealership for the exceptional service. I will do it again for the next service needed on my vehicle.
Repaired my recall. Great service person and technician! He is amazing and talented!! Just avoid at later hours since the rest of them seems to go into early sleep around 3:30-4. The tech seem to be the only one doing anything at the entire dealership with no one else knowing their own tail end!
I have always had good service at Hampton. They communicate efficiently both before, during, and after any service I have had on my car.

My wife and I recently bought an Outlander, Chance Menard and Aaron Wilson were honest and respectful throughout the buying experience. They treated my wife and me like family, and we definitely recommend them to anyone.
We got a call and an email from Hampton Toyota saying their inventory was low so they were having a Buy Back Program. It turned out to be sales gimmick where they offer you nothing for your vehicle then put the hard sell on you to buy something new. The salesperson was very rude and pushy. When we told her that we didnt want to buy anything today, we just wanted to sell our car like the email stated, she laughed to our face and said that people say that to her every day. When they did make an offer it was a low ball offer and we realized it was just a sales gimmick and the same oily used car dealer schtick as always. If youre looking for integrity, go somewhere else.
They gave me a fair price on my Outlander sport. Mr Reggie and Kayla are always nice when Im in for service.
Steven in service was absolutely terrific. Im from Arizona on my way home when some issues came up with my Lexus. This dealership took the time to diagnose and found what was wrong and in only an hour. Thank you so much for your genuine care!!

You win some and you lose some. And this time I lost. Well lesson learned. I will have to listen to my gut next time because we cant always believe what you hear. Very dissatisfied. But the dealer that sold us the car is pretty cool.
