The worst experience, took my vehicle in to have a couple things checked out, what was suppose to be a 3 hour wait turned into 7 hours. Not one single soul asked if I needed to go somewhere, wanted food NOTHING!! This is my ONLY vehicle and they were made aware of that upon making the appt & when I arrived & I was reassured it would only be a few hours which I was ok with, what I wasnt ok with was sitting there for 7 hours while no one kept me informed, Im actually upset that I have to return to have it fixed.
Great friendly service! Best thing versus other shops, they always get a proper diagnosis the first time! That alone, is the one reason I dont deal with other shops anymore. No more nickle and dimein to replace 5 things to fix an issue.

LOVED. Why?1. The mechanic sent me a personalized video of my car: what he was seeing under the hood, what he recommended and why he recommended it. I know ZERO about cars and this helped me understand why my car needed the repairs they suggested. Amazing.2. Customer service: shoutout to Donald. I was grumpy when I heard the cost of the repairs and he handled my disgruntled state professionally and kindly. Thank you Donald!3. The loaner they lent me was a beautiful upgrade from my car, I appreciated the luxury!4. When I arrived to pay I was greeted cheerfully and offered a free ice scraper (score!) and a wall calendar 🙌🏼5. They washed AND vacuumed my extremely dirty car. She looks better than when I bought her!!!Thank you Raisor Cadillac. Truly a wonderful experience. ❤️

The service staff was great! They delivered our vehicle down the street to the detail shop for us, after they were finished. On top of that they gave us a new license plate frame to replace our 12 year old tarnished Raisor Auto Group license plate frame. A small thing but was very much appreciated!
Loved my experience and salesman last year so much, I actually did refer a friend and we went for a test drive a few weeks ago. My salesman was so helpful. Turns out we didnt need the 12,000 mile lease and so he set us up with a new lease, new car, and lower payment. Cant ask for much better than that! We came into lease an SUV. Our salesman was Christopher Randolph. This is the second time we have leased a vehicle from Chris. Both times we have enjoyed working with Chris. He was polite, knowledgeable on the vehicles and answered all our questions. He was very patient with us considering that it took us two days to decide what we wanted to lease. In the past when we brought our Verano in for service we would see him and he always spoke to us and called us by name. This meant a lot to us, knowing that we werent just a sale. We would highly recommend Chris to all our family and friends. We will continue to be a repeat customer and will most definitely ask for Chris.

They had me to get something fixed on my car that I didnt even need fixing they said they had fixed the problem but they didnt even fix the problem I had to take the car right back to them.

Terrible service..... Had a vehicle serviced in January and the fuel pump was replaced... All of a sudden I get the same problem and being told its contaminates in my fuel line due the ethanol gas .... They gave me a rediculous excuse when I wasnt told that chevy put a bulletin out saying this particular car has had problems with the gasoline usage..... Didnt even bother to call my warranty company to explain it to them to cover the repairs...
30K service and right-rear tail light replaced under warranty from a broke seal causing moisture to collect. Denali was washed for free as well great dealership and great service!
Bought 09 CTS from Mike Raisor Used Cars. Found car on internet site, email interest in car. Rod Crain called and answered all my questions, when I was ready to purchase car I went to Dealership and the staff was excellent. Had financing done when I arrived. Very Good Experience in car buying. No pressure. Rod Crain was great to work with.
When completing my survey this is the google+ page it directed me to, not the GMC. But since they are all part of the same auto group here is my experience when buying a 2014 GMC Acadia. The buying process started on a Tuesday when Raisor did not have a vehicle with the options I wanted. Mainly, AWD that wasnt a Denali. They found one in the Indianapolis area and was going to eat the finder fee (200$) to keep me as a customer and not lose the sale to an indy dealer. We had agreed on a price and that the vehicle would be here Friday or Saturday. Friday late morning I got a call from the salesman that said I would either have the truck here tonight or Saturday for sure. Saturday came and I received a call from the salesman that the truck wouldnt be up here until Monday because they couldnt find the 2nd set of keys. I thought they could have cut me another set or mailed it to me and that would have been fine. Turns out that wasnt the case at all why they didnt have the truck. I called back and said I wanted my ernest money back and was going to take my sale else ware and the salesman agreed. 30sec later I got a call from Jeff Spurloc, he explained that dealer to dealer trades were a low priority for dealers and that they are on the back burner, the real reason the truck didnt make it up here on time. They typically dont do dealer trades on a Saturday either and apologized for the lack in communication and for the salesman not making me feel like a customer. He asked what he could do to keep me as a customer. I came in that evening and Jeff found another Acadia a trim level higher (slt2 instead of slt1) that he could have here by Monday evening for around only 20$ more than the agreed price of the first Acadia. When we went to pick the vehicle up on Monday our salesman offered us another Full Detail after we had it a wile and was very helpful showing my wife how to use all the electronics in the truck. I would buy again through the Raisor Auto Group. They just tripped over their feet a little in communicating with the customer. Had the salesman been more upfront or delivered what he said in the first place I would rate my experience a 5 star. I would like to thank Jeff, the General Sales Manager for picking up where the salesman had left me and really made it a point to show me that they take customer service very seriously and want you back to buy your next vehicle.
