Its always a pleasure when we go to take our vehicle in for service. Kim in service took care of our needs while we was there she did a great job. Everyone is all laid back and down to earth thereπ.
I will not bring my car to this location any more. Customer service was not to notched . My experience today at Moss was one to be questioned and wondered why. In previous times that I brought my car in for service I had a wonderful experience your customer service personnel was wonderful very patient very welcoming. You could no t tell me I was at the same location Today I received total opposite. Todayβs customer service personnel that waited on me could have cared less about my experience and it showed. He came and told me that it would be best for me to pay for my service although I had explain to him that it was an insurance claim. I felt insulted when he came to me and told me that He would have to contact his boss because he could not allow my car to go because I hadnβt paid for it. After contacting my insurance representative my insurance representative told me that he had already spoken with management and that he told them the check would be there within 7 to 10 days. My insurance agent also said that he sent a copy of the check to Miss as he was speaking to management. Management and the customer service personal is located in the same building. What went wrong ? No communication??? It has s people such as my self that keeps you afloat. I will take my business to the Mercedes in Beaumont where I am treated with dignity and respect
Rocky called me 1st thing in the morning about a GLE450 I had inquired about online the night before. He was so helpful. We were coming in from Houston. All our paperwork was ready for us to sign when got there. The car was washed and ready to go, the whole experience was top notch. Thank you!

My service tech didnβt have any people skills. When he called me about my vehicle he would hesitate before he would say anything. Very awkward!! Then I go to pick up my vehicle he takes me to the cashier to pay for my services. He goes to get my car brings my key while Iβm standing to pay for my bill! Place the down and doesnβt even say thank you!! I just spent $545 and I canβt get a thank you!! π§ I have other places I can take my vehicle. This is the first time Iβve been disappointment with your services.

I have NEVER waited almost 6 hours to get my vehicle serviced .i arrived at the shop about 10 and was told it would take 3 hours to complete the service..i was shettled to the mall.. i did some shopping in the mall..time went on and on. I tried calling the shop and left a message..time went on .to mske a long story short..someone should have contacted me after all that time. I was stuck at the mall without transport...tired and frustrated.. finally i got a call saying that someone was on the way to pick me up..by that time it was about 4 in the afternoon. 6 hours of waiting. Appologize wasoffered in the service dept. And a coke for the road...i paid the bill. And was offered a Coke for the road!!..
My husband and I have a 2021 GLB250 and a few days ago the right side of the dashboard screen suddenly went blank and the radio kept cutting in and out (really loudly) about every 35 seconds or so, with no way to shut off the radio or reduce the volume. We called the dealership and the service person explained that it was probably trying to do an automatic update of some kind and got stuck. He said to wait overnight to see if it corrected itself and if not to bring it in. We went straight to the dealership the next morning and they were able to take a look at it for us and determine that a part needed to be ordered. They ordered the part that they hoped would be in by Friday (today) and we got a call this morning that the part was in. They were going to schedule us for a Monday morning appointment, but we begged them to fit us in today because it was driving us crazy and also it was dangerous, as we had nearly run into an ambulance because the radio was so loud and we literally didnt hear the sirens! They agreed that they would see us today at noon and they were able to fix the problem with the part they had ordered. We REALLY appreciated them taking care of this in the most timely manner they possibly could and look forward to doing business with this dealership in the future, as we have just relocated to Lafayette from Myrtle Beach!
Very poor customer service. Called multiple times and Noone answered. I rarely leave reviews but this one was definitely worthwhile. Some of the worse service Ive had and Im still not done dealing with this dealership. Wont be buying another Mercedes simply to avoid having to deal with this dealership in lafayette

Emailed Rocky sales rep 5/19/21 called him at 10am 5/20/21. Went to dealership and met Bill, Rocky was a available shortly. Within 30 minutes they gave me a estimate on my trade in on a very low mileage CPO GLA250. They started the paperwork process and by 3pm paperwork done. Then Brian schooled us on all the operating info in detail. The team was professional and a very high level of expertise . My wife and I were very impressed with the transaction. I came to get an inspection sticker and to see why my check engine light was on. I was told the wait would be 1 hour. It ended up being 3 hours. Had I been told the correct wait time I could have made arrangements. At the end of the visit, I go to pay. I was sold an extended warranty when I bought my car a year ago and they spend 30 minutes just to get someone on the phone to see if it is covered. At this point I was exhausted from the 3 hour wait so I ask if I can just pay for the inspection sticker and just call me when you get someone on the phone from the warranty company and if itβs not covered, I will pay over the phone. In my mind, there should not be an issue. The service manager says I can not leave until they get someone on the phone. Itβs just good customer service. It was a $150 diagnostic bill. It could have been paid over the phone once someone picked up. I felt like I was being held hostage.

Dishonest people. Unless you have money to burn I would not recommend dealing with them. However, Chad was nice and helpful, but he can only do his part. with the rest, youβre on your own.

I went for a standard oil change. I asked the employee if they would wash my car, which is thru a tunnel, and I also request for them to top off my fluids. They didnt do either one!! I paid 178.00 for an oil change which is ridiculous for an oil change that took maybe 30 min to do and waited for 2 hours! Very unsatisfied!
Very poor and unprofessional service. We have been leasing cars every 3 yrs since 1992 and In 2016 purchased a Mercedes AMG C63. They wont have to worry about us purchasing another car from MOSS MOTORS, LAFAYETTE again.

My βcheck engineβ came on, so I showed up when they opened at 7:30. Chad took me in right away and within an hour, they had diagnosed they problem and made the repair. Bonus, it was so minor a repair that they didnβt even charge me!

I called and was greeted by a fantastic young lady. I asked if I can bring my ml350 to check an error light at 4:00 pm, she told me to bring it in. Service representative got my car right into the bay, gave me repair options, got my car repaired and was on my way in about an 1 hour. I wish locations in GA were as speedy as Mercedes Benz of Lafayette! Love the service...prices are dealer expected pricing.

If there was an option to leave 0 stars, that is what I would have chosen. There was a problem with their system, so my payment was accepted right away. Although it was a problem on their end, the owners as well as the service employees behind the desk were RUDE and unprofessional. I was told that my car would not be able to be released to me even though my mobile bank app showed the funds were deducted from my account. By the way that is illegal and they really had no right to keep my car, i stayed WILLINGLY to resolve the situation, when I could have left being that I had my keys. The owners and other staff did not intermediate until my mother arrived, where Sharon Moss insisted on arguing with my mother when she was clueless to the situation, but instead of listening, she proceeded to argue in a rudely manner. The manager asked me to scan my card to keep on file incase the payment would have been declined, again, illegal. Then, they proceeded to call me everyday until today for the payment while I am in my classes, when my bank and my bankβs corporate office told them the funds were taken from my account. I will not do business with them ever again, I rather travel to a different city to get my services done. I am young, but aware.

02/22/2021 was the worst interview Iβve ever experienced. I was invited to a interview for a cashier, when I arrived no one was in the front and a salesman stepped up and asked if I needed assistance. I then let him know I was there to meet with Cheryl for a 2:00 interview. There was a women at the top of the stairs who rudely stated I was not there to meet Cheryl the interview is with her. I apologized I wasnβt told any different last Friday when I received the call. The woman then opened the door to bring me to her office, she does not greet me with...βnice to meet you, I am such and suchβ. Instead I am greeted with, βyou expected to work here looking like that? You know where you are right?β now I am dressed in nice jeans, flats and a dress shirt. We then walk into her office where she continues to be very rude. She asked me about my previous jobs and when she gets to when I once worked for Waitr, she rolls her eyes and proceeded to say βyou worked for waitrβ, I reply with yes maβam, I did. She then says βyou were just a driverβ in a very rude tone (which I was not and the resume she is looking at states that) I said no, I was not a driver. She then asks me what a βcsrβ is then? I respond, βa customer service rep I worked in the officeβ. She then again rolls her eyes and ask if I am single or married, I replied single. She asked if had kids or anything In my life. I let her know I have a step child. She looked at me and said βyou just said you were not married so you donβt have a step childβ and which I respond βI am not married but yes I do have a step childβ then she again responds with βthe child is not yours, youβre not married then the child is not yours and it shouldnβt matter to youβ. Iβve never been so disrespected in my life at an interview especially at a place who holds itself at such high standards. Iβm baffled that someone so cold and rude is allowed to be over hiring and not to mention be allowed to interact with the public. At this point I let her know I am ending the interview and left.I do not know her name as she chose not to bother herself with introduction. To describe her for identification I would say late 60βsor so and blackish-grey hair with a very demeaning personality.If from the visual perspective I did not fit the profile wanted for the position, this lady could have still completed a short and professional interview. I do have the skills to communicate respectfully with all types of people and be professional, unlike the lady at your establishment. I expected better from Mercedes Benz.For whatever reason my post seemed to be removed. I will continue to post until someone can address this situation with me.

Ive been deceived by MB of Lafayette.I purchased a used MB in October. Ive been looking to trade-in this vehicle for something new. When I found the vehicle that I wanted and had it appraised for trade-in value, the dealership came back with a pretty low trade-in value. They ran the VIN# and told me the car had been in a moderate accident and that reduces the trade-in value quite a bit.I always held MB dealerships and staff to be honest, ahead of the class, go above and beyond, and provide top-notch service. When the dealership showed me the CARFAX report, I was sick to my stomach and felt deceived. If I wouldve known this at the time of interest, I probably would not have bought it or negotiated a much lower price.I tried to call the sales manager about this, but I havent been able to make contact. I will never use this dealership nor recommend anyone. Other dealerships have the customer sign a disclosure knowing the the car was in accident. This is a good practice and I hope and expect MB to raise the bar and do the same.I will say, I have had excellent service from this dealership with another vehicle. But after this purchase, Im done with MB of Lafayette. Never again!

We bought a used car from west of Las Vegas via web, phone and videos. Kendra, Jerry and Rocky were all awesome. Hubby flew in today and everything went smoothly. Now the drive home! This was way better than sitting in a stuffy used car lot office for hours and jumping through all the negotiation hoops. Great experience, great car, low miles, very fair deal. We are retired and hope to have this Jeep Grand Cherokee Diesel 4 by 4 for many years to come.

I purchased a vehicle from out of state. They were very helpful in assisting and providing me with any and all details/ pictures I needed to feel comfortable with the sale. I flew into LFT from CVG. Mike picked me up at the hotel in the am and I was on the road back to Indiana by noon. All in all a very pleasurable experience with them and we would definitely do business with them again.

While on a 14 hour drive along IH-10, I hit a rock in the road and my left rear tire was sliced. Although it was a run-flat tire, the name doesnt match the experience I had...a totally flat, non-functioning tire. I exited the interstate and attempted to put air in the tire, found the slash and called my insurance company to arrange a tow to the Lafayette, LA, Mercedes dealer because I knew I would need a new tire. (FYI...new Mercedes do not come with a spare...the run-flat is supposed to negate that need.) By this time it was 5:05 PM, and rush hour, construction, etc., was in full swing.) I then called the Lafayette Mercedes dealer to see if I could buy a tire, have it installed and be on my way. I knew it would be close to closing by this time. The person who helped me at Mercedes was Mitch, and he will forever be known to me as Mitch the Magician. He made the magic happen...walking me through, over the phone, checking the tire specs so he could determine if he had a tire in-stock. He did and we made the sale over the phone, taking the credit card info so he could allow the cashier to go home on time. Then he found a service technician who was willing to stay late and install the tire after the tow truck arrived with my car...and we didnt know how long that would be. But, somehow, Mitch worked his magic and arranged everything. At my end. The tow truck came and picked up my car, but because of COVID 19 restrictions, I could not ride with the tow truck driver. So, my car left on the tow truck, but I was still stranded at the truck stop. I add this detail because having placed two Lyft calls and a private limo service call, and waiting and waiting for them to show up, I still had no ride. By this time it was 7 PM and Mitch had long before called to tell me my car was ready to go...but, I couldnt get there! I called a 4th car service, a yellow cab, and they actually came and I finally made it to the Mercedes dealer where Mitch had stayed late...to nearly 7:30 PM. When I arrived, my car was ready to go and a smiling Mitch was waiting there to hand me my keys and wish me a safe journey home. This experience with a stranger at a Mercedes dealer is the epitome of what customer service should be. Thank you Mitch and to everyone else there who took care of me in a scary, nerve wracking situation. Ill never forget the relief I felt knowing someone cared at the end of that phone.
