I placed an order online for a breakfast tray from their catering menu for my customer service department. The website was user friendly and it was easy to place my order. I received a confirmation text that my order was ready for pick up. I got there 5 minutes before the designated time I chose for pick up and they had my order ready and waiting. When I walked in, I was promptly greeted by a friendly employee and offered a sample/sharing of bread. The restaurant itself was very clean. This is my first experience with Great Harvest Bread and I will be returning!

Bought their bread at the Lafayette farmers market based on friend’s recommendations a couple months back, and became hooked. Visited the bakery and had lunch today. The owners chatted with us and they’re awesome people. Love the quaint atmosphere of the bakery and the great attitude of all who work there along with great quality products. We’ll be forever customers.

Visiting Lafayette for the weekend and went for a walk. The Great Harvest Bread Co. was a nice find. Not just a bread shop but more with cookies, scones and cinnamon rolls just to name a few things. Coffee and sandwiches were also on the menu. Will probably be back a couple more times this weekend and wish we had a place like this back home. And the service was tops!

Neighborhood gem. Everyone is so friendly and service is great. Sandwiches are fresh and tasty. They offer homemade bread and a free sample of bread when you walk in the store. You can also order holiday themed bread (ex: a bunny for easter).

The selection was almost overwhelming. I could only eat half the sandwich with it being so large albeit delicious. The potato salad side was a bit small in comparison. A bit pricey for me but it was a date.

Tried a vegetarian sandwich that was a little over prices for the amount you received but was helped very pleasantly by the cashier and was very helpful.Wish I could have tried the sourdough but they limit the days for certain breads just make sure you call in advance.

We drove an hour to get there. After a girl gave us a sample of the cinnamon bread we had to get it. We got the butter cookies with icing, the brownies, chocolate chip. Cookies, and a loaf of French loaf bread. It is all sooooo good.

A great tasting a friendly local bread/Sandwich shop. I go here every weekend with my roommates to snag a loaf for home and we grab sandwhiches for lunch while were there. The staff is very kind and the bread is DELICIOUS. Definitely one of the best places in town

Really love this place. Great bread and helpful staff. But not pleased with their covid precautions. They ought to stop offering samples during the pandemic when there are multiple shoppers. Last time I was there, it was very busy which meant I had people less than 6 feet from me taking off their mask to sample bread. It didnt feel safe

I recently ordered catering for a work lunch and had a great experience all around. Ordering was very simple, the food was delivered right on time, and met our current requirements for individually boxed lunches perfectly. Not only was the food delicious and fresh, it was delivered right on time and by the most friendly staff member. The bread is good but Id stop there. The sandwiches are okay just a bit over priced and the soup needs some work. The velvet chicken soup was bland.

Great Harvest goes above and beyond basic bread. I’ve never seen such a wide variety of different bread loaves, both sweet and savory, and bakery treats. Forget free smells (although those are great here also), they offer free slices of different featured breads so you can try out new options each day. I got the cinnamon swirl bread and it was absolutely delicious. Huge ribbons of cinnamon sugar throughout the whole loaf but not overpoweringly sweet, so it was perfect as a breakfast bread.They also make a great lunch spot, offering freshly made sandwiches on their incredible breads. I wish I lived closer, I would come all the time!

I discovered their sandwiches about a year ago. I’ve had them cold and I’ve had them hot, either way they’re very good! I really appreciate their group side pick up as well. Friendly staff.

Great tasting bread, when its fresh. However, they need to check some of their display fancy breads, as some were clearly moldy. A shame, as I was thinking about some as gifts for friends.

We moved from Brooklyn, NY a couple of years ago and we have looked for a fresh bread bakery and we happened across Great Harvest today and bought a loaf of their sour dough bread and oh my goodness.....we will definitely be return customers!

Just went here a couple of days ago for the first time, and absolutely loved everything about it from start to finish. My boyfriend and I walked in, and they gave us a free slice of bread each. It was so delicious. I had the cinnamon explosion, and he had cheesy garlic. We got the spicy smoked turkey and California Cobb sandwiches. Both were so yummy! The staff was so friendly. When we told them it was our first time the whole team shouted a little woo! for us which was really cute. Then they gave us a coupon for our next visit. We will definitely be coming back, and I plan on telling all my friends and family about Great Harvest Bread.

We arrive with our 3 small boys and they are always welcoming. Free bread is always a hit for the kids while waiting. Bread, panini, sandwiches, and sweets are always beautiful and tasty.

Theyre pretty good if you like heavy breads with soft crusts. They do offer a nice variety of flavors such as cheesy breads and cinnamon breads. However, I prefer breads with better texture. If you want crusty breads or sourdough, head over to Smittys Bakery

I personally think it’s really over rated. I saw all these 5 star reviews that were pretty recent saying that it was really good overall sandwiches,soups and bread. My sandwich was all soggy at the bottom and my soup was cold even though they said it was going to be mildly hot. I’m am very disappointed and wish I didn’t spent almost forty dollars for 2 sandwiches a bowl of cold soup and a sprite and don’t forget the little ramiken full of a 1/4 cup of potato salad

Great Harvest Bread Company is astounding. Theyve catered my last two events with their sandwich box lunches and everyone was pleased. Every time Ive stepped foot into their shop, they always hand me a sample of their fresh bread.

I cannot emphasize how wonderful this place is. As soon as you walk in you are greeted with a slice of delicious warm bread and choice of honey butter or other topping. My sandwich was turkey and Swiss cheese. Wow.... the best lunch.....EVER

You walk in to a friendly environment filled with the heavenly smells of fresh baked bread and pastries. The smiling cashier presents a large slice of bread, no matter what you are there for. I got a coffee, which meant being handed a cup and led to a bar with different flavors, cream, and sugars. I could refill it as many times as I wanted but, sadly, there isnt much seating. It is a small shop with only 3 tables. But everything the make and sell is well worth it! Plus, the owners do a lot of community service and give away a lot of lovely bread.

Very friendly staff, and more importantly absolutely delicious bread. They give out a free sample of their breads to anyone that walks in and offer so many unique choices of bread. Even my European friends who have visited say that this bread is some of the best they have ever had.

The owner and his family operate this place and its neat. They grind their own flour and have quite a few varieties bread for sale daily. They make sandwiches as well. Great local business.

Unfortunately, we do not live close to this wonderful business! A good friend of mine who went to Purdue once upon a time and she found this gem!! She some times has errands to run in Lafayette, will make the trek and bring back treats from Great Harvest! This past week, I myself made the run. Experiencing this store was everything you want from a store/restaurant/retailer and more!! Lafayette is a way too much city for this small town girl, but walking in here.... Right away, they are smiling, friendly, hand you a free sample, free coupons, available for any questions, comments, concerns or just plain chit chat!! My kinda folks!! What a wonderful atmosphere!! The food is delicious!! Variety is numerous!! Something for everyone!! My personal fave probably is the cinnamon swirl!! Though I ate a triple berry bar something too and wow!! That was so moist and delicious!! Plus, this time I got to bring back the treats this time!! Felt a bit like santa rolling into our lil town!!! The BLT, O.M.G. so much crispy bacon, the tomatoes were red even in winter, and its grilled/panini-ed to perfection. Seriously one of the best sandwiches Ive ever eaten. I usually just go to Great Harvest for a loaf of bread to toast or some dinner rolls, but this sandwich may have me changing up my default lunch spot. My bacon to blood ratio may suffer.
