This is a trap. J L Hufford sent me an imitation kettle for 344.00 dollars and J L Hufford is misleading the Richmond Heritage Copper Company. The copper kettle I received is lighter than foil paper. All scratched up. Markings and rust inside.They want to give me 10 percent of value ... How shady! This is a TRAP!!!#Beware of this company folks. I have called the bank and disputing now withmastercard.

The experience buying from this place is beyond unsatisfactory. we made a mistake in purchasing the machine but it was too late to cancel as it has been shipped. we called their support and they said the shipment has been rerouted to go back to their shop. BUT the shipment still came and we had to pay for the shipping even though the box was unopened. when they got the package, it took them a good few days to acknowledge receipt and i had to sent couples of email to ask for refund. When we got the refund, they took 10% of the price (although they did not do anything) and on top i had to pay for $60 shipping. This shop is a trap and YOU SHOULD NOT BUY FROM THERE. they even said they normally charge for 20% restocking fee which is absurd. this shop does not live up to the American way of customer service . it is the worst service i have experienced so far. not helpful at all. they just want to keep the money with them. a trap!!!!

Their coffee is so good in their coffee shop that I went online and ordered some too! They have a whole online store that I didnt know about and ended up buying a new coffee machine, but still frequent the shop too when I go shopping! Customer service was very helpful as well when I made a typo in my address.

Love this place, I work in the mall so its always handy whenever I need some coffee/tea. And their reward program which gives you one free drink after 10 drinks is awesome considering that you get double punches on Wednesdays. Overall it a great place for a quick stop for coffee, tea, ice cream or even muffins. And the staff is always super nice and helpful. Great place.

Ordered a knife sharpener from J.L. Huffords Amazon store. Ordered on July 4th. Supposed to deliver on July 6th. Its July 23rd. Sent multiple emails asking for a refund. Still no refund. I will not do business with them in the future.

Good coffee, but couldve been stronger especially when getting iced coffee since the ice melts and dilutes the coffee flavor. Starbucks generally makes better ice coffee, but overall I prefer Hufford. Give it a try for yourself, some will like it, some will love it, but dont think youd be disappointed with it.

Went there on 12/27 1:49pm. I cant believe people are giving this place good reviews. Several different types of coffee for sale, which is good for variety, but there were NO PRICES LISTED BY THEM. So are you guys trying to hide your prices?? Should I assume theyre all equally priced? Why should I have to wait till I get to the register to find out the price? I waited for a barista to answer questions I had about product variety but was ignored. I also bought tea packets of 50, which was only $12.99, and is expensive but I got it so cant complain. I get up to the register. Well at the old location you could choose from 1/4, 1/2, and 1 lb bags of coffee to grind. They told me they ONLY DO 1 lb BAGS NOW. I guess that profit is pretty important to squeeze out of the customers. Well Im not paying for a coffee I may hate so I only got the breakfast blend and told them to put back the almond flavor. They ring me up for $26.98 excluding taxes. (Good thing I got the typically cheapest coffee for a 1lb, breakfast blend, or else Id imagine it would have been much more, but of course when they DONT SHOW THE PRICES OF THEIR COFFEE who knows. After taxes its $28.87...for just a 1lb of coffee and tea??!! Worse THEY DIDNT ITEMIZE THEIR RECEIPT. Maybe Id like to know the price breakdown to see how I got ripped off. DONT COME HERE. Go to Starbucks...and I hate Starbucks since I think theyre coffee is overrated, but at least they advertise their prices. Save your money. If coffee is that important go to the grocery store and get Folgers or drive down the road to Speedway for $1 coffee.

The absolute worst customer service ever. They delivered a package to the wrong address and then told me it was my responsibility. They suggested I contact my insurance company which makes no sense.

Ordered an iced drink with soy milk. Was called up for my order as the young man working there was finishing it up. I noticed he had poured skim milk into my drink and said I had ordered it with soy. He slammed down a spoon and stormed off, leaving the ladies working there to make another one. The ladies were nice, but that guy was horrendously rude.

I didnt care for paying the balance on a case, but the gal at the window was very nice.

The ladies at JL Hufford are super friendly and they know what were going to order before we even pay and start making our delicious mocha glaciers as soon as they see us!!!

The lady that helped us could have had a better attitude, but as always the drinks were amazing.

I purchased an espresso maker via amazon. Somehow my purchase of 3-5 business delivery was lot in the purchase order. I emailed the folks at Hufford, they responded immediately and shipped it out 3-5 days at no charge. Very good of them, good service.

Love the coffee and frozen drink concoctions and everyone is always smiling. I am a bit disappointed they no longer make gelato in house, but what they have now is quite tasty even if not quite as creamy textured as their homemade.

They have pretty good drinks here. I think theyre better than Starbucks, but just as pricey. The saddest part is watching them pour the extra down the drain. I mean come on they could offer it to you in another cup lol. But really if your at the mall and want a good drink (they serve more than just coffie) stop by and try them out. The Oreo Explosion is awsome.

Their coffee sucks, ordered an icey frapp coffee drink with an extra shot and they used espresso that was old. It tasted like they used old dish water to brew.
