Dr. Mather diagnosed what 10+ other doctors failed to find and made my vision as serviceable as possible (with a non-correctable genetic eye disability). The vision I do have (20/70) is very precious to me, and I only trust Dr. Mather to get me where I need to be to see as well as I can. My glasses always come out great and are cheaper than many other places in town with lesser quality.

I recently purchased glasses from Mather, and after a few days, I just could not get used to the fit. I was so worried I would be stuck with these glasses. But, when I went back to Mather, Tammy immediately recognized that the glasses did not fit me properly. She restyled me and ordered me a whole new pair of glasses! I am so grateful for the excellent service! Dr. Mather is always very thorough in his examination and the whole staff is just wonderful!

I only saw Dr. Mather a few times, but I mostly saw Dr. Cutler. Dr. Cutler isnt there anymore, but Dr. Mather is great! The only hump is getting past the front desk without discourtesy, but the place is pretty good and affordable.

Great staff and quality glasses. I received a very thorough eye exam and could not ask for friendlier or more helpfull staff.

My wife and I had appointments at 2 and 2:30 and she wasnt seen until 3 and me even later. The doctor and exam in general was not thorough at all like any other eye doctor Ive been to yet it still took until after closing(5) for us to get out of there. The doctor didnt answer any of my questions while breazing through my exam and after being kept there for 3 hours they were ready to go home so the lady that helps you pick your glasses just explained my options very vaguely and didnt seem to give as much information as my wife got while she was picking her glasses. Very unprofessional to have people booked so close that you cannot fulfill your appointment times and then rush them out the door when you keep them past closing. Cannot recommend this place to anyone and will not be going back besides to pick my glasses up.Follow up review. I call and ask to make sure what they told me at my original appointment was correct on which insurance they ran the appointment and glasses through since I have two insurances and they again tell me it was all run through my one insurance. Go to pick my wifes glasses up the same day I called to confirm this and have them check which insurance everything was run through since I was told twice that it was run through my first insurance and turns out after waiting 5 to 10 minutes they tell me it was all run through my second insurance. This place is a joke and misinformed me multiple times which would have cost me money had I not investigated. They do not have my business anymore and I will be warning everyone I know to stay clear of this place.

My whole family has always been treated well at Mather Eye care. Very easy to do business with.

Very frustrated by the service at Mather Vision Group. Particularly the optician. There was no one there when I went to pickup my glasses. Attitude of the staff present was very poor, basically did not care.Will not go there again.
