Carlie is great with the waxing. The employees Ive interacted with are friendly and welcoming. They dont try hard to sell me things I dont want. The prices are decent for the quality of service.

Showed up 19 minutes late to my appointment because of rain and traffic.. they told me they “couldn’t take me in” even though it was a very quick trim I needed before leaving out of town.. made me feel very un welcomed and not cared for.. 👎🏻

I had Britney Nelson as my stylist. She did my hair fast and pretty. However its not unsustainable at all. I specifically mentioned that I need my hair to stay until the wedding later that day but my hair was falling apart even before I left the place.

It was a very therapeutic experience. Will go back.
