Tonight I tried Shop & Scan for the first time and it was a great experience! I highly recommend it.

Always has what I looking for and usual6what I didnt know I was looking for lol. Love how clean it always is and the prices are always decent.

Needs to stay open 24 hours again. By time i get there after work only have 30 minutes to shop and the whole time they are doing a count down over the speaker to when they close. Actually stated that if you werent in line by midnight they wouldnt check you out. Thats crazy.

Should not bother looking for things you need anywhere else. Go straight to Meijer for everything you need! And thank you to them for having this store stocked! (West Lafayette store)

I visited (Im told) a week ago. Im supposed to remember that? Ive been to bed since then.

Place is nice, clean, the staff is very friendly, polite, always willing to help. Especially want to mention Steve in a produce department, always working very hard, always with smile, will help anyway he can. Will get you the freshest, the best fruit or veggies. We were going to this place for several years, prefer it to others more expensive. But remember place is very big, if you planning large shopping, it’s lots of walking.

Came with my significant other to pick up her prescriptions through pharmacy drive up, female pharmacist got quickly frustrated due to not being able to apply the insurance issued to cover her; asked me to come in the store because I was “holding up the drive thru”. No one was behind me, been sitting in the parking lot while my partner is inside and not a single car has gone through the drive up since we pulled off(for about 25 minutes). Just kind of unnecessary.

This Meijer is fairly decent. Most of the staff are friendly with the exception of a few angry and bitter ppl! I cant let those few ruin the store as a whole! Its kept pretty clean and they have fair and competitive prices. Most employees need to be taught simple manners (plz, ty, excuse me, youre welcome, Im sry, etc.) and definitely redresh everyone on customer service. Other than that its a great store.

Nice selection of products and variety of food. I dont like the setup of the grocery side its all over the place.

I love using the Meijer photo service. Making custom pictures cards and collages from home and then ordering them is great. Mine have turned out so well. Often very quick and reasonable prices. I would love if they expanded the design details and options. I recently printed many collages and they will give me precious memories for a long time. ❤

I just left there after having a tremendous experience. Im a purchaser for a bakery and had to get a large quantity of strawberries. Roxanne B. helped to make the process as easy as the pie the berriesare going in. Her helpful and friendly nature was only exceeded by the knowledge of her job. Thank you, Meijer. I was in Meijer for the first time in a very long time, fully masked, and obviously lost at finding my wife an anniversary gift. The person stocking stopped to ask if they could help me and proceeded to march me around the store to find the unique gifts I was looking for for my wife. You cant find that kind of service very often and frankly it was very refreshing, keep up the great work! And my wife LOVED the present, thank you!

It was the most chaotic experience Ive ever had at a pharmacy. Waited over an hour, did questionnaire on my phone only to have to fill out the paper one. They said my insurance said it was too soon for my 2ndvaccine. They asked if I had made an appointment at a different location. They made me the appointment at that location when they have me part one of my vaccine. They had 3 people in the room to give me the vaccine. The form they had me fill out was for a minor and only had a space for parent or guardian signature.... What a nightmare!

Excellent store just wish they would do a better job on keeping stock in.

I was unable to find a light jacket that was inexpensive. I was hoping to get a Purdue jacket but they didnt have any.The store was clean and the staff was very helpful.

Some of what I used to buy regularly is not carried here now so have less reason to visit - go month and half to two months.

They need more registers opened. Nothing worse than self checkout with a large order. Especially after working all day.

Absolutely disgusting and rude. I purchased a pack of hot dogs that turned out to be already opened and appeared to be neglected or honestly returned based on how it was opened. When asked about it I was told that it was an unfortunate oversight in the stocking of the item. Absolutely ridiculous and disgusting. I will shop at the better stocked and less expensive WalMart or Target.

Always enjoy going there. Dont know if they are relaying dog food but it was empty. There werent any uncrustables at all.

Has everything you would want/need but their prices on some items are too expensive (regular pricing AND sale items). I was looking at mens clothing that was on sale and the shirts were originally $35.00. All the sale racks were like this...it definitely was not a sale! So, its always a disappointment when I check out their sales! Store is always clean!!!

If I were rating Meijer solely on the in-person shopping experience, I would give them five stars. If I were rating them on their online ordering/pick-up service, I would give them a two-star rating. I have not flagged the review to account for the average because overall they provide excellent customer service and consistently so. I often recommend to others to shop at Meijer if they need higher-quality goods from a big-box retailer and grocer -- they offer a nice balance of both.The staff at Meijer are super awesome and helpful when you engage them. The store is also clean, well-organised, and provides a pleasant & enjoyable shopping environment. They also offer a diverse selection of foods and high-quality produce.The two-star rating in regard to the online ordering is not because of their associates and customer service, again, but (1) the consistently poor availability of products and (2) the lack of confirmation on orders, e.g., what could not be filled versus what could. I have never had an order I placed filled completely, small or large, placed at either Tippecanoe-County Meijer location (Lafayette & West Lafayette, IN). Because of this, I have recommended to those I know to avoid placing online orders for items unless they first attempt to call ahead and confirm availability. Nothing is more frustrating than finding out when you retrieve your order that only two of twenty items could be picked for you.

I found lots of good stuff and left with more than I came for. The cashier though was lookin like she was bout to pass out. Didnt greet me. Was just huffing and puffin. As I was leaving she went and leaned against something like she was super tired. Id say theres a problem with management. But just my opinion.

Checked online if store had the product I was looking for. Claimed it did. Arrived at store and asked greeter where it might be located. He didnt know nor bothered to call anyone. I looked for myself thinking if I cant find it Ill ask an associate.....but there were none. Walked the whole store and didnt see even one floor person. Had to go to customer service to find someone to help me and.....online was incorrect. They didnt even have it in stock.

Usually busier and not stocked as well as other Meijer. Decent clean store, but can get busy with not enough cashiers. They did start a mobile checkout which has helped with be self checkout

Closest to a vacation that i can get. They have a good selection and no inside bees. A big bonus depending on the type of bee.

Good supermarket, you can find almost anything here. clothes, groceries, electronics, etc. would definitely recommend if you need a wide selection of things, but for just groceries i prefer smaller places like kroger.
