If you have stuff to ship, this is the place to go. Fair prices and good service. Jodie and Lauren are very helpful and friendly. I hope my daughters grow up to be as good as Jodie and Lauren. There is a very long and painful story to go with this, but essentially I caught these folks on a very busy day (just after Mardi gras and they said they were exhausted from shipping out king cakes). They asked me to shortcut the paperwork process which cost me $900 when one of my packages was lost, since they did not insured it for $1000 as they were supposed to. In addition, the representative put Bolivar Texas in the recipient address instead of Spring Texas. It appears she entered boulevard into the city field instead of on the street address. This is what caused the package to be lost in the first place. Now I understand mistakes happen, but the real reason for the one-star rating is because when I called to discuss this with the store manager she was very standoffish and told me that I was wrong and this never happened. As a small business owner myself, it is very disappointing to have received this type of response. At this point I will chalk it up as a learning experience, eat the $900 and take care of my customer whose shipment was lost. Its just too bad shipping etc doesnt do the same for theirs.

Ive visited this location approximately 20 times and experienced good customer service on rare occassions but for the most part, these folks are definitely not going out of their way to help. On my most recent visit, the UPS driver was at the store for pickup for a good 10 minutes and standing in front of me while we all waited for the representative to get off the phone and I thought since we were all waiting on her and she had my package, she may make an effort to get it on the truck but no, I got It will go out tomorrow and paid double the cost for shipping to make up for the lost day. I didnt say a word because Ive already learned not to expect any extra effort or service and just use this as a drop off spot. After this most recent experience, Ill likely look for another option.

Worst carrier in the country. USPS blows DHL away as a way to ship a package. DHL lets packages sit at their hubs for days!!! Ridiculous!!!
