This place freaking rocks! Every single time I visit this location (which is alot) they are so wonderful! They know and address me by name. They ask about my family. They recommend services. They are happy and smiling no matter how busy they are. Thank you guys for being available to the community and making my business needs much less complicated. If you need business cards, flyers or whatever it might be, I HIGHLY recommend them!

Went in there today to print some papers out and send back some shoes.the lady that helped me was extremely nice and very patient! I cut my finger taping my box and she brought me stuff to clean it and a bandaidVery sweet and caring of her to do that when she didnt have to

I’ve noticed that every time somebody gives a low rating the owner replies with the same response. Obviously they need to have better customer service from the owner to the employees.

All I can say is wow, just wow but NOT in a good way. I walked in and this Mitch guy was telling the lady in front of me that she didn’t need her ID when apparently whoever helped her before told her to go home and get it so she ran home 40 minutes to get it and come back. He was talking to her so condescendingly but I didn’t know the whole story so I didn’t judge.Then it’s my turn, NO customer service skills whatsoever. Rude condescending, rushed. I’m pretty sure he’s not a manager but the manager needs to look into who their staffing the other guy looks like he was embarrassed for everybody.Going to choose USPS next time.No guarantee to get it shipped. I really don’t even trust him to get it on the truck.

Staff was very rude and wanted me to do her job for her and when I didn’t know what I was doing she sighed and said “I’ll do it” watched me struggle with something she was clearly supposed to do then took it from me and said “I’m supposed to do that” after she told me to do it. After we left the store my 8yr old son said she was rude.... yes son she was!

GREAT service from Elizabeth and Travis (hope thats right--I was in-shop 2/5/21 around 10am). It really was like having a team working with me, right down to ACTUAL conversation while printing. Went for one thing, wound up completing ALL the other tasks I thought I would have to drive around town to handle.

I’m very upset on how they treated my mom! She was returning a package from Amazon were clearly states on the QP code the all you do is have to give it to them and they will scan it packet for free. It was right there on the picture she told my mother they she hast to bring it with a bag or in a box or she won’t receive it and they had no bags or boxes that my mom could buy so they made her go to FedEx buy a box over there and come back for she can return the item. How does a UPS store have no boxes or bags. That’s absurd that lady needs to get written up or someone needs to teach her her job.

Not the friendliest of people. The manager had a not so pleasant tone. At one time the manager questioned what I told her was in the box was really what it was. The actual process was smooth as could be though just need some better training in customer service.

I used their service to return my new Bose earbuds, they weighed the box to around 1 lb and handed me the label. After few days, I realized Bose received an empty box and my money was never refunded. Made several compliants and claims, everything gone waste. Not sure who stole the ear buds from box, whether the staff working there or persons during transit.. hard to trust such services when they give up taking responsibility. I have all the proofs but no useI wouldn’t recommend using their service atleast at this branch 👎

We used this USP location to send out Christmas gifts. It was busy but the team there handled things efficiently and were so kind and patient. Jake helped us with our shipments and he was excellent. Such a great experience!

$54 for a cardboard box. Just the small box, the shipping was prepaid already. Most absurd pricing Ive ever seen. Ended up having to go next door to walmart and picking a box up for $2 and cutting it down to size.

Your store is under contract with Best Buy to be an access point for alternative package deliveries. Per Best Buy, you are to allow deliveries of packages for Best Buy customers and hold them for 5 days from the notification date before assessing any fees.I went to pick up my package which was delivered to you 3 days ago, and was told I had to pay a $5 Pick Up Fee to have my package released to me.When I refused to pay the fee I was told that you would call the police if I continued to argue.You are violating the terms of your Best Buy contract and charging their customers a bogus fee because you can...you charged the woman in line in front of me the same fee...no invoice, just wrote in pen on the package.To follow up, The UPS Store customer service team has blamed Best Buy for not using the Direct to Retailer service properly, however the package has a large D2R printed on the shipping label signifying that the package should have been held for pick-up at no additional charge to me.

Shipped item from this location, item arrived at destination damaged. filed claim for damaged goods through this store because thats what the website says to do if that happens. ups says claim was approved, ups store says it was denied.

This review is to over compliment Hayley on Dec 7th 2020. She was the only one in the store (and I had been making multiple attempts for 2 hours) and she HUSTLED. She was working two checkouts to keep the line moving and she was answering phone calls. She did it with no complaints either. PLEASE reward her in some way!!

Used to use USPS for most of my shipping; however in light of the postal slowdown have switched to UPS. Service more reliable and actually a little cheaper than priority mail. Print and pay the label..drop off..staff is polite and efficient. Thanks !

Was labeled a scammer because I sent some documents to my husbands business manager who happens to live in a apartment at a particular address. I was told that if we send anymore packages they would be confiscated and gone through. Last I heard going through my mail and packages was illegal. I am far from a scammer and seriously considering some sort of complaint. That kind of talk could ruin me and my husband. Very disappointed and am steering people away from using ups.Ill update this: this did not happen at the ups store this happened as a whole company. I was treated well at the store but was labeled a scammer as a whole by the ups company.

My package was originally expected Dec 23. This morning, (Dec 21) the package scanned in as “Out for Delivery”. I waited around all day, excited it was coming early. At 7pm, they updated my expected delivery as “Information Unavailable”. To my disappointment, the package never came. When I tweeted about it, someone DMed me asking if they could help. When I gave them the tracking number, they said they wished they could’ve delivered it on time, but due to the holiday, DOT only allows their drivers to log so many hours. Well, here’s my problem..YOU updated the delivery date to two days earlier. Why? If you couldn’t deliver it on time, why get someone’s hopes up? ESPECIALLY around Christmas time? Moral of the story, if you have the opportunity to use USPS or FedEx, you should. This is not the first time UPS has screwed up my delivery. Would not recommend.

Came in this store to send out a package and to find out the cost to send out more items that needed to be shipped also, but needed to be packed. So Jenna was taking care of us and she weighed and took measurements of the 2 items and told us a price if we bought the box and packed our self and the store price to pack and ship for us. The total amount was 170.00 and some change. We explained that we did not charge that much for shipping and that we needed to find out if buyer was willing to pay the difference.. After 45 minutes the buyer agreed, so we went back in store. Another girl took care of us and did paperwork on the boxed item first and said the price for shipping and asked if we needed it insured and we said yes, for 250.00. All went well until Jenna took over on the 2 items that needed to be packaged. She remeasured several times and said it would now be 180.00 dollars and some change a 10.00 dollar difference from 45 minutes earlier.. So I said, you told us 170.00 dollars and she said no, that she told us 177.00 and change.. We went back and forth and she finally admitted that she had to use a bigger box than the one she thought would work so it would be 10.00 dollars more. Told Jenna go ahead do it now because if we come back, you will probably say its 200.00 dollars now.. Then Jenna says, I should have told you the first price was an estimate. We are frustrated by now and Jenna asks how much for insurance, we say 250.00 like the first package and Jenna says you can only insure in one hundred increments.CONFUSED because we insured the first package for 250.00 dollars. If my employees did their job like this, I wouldnt have a business for very long.. Needless to say, we will never return to this UPS store or any other in the future.

Came in to make many copies and send faxes (family medical emergency). Michael was so kind to my husband and I, he helped us with all of our paperwork and because we had so much to fill out he even gave me a bottle of water. At such an emotional time in our life, it was nice to have someone who was helpful and patient and listened to us. When an important fax was busy he suggested sending it to an alternate UOS store so someone could pick it up instead of just saying sorry its busy. He also was a pretty funny guy which helped ease the stress. Thank you Michael, your kindness will not go unnoticed!

This UPS store has a great location and is easy to locate. The store is pretty quiet compared to other locations. Its big and spacious inside. The only down side is they close too early. Hopefully they can extend their hours a little longer.

The staff in this store was friendly, patient and packed the items I had very well. I had 3 large family pictures that have been in my family for years and wanted to be sure they arrived safely. The staff did a great job of packing and making sure the pictures would arrive without any damage. I recommend this store and staff.

I had blank wedding invites and wanted them printed on. After hassling with every place in town I ended up here. Mike was SO kind and helpful and patient with my bride pickiness! We got them all set up and printed for an extremely low price. I will definitely be back for any future needs.

I send out an international (US to Canada) package at least once a year. In previous times theyve written down the wrong address and refused to correct it, demanded to look through my shipping box when its not required, and made me stand there while theyre calling 4 different UPS lines to make sure candy is okay to send (even after telling them Ive sent candy over the border countless times).Only reason why they got any stars is because theyre close to my house, theyre not USPS, and they ship pretty quickly.

I really like this UPS store. I’m giving a 1 star rating today for the notary that was very unhelpful and argumentative.I didn’t get name because she didn’t tell me, she just went right into what I’d done wrong-I was not aware that I should not have signed paperwork without a notary present and she was very condescending when she “explained” it to me, there are quotations because she didn’t really explain anything- she just made me feel Like an idiot for signing paperwork. Next up, she states it’s $10.00 per page with the notary stamp, ok then, let’s get to it, and then she says I should just go to my bank because it’s free there, first of all I didnt ask for alternatives, I just needed that paperwork to be notarized so I could put it in the mail. AND THEN after that, she says it won’t even be in the mail until Monday, which is fine- I just needed it to be notarized and ready to go.So I ended up leaving in a huff because it was just unbelievable how unhelpful she was.Thanks notary lady, you’re the worst.tl;dr- a female notary at Lafayette UPS store didn’t want to do her job at 2:45 pm on a Saturday.

This place is run by a bunch of clowns. Took a lamp in to be shipped and it took two people to measure, remeasure, calculate, remeasure and then arrive at an outrageous price for just getting it in the box ready to mail not including the postage. Went to another packing store near Payless on the west side. Everything done quickly and for 1/3 the price including shipping than this place quoted. NOT RECCOMMENDED

One week ago i took a loading press in to have packaged and shipped to AZ. I asked that it had a minimum $1000 insurance. The idiot sent it with a $1000 COD. It is now on its way back to this UPS store. Lost 1 1/2 weeks on the shipping. The answer i got when asking for my money back was that they made a mistake and admitted it and wanted to know what more do I want. Go to FED EX. They will work with you.

They said they could ship my item so I paid and left. Then 5 minutes later they call me and say they cant. Then I was told I could take it to another ups store in town and they could ship it, the main branch Im assuming. After about an hour of calls back and forth they shipped it.I had them package the item I was shipping and the forgot to put the paperwork I gave them in the box. This caused a few days delay because the people I shipped it to didnt know what needed done(hydrotested),until I called them.They obviously dont know the regulations of shipping empty HPA (high pressure air) tanks.
