The employees here are awesome. I went in here for a minor problem and they were super nice and answered any questions I had and explained things in a super nice way and explanatory way. I would definitely come here again for any repairs because of the customer service. They seemed very ambitious to find the problem and didnt stop until they found it.

Technician Noah was a pleasure to work with. He explained the procedure well - since I only get to do this once every two years. I like their service, the location and its facilities - not only because I passed it, this time, a 20-minute satisfactory test twas a breeze.Prior, I went to a competitor closer to my residence - that was a bad move and a not so good of an experience. I failed that test and the tech gave me a lame or no explanation other than I need to call DMVs BAR and talk to a referee. And to make matters worse, if I retake the test I will have to pay in full if I go back. So much for customer service and non loyalty program.Maybe CAs smog test testing thresholds went higher or stricter now but the tech was non-communicative.I am elated to have found Laguna Canyon Smog and Repair.
