LMW is the best. Great customer service, easy appts ans I feel like they are looking out for me and my car. I never feel like I’m being sold things I don’t need, they tell it like it is and are really reasonable.

Vick surprised me with both his thoroughness and integrity--something not always present in the German car industry. Ive worked with BMW/MINI shops from one coast to the next, and here in Laguna, I am dually impressed by his personal approach and pricing. Ill be back!

Vick and his crew had given us excellent service & great communication! We drove all the way from Gardena but it was well worth it! The work was performed and was completed on time as promised.They had also done complementary inspection on my car and told us that the battery needs to be changed soon, otherwise I would have not noticed.I would highly recommend the place if you got a Mercedes, BMW and the like. Oh, and the location is really nice, too.

Vick and his crew do a great job taking care of my and my SL 550! I love great service and being well taken care of, and that has been my experience with LMW. Recently I had a squeaky brake after performing a complete overhaul of the brake system. LMW took care of the problem quickly and efficiently and now every runs and sounds perfect!! I am grateful for their excellent service and their professional approach on how they run their operation.

Brought my e63 in and they were very disrespectful. Really rude and unprofessional people. I would think a shop in laguna beach would have more class and curtesy.

Couldnt have been an easier service experience for my Mercedes, I dropped the car off with Vick and was given a diagnosis the next morning with a couple of options for repairs. The work was done quickly and my car now feels great (and safe!) to drive again. Pick up is simple with their after-hours service, too. Would recommend Vick and his team to anyone local to Laguna. A far better experience than the corporate dealerships which over-charge for basic services, this is an honest company with fair pricing, excellent workmanship and great personal service!

Go local! Didn’t want to drive all the way to the Audi dealer for an oil change. These guys could not have been more friendly and accommodating. Very fair pricing and were able to take my car right away.
