I didnt have any issues with this service. The person/owner is friendly and helpful. We didnt have any problems. He came quickly to my location.

Just the average tow yard with rude employees with big fragile egos. They will remind you that they are not in the hospitality industry. They know you need them to help you if your there to get your vehicle out of the tow yard. And they will make sure you know its gonna go however they want it to go. There is no mutual respect when your there trying to get your property back. To them respect is a one way road and it better be directed towards them or else you wont be getting what you came there to achieve or obtain.

Got a quick battery jumpstart within 10 minutes of calling. Joseph also cleaned off the corrosion on my battery and gave me some advice. Will call them again if I need this kind of help.

Rude, condescending girl in the front desk. They fail to tell you that you need to get a vehicle release from the LB police department before you can get your car from the yard. Worst experience ever.

Warning!If you value your automobile, you will NOT use this company. I simply needed them to take a VINTAGE classic car from Laguna Beach to the classic car center in Irvine. 24 min tops. I asked the driver if he had any experience with loading a vehicle like this on a flatbed and he told me no problem that he has worked with these vehicles before. When my vehicle arrived at the auto center, it was in shambles. Not only was the tie rod destroyed but the fuel port pipe was completely ripped out. This has cost me thousands of dollars of damage. Consumer beware. Contacted the office to speak to the owner. The man on the phone became belligerent yelling and cursing at me. He would not give me his name or any of the businesses information. I was calm and collected and let him know I just wanted the information to the insurance company so they can take care of things. I then was hung up on. Very Very unprofessional.

The Latina lady in the front is disrespectful and insulting. She was o her phone the whole time and when asked if I can get the car released she continued on her phone bragging about ignoring customers. She said threw papers at me when I was done signing on them. She stated she didnt give af about how my car came out as long as I get tf out of there. Unfortunately shes the only one there and due to that I would never trust them for any services. If get towed by them be ready to search your vehicle for missing items and to be dealt like trash by this woman.

Called on a Saturday rush, they got to me within 20 minutes. Fast and awesome service.

Caught them scooping my car for over 2 hours from midnight till 2 am when i work over night and they tried to tow it when i wasnt looking mind you i live in San Diego so they had no business down there trying to tow my car!!
