Always great except the long lines for everything...busy for sure. Parking is easy and lot is large. Layout inside is similar to many Costcos. Gas is In a separate area across parking lot so seems easy to get fuel. Please like this post and follow me if you find helpful.

Unlike other Costco locations, this one keeps their clothing stock in the original factory wrapping which allows items to be well organized. Theres a couple of employees on duty whose sole job is to keep the area that way. The buyers also seem to stock more colors in a particular item than other locations. Neatest one Ive seen and now my go-to.

Pandemic is officially over. They started free samples again 🧔. This Costco has everything. Nice staff helping to clear lines quickly.

Best haircuts I have ever had! This upgrade in hair styling was worth every penny and more! Ingrid is a true artist and her advice on styling my hair really made a difference. More than just a haircut. Saying a cut above would be too corny, but it really did make my hair look better than it ever has. It was a level above my expectactions. I will keep coming back!

Today, I used the self-checkout for the first time. It was easy. However, when I tried to pay, my wallet was missing. I emptied out my pockets, no wallet. Looked all around, no wallet. Staff came to my assistance. Very friendly, no wallet. They checked the camera. Saw that I put my wallet into the right side pocket of my shorts. I checked again. My wallet was there, in a secret pocket I did not know about because today was the first day I wore those shorts! Thanks to the staff, I didnt run out of the store and cancel all my lost cards. All were very helpful, friendly, and concerned about me. Thank you all!

Crowded and it just feels weird to me in these type of businesses. Without being negative its alot of stuff that in my opinion is greatly excessive quantity. I may be completely overly critical about this place but I dont believe I would have a want for a membership. My experiences are accompanying family or friends so I could be missing the lure of this place altogether. I just can help but looking and seeing people making outrageous purchases that might be needed but my thought tends to be some might be needs but most are impulsive overindulgence with a feeling of money saved to add to the shopping high the brain gets .that same high is achieved when you feel like you got a great deal even if you might not have it all feels good none the less . I dont mean to preach because I am very guilty of this often. There is just something about Costco that puts my brain in caution mode maybe its the samples and the dance that is done around those tables who know but if it makes you happy then do what makes you happy I dont want to yuck anyones YUM sorry if I have

I love Costco but I HATE that they do not have the same products. I was near a different store shopping so popped in for wine. They didnt have the one brand I needed. They had a bunch more. So I had to drive 30 minutes to the store that did have my wine. What a waste of time.

Simply the BEST! Mr. Raj, the supervisor answered my call, took me in after a few minutes and Mr. David and Mr. Raj both assessed the tires, rotated them for me and changed one tire right away! Very professional, kind and super helpful! Rough parking but the Hot Dogs are a steal.

Just like any wholesale you can never go and just spend 20 dollars lol but I always love this location they keep their produce Fresh and their snacks, foods, and supplies in stock! Shopping in Bulk is always best for the long run because you save time and money. It is always clean to me and they sanitize their carts after every use once back and organized for all of their grocery carts. They have a gas station, a food court with great foods and its convenient and fairly priced. They even have a recycle center and a tire department which is great services with competitive prices and or deals!

Now that the pandemic has given way to the ability to shop more freely, its nice to see the food samples are back in full swing. Long lines to sample at lunch time and all. haha I love this Costco. Its within close proximity to me and offers everything Im looking for. The lines are kept at a minimum and waiting time as well as customer service is always friendly.

Visited Costco in Laguna Niguel location on first week of March 2020, was not busy as usual. No one was wearing any mask or gloves, at the door hand sanitizer tissue was available to wipe the cart. Always great merchandise and great bread choices, organic milk and eggs as far as basic grocery shopping, but also great home organizing merchandise with great value and clothing as well next to flowers and pots and plants.

This is a very nice Costco. Its probably due to the city that its in.

Nice large store which has all the essentials in bulk, including: frozen foods, vegetables, steaks, stewing meat, ground meat, poultry, lamb, ham, cooked rotisserie chicken, and an abundant selection of dried fruits, pastries, breads, and wine. Stationary Supplies, automotive supplies, electronics and computer gear are also here. The best reason of all to come to Costco is to buy the nuts, all of them are priced very moderately and the quality and selection is excellent. There is lots of parking at this Costco as well.

I just got a membership yesterday, and the young girl Clara with dark hair was amazing!! She was extremely patient and helpful while signing me up.

Picked up this cool lamp for my daughter. COSTCO is awesome. Have you noticed how committed their employees are. How do they do that. My gas station attendant always says, “If it gets any better I’m gonna demand a pay cut.” Too funny.

My Son and I were here in April for 420 we were there with some friends. My Son and I were very happy with our stay our room was very clean and close to the Las Vegas strip. The hotel staff are very friendly and caring for their guesses. I hope to bring my family here soon.

Their gas pumps keep cutting off when trying to fill any of our vehicles. We have to manually hold the nozzle trigger on a specific angle to make it work. This has been an ongoing issue for several years now. Staff says its due to the California Vapor Recovery Program and their design of their hoses for compliance. I dont have an issue with the vapor recovery program but Costco needs to step it up like other gas stations and upgrade their hoses to work properly.

Across the board, Costco is high quality/good price retailer due to its huge buying power. However the supply chain management gets average grade. They carry items only not to have it a month later!! I guess as a 20 years regular customer I expect more consistency.Another a bit annoying section is the clothing, look you cant have an item with only XXL size, or only S and L sizes and not the M size!!!!What is the problem? No warehouse space? No inventory? No supply demand data to order the projected sales numbers for the various sizes?? For the established super large operation like Costco this is really embarrassing.

Love how organized they are and I am really enjoying the pre-scan checkout before getting to the register. Definitely helps streamline the process.

A well organized Costco with many everyday items in stock. The down size is entrance exit and lack of enough spaces in parking lot. In addition to great selection, it offers many business services. The food samples make visiting costco a fun experience

This place is always busy in the parking is always difficult but I think you find that it just about any Costco. Its in a nice location close to a lot of houses and a lot of businesses.

So on May 15 about 3 30pm I entered this Costco with no mask and my membership in card in hand. I had seen the change in Corp policy regarding FULLY VACCINATED PEOPLE not needing masks in Costco. I have been shopping with a mask everywhere before today and have had 4 weeks since my 2nd Pfizer vaccine shot for covid 19. I also had covid 19 in 2/2020. Im safe. I was asked to mask up and told the little man named Steve S. About the change in policy. He left and returned about 3min later with the biggest employee on duty. A 6 4 black dude about 300lbs. He told me to leave or he would call the cops and have a trespassing charge placed on me. I complied and started to walk out when he grabbed the shopping cart my wife had and literally ripped it out of her hands. She cursed at him and left. He and his heavy escorted me out while I bashed him verbally about not adhering to Corp policy. What a tool. I went to the SJC Costco after that since we were not allowed to buy anything and they were fully aware of the change and let me shop unfettered. BRAVO SJC AND F ALISO VIEJO STORE AND THERE LITTLE MAN STEVE S.

Costco is a destination. Somewhere to go, to look forward to see what bargains are new on their shelves. Their buyers for their merchandise are excellent at what they choose to sell. They know quality. Besides the regular deals theres always new finds to throw in the giant carts. In recent years the check out lines have gotten faster. The pharmacy is a bit too chaotic and slow at this point but their rx prices are very competitive. Their return policy is good but long lines.

This Costco is a great store. The employees are always very helpful and polite. Love coming to this Costco. ❤

Great store, wide isles and plenty of parking. The outdoor food court is a revelation from the tiny, cramped courts i am used to out east.

Why is there 1 person running the food court?!!! There is never enough staffing there. How much does one more person cost to employ?

I usually have a good experience shopping here, but today I was checked out by Kris at the register. She was extremely rude and degrading, no greeting and interrupted me at every word I was trying to get out.

They Have everything. All at great prices. Of course you have to buy in bulk. But usually well worth it. The place is huge you can find everything from groceries; Dairy products, meat, seafood, dry goods, to clothing, fine jewelry,prescription eyeglasses, even car tires and car repair O and gasoline for your car as well, they also sell prepared foods outside in the food court yard.You Can find some of the best deals on housewares, electronics such as laptops, cameras, televisions, vacuums, etc.

Management is really slacking on standards with checkers my guess its because of covid but who knows.- Whoever orders for the store thought it was a great idea to sell TVs without surge protectors or extension cords LOL or keep them stocked.- Customer service doesnt answer the phone at all during covid lol (Talking to you CS desk)- They took away combo pizza the only one that seemed to be less greasy.. (Corporate)- They have a few has pumps that are poorly maintained and dont stay clicked open on 3 vehicles from different manufacturers.

Had a terrible experience with an associate that decided she was going to reach into my cart and take out sanitary wipes, because apparently it is one per checkout. When I explained they were for my parents I got a disgusted look and a Um no,... There was no sign that I saw to indict this information and when we are in the middle of a pandemic why are you touch my cart and in my space... 6ft apart if you want to use the COVID card on why I can not buy a pack of sanitary wipes for my mother. Anyways all she had to do was simply say is, Excuse me but it is only one sanitary wipes per check out, I would have responded, sorry did not see a sign stating that, and would have handed her the wipes... But no customer service is a think of the past and I got Um no girl instead...

Awesome customer service Costco!!! My husband grab some pizza and ended up with a dried chili pepper flake in his eye. I took him back into Costco to flush his eye and I could not believe the way all the staff jumped to help out without any hesitation at all. You all deserve a huge round of applause!! Now that was awesome customer service at its best!!

Terrible service at tire center. Sales guy named Richard did nothing for tire rotation service and didn’t say anything throughout. Found this out after I’m already back home. Treated customer like fools. Total waste of time!On another occasion, I called for a battery and was told they going to order and call me back. Months later, called them again and nothing happened.

I could not shop because there was no wheelchair available. Costco employees told me they were too busy to help. I got a chicken bake sandwich, salty and greasy, and the “coffee” drink was just ice and sugar—this is not the quality or service I have usually received at Costco.

Today I had to return some items; only two people ahead of me; transactions completed in a total of 5 minutes max!!! I am so happy!!!
