If I could give zero stars I would . Closes at 7 but Covid line apparently closes at 6:30. Pulled up at 6:45 doors were open walked in and was told store was closed . The Covid line closes at 6:30 despite no one being in the store. I actually thought the employee was kidding .Poor customers service made this once die hard Pier One fan never stepping foot into a store again .

Friendly staff

I was there today but left without purchasing anything because the manager was so rude and obnoxious, I couldnt stand to spend my money there. I will have to find another Pier One I guess, because I wont be returning to the one in my neighborhood anytime soon. I couldnt believe it when I heard the manager berating the employees in such an insulting, belittling manner, and in front of customers!!! I scanned the room and met eyes with two other shoppers and realized I wasnt the only one he had made uncomfortable. This man is middle aged, chubby, bald, with glasses. No one should ever speak to anyone that way, let alone in a professional setting, with customers present. Whoever is in charge should review this mans position before he runs off all your potential clients.

Terrible experience and we will not shop at the Laguna niguel store anymore. Terrible Manager her name is Erin. We called and reached out to her asking about an order that has been placed online a while ago. We have received an email that the order has been delivered to the store so we called the store to make sure that the items items are there. They said one of the items is in the store and the 2nd item is not barrier so we told them that we will stop by and pick everything all at once. Then we got another e-mail that our 2nd item is delivered to the store. We called the store to make sure that the 2nd item is there and then they couldnt find that we told them that we have received an email that you guys have it they went again in the back then they found the Box of our order. My husband went to pick the items from the store and he came back home with only half of the order.I was really disappointed and I called to ask and question the manager about what have happened. I assumed that when they type in the last name they will have the whole order of the customer. I was out of town and when I came back I called the store to ask about the 2nd order they went to look for it and then they couldnt find it. I told them the same thing happened 2 weeks ago and I am pretty sure that they might be in the back. They want to the back and then they found our order. For some reason the phone got disconnected I called again the manager Aaron answered the call. And I explain to her why am I calling and she said yes they found your order in the back. I was trying To ask her if there was any reason that they didnt give my husband the complete order when he came ( since time is very valuable for us Im pretty sure all customers so we dont have to drive back-and-forth) And I was trying to explain to her every time we call they couldnt find our order and this really took a long time for us take it our items which were delivered to those tore a long time ago. She answers with an attitude well they found your items and the back you can come and get them and we are closed by 7 and she hangs up the phone.Really poor management and terrible service.

I had a great experience at this Pier1 location both on Sunday afyernoon and the following monday. The sales staff not be more helpful. Initially I went there to find patio furniture covers, but I was redirected to Hone Depot. I decided to look around and found some lawn decor. I haf no ifea that thr reduced price on the tag was not the lowest price. But after enyering the SKU number this lady disclosed tgat my favorite piecewas in clearance for only $5....What a deal....I was elated....Great deals...great service...

Very disappointed. I asked if they carried certain items and each time they told me to go to Michaels. So from now on I will pass Pier one on my way to Michaels.
