The staff has always been very helpful and gone out of their way to off advice. 4 stars only because they seem to be low in stock on some of the items I require.

This is the second Ulta I go into that I’m walking around for a good 15-20 minutes without an employee saying “Hi! Do you need help looking for something in particular?” They all stand there looking at each customer walk around clueless and do not bother approaching the customers. Apparently their conversations are way more important than the customers.

Got my hair dyed last week at the salon and the women who did my hair did amazing! she was kind and easygoing, when i come back i’m definitely going to recommend her to do my hair again! if you guys get your hair done here, recommend Nicole! you won’t be disappointed!

Great, wide selections of eveything from body care to affordable makeup. Take your time going down the aisles as youll notice theres always a decent amount of sales. Never disappointed with this Ulta and the checkout line was quick and attentive!

I am definitely not one to leave reviews! I had my makeup done here and it was the biggest mistake ever! The associate clearly had no idea what she was doing and seemed annoyed when I asked her to make any needed corrections. I ended up throwing away so much money on a service that was not even close to being decent. My face was a different color than my neck, and the makeup was literally caked on to my face. Went home only to wash it all off and do it myself. Super frustrating and upsetting!! Keep away from the salon!!

After having a HORRIBLE experience at the MAC store in Smith Haven Mall, I made a last minute decision to stop in to get my make-up done for a black tie wedding after informing an employee of my experience at MAC shortly before. A young woman by the name of MJ graciously did my make-up for the evening and Ive never felt so confident after getting my make-up done before! I received so many compliments that night. Because of MJ (who was the sweetest and most attentive gal) I will definitely be returning to Ulta for my next event. Thank you for turning a nightmare situation into the best possible!

Plenty of parking. Store is clean. Staff is friendly. Prices are a little inflated and stock is a bit low but if theres something you need which is a little hard to find elsewhere, chances are youll find it here. Checkout can take a while since theres usually only 1 or 2 registers in use.

This store is great- unfortunately the people that work here cumulatively have one brain cell. If you need help finding something, or have an account question save yourself the aggravation and shop elsewhere.. Sephora’s only 2 minutes away!

If I could give less than a star, I would. Ive never felt more ignored and more judged. I went over to Macys, got all the help in the world and spent way more money. Dont even bother.

I asked a sales associate for help finding a sunscreen for my face that I can use often, that won’t clog my pores. She says “you don’t need sunscreen every day.” Like lady, I’m here on my doctors recommendation. you don’t know me or my skin, don’t tell me not to use sunscreen?? I didn’t ask your advice I asked for your help finding sunscreens in your store. Anyway, I said I wanted a light sunscreen that won’t clog my pores, and the first thing she has me try is the the oiliest substance I’ve ever touched. It was like the bottle needed to be shaken up or something because whatever she put into my hand made my fingers greasy for the rest of the day even after washing. It’s a fine Ulta location but I won’t be asking any questions next time I come in for something, because based on my experience and also some other reviews these associates could care less.

Very attentive staff. The sales person actually sat down and applied my makeup until we both felt it was a good color match.

Everytime I go there no one bothers to ask me if I need help. Last time I was there I was looking for assistance and I couldnt find one person to help me so I walked out.

I wish they had a bigger soap and glory section and their kylie make up is always sold out but this place is great with hair services and usually have most things in stock.

Located on Rt 347. The associates all super helpful. Very clean . Lots of testers . Bathroom was very clean.

Had a great haircut and friendly service from Nicole, she knew what I wanted and it came out perfect.

Plain and simply rude no one ask if you need help even though they see you looking around for a product. If you happen to ask for an item they simply say if its not on display we out of it, not even make a little effort to look in back or ask someones else who might know, at least pretend my business is import to you . I am there to spend money.

This store has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. They are not friendly and not helpful at all. Trashy. Save yourself the trip and just go to Sephora.

The only reason I gave 3 stars is because they actually try to check products are in the back if theyre not stocked out front. Every time I come here, almost every single time, theres no one to help @ the front end. Theres usually only the girls behind the registers. I hate asking them because I know theyre busy. Also alot of the deliveries they get are inaccurate with what is missing from the shelves. Cant tell you how many times Ive come to this specific location & Im told theyre getting a shipment on Wednesday, I make the trip out to get my item, & its still not there after their deliveries. Someone is not going out into the aisles & checking what they need, because they continuously dont order specific shades of products that should be stocked or there, but never are. The Riverhead location is much better & theyre always stocked. I also never, ever have an issue finding someone to help me with anything. The only thing is, this location corrected an error the Riverhead location messed up on with me one time (the Riverhead location had only been open a month & a half) but it was so minor I dont hold it against them.

Having worked at an Ulta before, the last few times I’ve had to stop in to this location I’ve been extremely disappointed. The staff is very unfriendly, rude if you will (got an attitude while being rung up). Not a single person asked me or the person i was with if we needed help. Just an overall bad vibe and disorganized.
