Such a great time me and my girlfriend had! We made 2 animals, and the staff were so friendly and professional. We would love to come back

Cool concept for kids to build their own stuffed animals. The price on the other hand is out of control. $ 100 for a teddy bear and a couple accessories? Not gonna do that again.

A fun thing to do on a winter afternoon with our 1.5 yr old. The young lady who helped us, Kourtney, was so sweet, helpful and patient- clearly great with small children. Not sure if any management will see this but she is a gem! Thank you!

Took my grandson there for his 3 birthday he had a great time. Service was great.

Always a fun place. Just not pandemic friendly. Too small of a space and even with crowd control measures it is way too busy. Staff was great as always.

Cute place. Went with my son for his third birthday. You may not know this but on a childs birthday they let you build one of the bears for only the cost of the childs age. So my sons bear only cost 3 bucks. The girl that helped us was very sweet and really good with kids. My son responded to her really well and hes normally shy.

I have been coming to this BAB for years & it has always kept its magical appeal. I love their selection & store cleanliness. Most staff members are very friendly & helpful. Even as an adult, I appreciate the special experience the staff members create.

Great selection kind employees

Visited this location to make a bear for my daughter. The store was empty We were not greeted or acknowledged at all and there were 3 employees standing and talking while we waited to stuff the bear. I had to say excuse me to get their attention then they still waited to finish their conversation before assisting me.After the bear was stuffed I made the “birth certificate “ I again had to say excuse me to be assisted to purchase the bear. Your company can save money by just having one person if the store is dead because all the employees do is talk amongst themselves while customers wait to be assisted. Worst experience I had at build a bear.

The sales person was very attentive to my son and his requests. She was patient and very friendly. The selection was vast. We had a great time.

My Son loves this store! They even fix old friends that need more stuffing or need a seam stitched up. Ive been going here for years.
